Season 1 Episode 5: Moo Shu To Go.
Once Khloe had calmed down Alec brought her home before anyone else left Magnus'. She arrived at her room and Alec told her he would be across the hall if she needed him for any reason.
She was a little disappointed that Alec didn't stay with her any longer but she brushed it off and took a long soothing shower.
Khloe finally stepped out of the shower and into the steamy bathroom. She dried herself off and put her pajamas on and her two necklaces.
She fell face first down onto her bed exhausted and pulled herself under the covers the events of the day finally hitting her full force.
She lost her mom because she didn't want to lose her love. Her frail hands wrapped around the necklace her mother had given her and Clary just before she pushed them through the portal and sent them to Luke.
Her fingers gripped the purple crystal tightly as she thought of her mother and how much she would be disappointed in her for screwing up and killing the memory demon.
Before Khloe had to think about anything else Khloe's mind was pulled into a vision.
Jocelyn Fray lay in the air floating in a bubble or something along the lines as Valentine leaned over her examining her state.
Valentine looked up from Jocelyn and looked up directly where Khloe was and smiled.
"Hello, my children. Do you want your mother? Give me the Cup!" Valentine hissed.
Khloe was pulled out of the vision with a slight scream escaping past her lips. She took a deep breath as she let go of the necklace and let it drop and resume hanging around her neck.
Khloe's door opened and Alec quickly walked into her room and to her side.
"Are you okay? What happened? I heard you scream?" Alec asked a million questions.
"I'm fine Alec," Khloe told Alec as she fell down onto her bed in a seated position.
Alec walked over to Khloe's side and sat beside her.
"No, you're not," Alec said looking at the strawberry blond.
It was very clear that she was still distraught over almost losing her memory of Grace.
She looked up at him tearing her eyes away from her hands and sighed.
"I don't want you to see me as a different person."
"Why would I see you as a different person?" Alec asked.
"After what I told you. About me and Grace. I mean there were guys I was interested in but when I realized I was bisexual... I was scared." Khloe sighed. "To this day Clary and mom don't know."
"Who does?" Alec asked.
"Aside from you Grace and myself, there was Max and Jordan. All four of us were really close." Khloe told him.
"are you sure you're okay?" Alec asked concerned. "Nothing happened?"
"I'm fine. Nothing happened you can go." Khloe reassured Alec.
"Okay if you need me I'll be in the training room." He sad as he stood up and walked out of her room leaving her door open.
She swallowed thickly knowing that she lied to Alec. But what was she meant to tell him? 'Oh, I'm fine aside from the fact that I just saw my supposed dad leaning over my mom who was floating in a bubble. Oh also did I forget to mention the fact that he spoke to me through the necklace.'
She would sound crazy! Wouldn't she? But then again she didn't stop to consider that maybe it wasn't so insane. After the few weeks she's spent in the shadow world she's seen things she only thought possible to see in her dreams.
She heaved a deep breath and decided that she probably should tell Alec what she saw. What she heard.
Maybe he could help her. But before she could tell him it was too late.
Alec was walking down the hallway Clary and Jace following behind.
"Alec, give it back!" Clary called after him.
As Alec walked past Khloe's door she spotted Clary's purple crystal necklace in his hand and when she met his eyes she knew she had been caught lying.
Khloe quickly followed after Alec Clary and Jace into the room with the runes along the floor that opened up storage compartments.
"Alec give it back!" Clary whined.
"If you can see Valentine through this who's to say that he can't see us through this?" Alec asked looking at Clary and then Khloe.
"Alec, we could use this to fight Valentine," Jace said.
"Yeah, I like Jace's idea." Clary sadi glaring at Alec.
Khloe quickly tucked her necklace under her shirt hoping that Alec hadn't seen it.
"If I were Valentine I would make you think you could use it to get to Jocelyn, and then I'd lure Khloe and Clary to me and leverage her life for the cup."
"We saved Simon from the vampires like that." Clary spat as Alec opened up his storage compartment.
"Yeah, vampires. Bored, decadent, self-involved vampires." Alec said as Clary sighed frustratedly and ran her fingers through her hair.
"You've been uncharacteristically quiet." Jace looked at Khloe.
