Clay's pov
I woke up early in the morning, I looked over to Kai and see he's still asleep. I picked him up and put him in bed, trying not to wake him up, he actually looks pretty cute asleep, when I was about to go out an alarm sounded. I felt foolish it was just an alarm clock, it woke up Kai, down the hall I could hear more, guess they have to wake up that early as well. I hit the snooze button on Kai's alarm, he groans "Six am already?" I made a small reply "yes" he looks at me confused and surprised "You wake up early?" Guess he might be just as lazy as Lance but I can't jump to conclusions yet "Yes, the early bird catches the worm" he smiled slightly "heh that's cute..." Did he just call me cute? "By the way, Good morning" he got up and stretched "Ye good morning,... how did I get in bed? I swore I slept on the floor" "I put you in bed, I can't just leave you on the floor" I replied "Oh, Thanks Clay" He went over to his closet and took out a sword "Clay do you need or want a fresh pair of clothing or are you ok with what you have on now?" He asks "I think changing would be a good idea" he pulls out a black Jacket, a blue shirt, and tan pants "Here you go" I toke the shirt and pants "anyway you'll change in my room and if you want to you can lock the door, I'll be training with my brothers, and if you get confused later on, we aren't related, we refer each other as brothers... anyway see ya" and he walks out and closes the door behind him. I quickly change, It would be nice to do something I'm familiar to so I grab my sword, shield and armor and follow Kai onto the outside of the bounty... Interesting...

Kai's pov
This is just gonna be another boring training day, I need a break, I see Clay follow me and he looks so cute in those clothes I gave him. People would think I'm gay for thinking that, I'm not Gay... or am I? But everyone can admit he's cute,.... like Jay everyone think he's cute, I do, Lloyd does, Cole does, Dareth for some reason does, for all I know even Cryptor thinks Jay's cute! That was a bit off topic... Clay seems to be bringing his sword and and shield, he's wearing that armor, "What's with the whole get-up?" I ask "I'm a noble, brave, Knight! Ready to defend those in danger, to protect the kingdom and follow the knight's code!" Awww cute! I pet him and ruffle his hair, at this moment I knew... I screwed up, he looks at me confused and slightly blushing, his face became more serious as I pulled my hand away and he puts on his helmet "I'd like to sharpen my skills at using the sword" I look at everyone else,  despite the size how he's as tall as me, everyone showed that they thought he was cute saying stuff like that "ok um... you can dual with Jay" "What?!" I hear Jay say.

Clay's pov
I look at Jay, he seems slightly afraid as he pulls out a weapon I don't think I've ever seen before... basically two sticks chained togethor... I get in a stance ready to attack, the others watch closely, Jay swings his weapon in the air... oh so it's like a chain ball just with sticks, that will be less painful. A man that looks and sounds like Merlok stands in the sidelines, "what? Are you afraid of getting a boo boo Clay?" I hear Jay say "what?".... I hear Kai "He's making fun of your armor, just ignore him... at least your smart enough to wear it" he has a point, though this would not be a fair fight so I toke off my armor. I see Jay run towards me with his weapon as he swings it in the air, then tries to hit me with it so I grab the other end and snatch it out of his hands "hey!" Then I used his own weapon against him
After training the others and I sat at the table while Zane cooks, "Zane's cooking is the best, glad you came when it was his turn to cook!" Kai whispers to me "yeah, believe me, you do not want to be here when's it Cole's turn to cook" Lloyd says, then a reply came from Cole "I heard that!" Maybe their Sensei can tell me something that will help me. Zane comes out with plates of food smelling great, it smells just like some food back home, I taste it and I couldn't believe