Khloe rolled her eyes. "I don't have to contribute to every conversation under the sun."
"Well, you've been doing great so far," Jace smirked.
Alec placed the necklace down in the center of one of the shelves where the ruby necklace once lied.
Before Khloe could send another smart remark at Jace, Alec turned to face her and held his hand out.
"Yours too Khlo," Alec said to her.
Clary's eyes widened at the nickname Alec had called her. Clary had never been allowed to call her that. Khloe only ever allowed Grace to call her that. She sometimes made acceptions for Max and Jordan. She didn't even let Jocelyn or Simon or Luke call her Khlo.
It was a nickname reserved for the best of the best in Khloe's own words.
But it was at this moment that Clary knew. Clary knew before Khloe herself did. Becuase when Khloe ripped the necklace from around her neck and placed it in Alec's hand instead of slapping him and telling him not to call her that, it hit Clary.
While Khloe knew it somewhere in the back of her mind. Clary saw it clear as day. Alec was slowly pulling Khloe's walls down. The walls Khloe had built so high after Grace left. They were slowly crumbling and falling.
All because of Alec. All for one 6′ 3″ Raven haired, hazel eyed and slightly social awkward boy.
Clary could see it. Khloe was in love with Alec, and judging by the look in Alec's eyes he felt the same.
Despite Clary not knowing Alec or getting along with him very well he looked at Khloe differently than everything else around him. He looked at her with admiration in his eyes. Alec looked at Khloe the same way Simon looked at Clary.
They were completely in love with each other without knowing it. It was just a matter of when they would open up to each other.

Shortly after Alec had taken Clary and Khloe's necklace and insulted Clary a few more times for talking back, Khloe left the three and made her way to her room.
She walked in and closed the door behind her and she collapsed down on her bed and pulled out her phone. With a heavy sigh, she opened her photos and began going through all her memories from before she learned about the shadow world.
She saw the photo of the side of Simon's truck with his band name scrawled across the side due to Clary's artistic talents. It was the night they had turned 18. It was just before she ran into Alec and her whole life was turned upside down.
She wasn't complaining. She liked her life now. She loved the people, the action, the adventure. Her only wish was that she could share this life with Grace like Clary did with Simon.
If Grace hadn't left they could explore the new world together. But if she hadn't of left what would've happened? Or what wouldn't have happened?
It was a question no one could really answer and most likely for the best.
Khloe scrolled through the never-ending gallery of photos of her life before everything happened and giggled lightly at a few of the photos she went past.
She looked away from her phone when there was a light knock on her door.
"Yeah?" She called out knowing who was behind the door.
Alec slowly opened the door and walked in and closed the door behind him. He awkwardly stood at the door for a moment before he spoke, "Hey..."
"Hey," Khloe looked away from Alec and back down at her phone.
"I'm sorry about your necklace. It's just I--" Alec began walking closer to Khloe.
"Alec. I don't care, I understand why you did it. Who's to say that if we could see Valentine he could see us. It was a threat and you eliminated it. Who am I to be mad at you for protecting me. That's what Clary doesn't see."
Alec stared at the strawberry blond girl in front of him for a moment. "I thought you were going to kill me." He let out a breath.
Khloe laughed, "Well, to be fair I did lie to you."
Alec nodded, "True."
After a moment of silence, Alec changed the subject, "What are you looking at?"
Khloe cringed slightly as she swiped from one photo to another.
"I am looking at photos of a sixteen-year-old 'hipster phase' Khloe." The green eyed girl cringed at the photos.
Alec laughed at the girl's response. "Can I see this 'hipster phase" Khloe?" Alec asked.
Khloe nodded sitting up and crossing her legs and patting the spot o the bed beside her.
Alec sat down next to the girl and looking at the photo of Khloe.
Khloe sat on her bed hugging an oversized teddy with the black thick framed glasses, her gray beanie covering her head and a large scarf wrapped around her neck. She smiled at the camera with her tongue poked out and was doing the peace sign with her right hand. Wristbands filled her wrists and she wore an oversized mustache shirt and ripped back jeans.
Alec laughed at the picture and Khloe groaned. "I'm gonna regret this aren't I?"
"Oh, definitely. Now keep going." Alec told her.
Khloe groaned louder but continued going through the endless cycle of photos. Alec laughed as Khloe smiled lightly at the photos but she stopped on one particular photo of herself and her best friend.
"Is that..." Alec trailed off not wanting to set Khloe off by saying Grace's name.
"Grace. That's Grace." Khloe took a deep breath before going to the next photo and laughing.
Max and Jordaan had both fallen asleep at Grace's 17th birthday party and the two girls and drawn all over their faces.
Max's face contained many drawings and also had the words 'I love Khloe Fray' written across his forehead in black marker.
Jordan had lots of hearts and mustaches along the edges of his face and along his uneven jawline. The rest of his face had been colored in with blue marker expect his forehead which contained the words, 'Grace is da best'.
Khloe smiled at the picture and shook her head lightly.
"We pushed them off the bed," Khloe informed Alec who laughed in response.
"What did they do?" Alec asked.
"Oh, they slept through it," Khloe replied casually swiping to show the next photo which was a photo.
The next photo showed Max and Jordan on the floor beside the bed. Their limbs tangled together and wrapped around the other. Alec chuckled at the image while Khloe cracked a smile.
The next photo was just Grace. She sat peacefully on the bed looking at Khloe who was taking a picture without her knowing. Khloe let out a sigh at the image.
Alec frowned at the image slightly as he studied the girl in the image. Khloe looked up at Alec and back down at the phone. Before Khloe could question Alec there was a knock on her door.
"Yeah?" Khloe called.
"Is Alec in there?" Izzy asked through the door.
"Yeah, come in," Khloe responded.
Izzy opened the door and her eyes found Alec's.
"Mother is here."

Alec and Khloe walked out towards the training room with Izzy. Clary stood in the training room beside a woman with dark hair. She stood tall with a professional outfit and her hair pulled back in a perfect ponytail.
"Mother." Alec greeted. "We weren't expecting you."
"You should always be prepared." She said looking between Alec and Khloe with a raised brow.
"I'm Khloe Fray." The strawberry blond greeted the taller woman.
"Fairchild." Maryse corrected the green eyed girl. "What exactly were you two doing?" The older woman asked with a raised brow.
Khloe could see the accusation behind Maryse's eyes and if Alec did he didn't say anything about it. But that didn't stop Khloe from arguing back.
"What exactly are you insinuating?" Khloe asked her tone cold and icy as the two glared at each other.
"Khloe, why don't you and me go for a walk!" Jace said to the girl quickly pulling her out of the training room and as far away as he possibly could.
"Who does she think she is?" Khloe scoffed.
"A very powerful woman here, so it would be best to not piss her off," Jace told the green eyed girl.
"Piss her off? That conversation was clearly going really well. I did nothing wrong. Can you even believe her? Why would she even say that?"
Jace stopped and looked Khloe up and down a light smirk rested on his lips. "Well..."
Khloe glared at Jace slapping his arm. Jace chuckled a little.
"You're a lot scarier than your sister," Jace responded ignoring her hit.
"Do not compare me to Clary." The strawberry blond hissed.
"I feel like you don't like being compared to other people."
"You can compare me to anyone. Just not Clary. That's all I've ever heard my entire life." Khloe rolled her eyes. "We aren't even identical. We're fraternal." Khloe huffed and Jace watched on in amusement.
"What did she even do?" Jace chuckled.
"Nothing! Literally nothing!" Khloe yelled exasperated causing Jace to laugh.

After Maryse had left and taken Izzy and Jace with her to see the Seelie Meliorn about the Seelies cutting contacts with the Clave Khloe stumbled into the training room to find a pissed off Alec hitting a punching bag.
Khloe raised her brows and approached him.
"Someone doesn't look happy." Khloe casually said.
Alec rolled his eyes and continued punching the bag ignoring both her presence and comment.
"Okay, you're ignoring me. That's nice to know. I'm assuming your little chat with Mother dearest didn't go too well."
"No, Khloe, it didn't go well," Alec yelled hitting the bag.
"I can see that." She said stepping back and admiring the view as Alec continued taking his anger out.
"Okay, so you're angry at me because, why?" Khloe asked.
Alec turned to face Khloe walking away from the punching bag and towards the training stick and picked one up.
"I never said that."
"You never denied it." Khloe retorted also picking up one of the sticks and poking Alec in the side.
Alec pushed her stick away with his. "Okay, I'll say it now. I'm not mad at you."
Khloe raised her eyebrows and went to hit Alec again and he blocked.
"I'm angry at your sister who has only been here a few days and has managed to piss everyone off."
"I've been here just as long as her."
"Yeah but you're not as annoying." He replied as the two continued hitting each other.
"You don't really know me. I can be annoying." Khloe replied dodging one of Alec's hits.
"I highly doubt you're anywhere near annoying as Clary."
"Maybe not, but I can be annoying."
"Well, I have yet to meet this annoying Khloe."
"Oh yeah, she came right after the hipster phase," Khloe replied attempting to hit Alec who was laughing.
Alec blocked Khloe's hit just in time, but that didn't stop Khloe from attempting to hit Alec in the back of the legs successfully causing him to fall to the ground. Khloe let out a laugh until Alec pulled on Khloe's angle causing her to fall to the ground and drop her stick. (I'm just gonna be honest. I'm calling it a stick because I have no idea what it actually is called. I forgot. shhh.)
Khloe tried to pull herself up from the ground before Alec could pull her down again but before she could fully get up, Alec pulled her back down again and didn't let her go.
"Where do you think you're going?" Alec asked her playfully.
Khloe giggled as she tried to free herself from Alec's grip. "I'm trying to get my stick," Khloe said reaching out to grab her stick.
"Why?" Alec asked his grip only tightening.
"So I can hit you." She replied boldly.
Alec chuckled and easily spun Khloe around on the floor so she was facing him instead of her stick.
"Why would you wanna do that?" Alec asked a slight frown on his face as he bit back a smile.
"Because you're annoying." Khloe laughed.
"Wow, I'm offended." Alec chuckled.
"Even worse than Clary." Khloe leaned her head on her hand as she faced Alec.
He pouted slightly and Khloe laughed her loose hair falling on her face.
A comfortable silence filled the room as the two stared at each other both with large grins spread across their faces. Alec reached up and tucked some of Khloe's hair behind her ear as Khloe studied his face when Alec left his hand resting on her cheek.
No matter how much Khloe told herself not to her eyes fell to Alec's lips before they landed back on his eyes. Alec licked his lips and leaned in slightly. Alec waited a moment for Khloe to pull away and his eyes scanned her face for any sign of hesitance.
But there was none. So he leaned in further. Khloe's heart was beating so fast she thought it was going to burst out of her chest.
Just as their lips were about to touch the two sprang apart when Clary entered completely unaware of what was happening.
"The box! Clary called out making Alec groan and dropping his head on the floor.
"The box?" Khloe asked turning to face Clary.
"Yeah, the box!" Clary smiled.
"What is so important about this box?" Alec asked refraining from letting out another groan.
"The box that mo-- wait why are you on the floor?" Clary asked cutting herself off.
Khloe rolled her eyes as she stood up from the ground and so did Alec.
"Nothing Clary. We were training." Khloe told her sister, "Now what is so important about this box?" Khloe asked crossing her arms
"It's the box that mom brought out once a year when she thought we were asleep and cried," Clary told the two waiting for Khloe to understand.
Khloe frowned for a moment as she remembered what Clary was talking about and her eyes widened. "The box," Khloe said in disbelief.
"What is this box, and why is it such a big deal?' Alec asked Khloe.
"Our mother she had a box that she would only ever bring out once a year when she thought we were sleeping and she would cry."
"Why?' Alec asked as he placed the sticks down in the corner with the others.
"It belonged to our father," Clary answered for Khloe which annoyed Khloe.
"If our father is Valentine, then what's inside that box?" Khloe asked both herself and everyone in the room.
"It had his initials on it. J.C." Clary said.
"Your father is Valentine, why J.C?"
"Because for 18 years she told us his name was Jonathan Clark," Khloe replied. "That was a lie but whatever was in the box meant a lot to her."
"Maybe there's something inside that could help us track him," Clary said.
Alec was silent for a moment. "Where can we find the box?"
"I think it's still back at the loft. Let's go get it." Clary said as Alec's phone began to ring.
"Absolutely not. Not without
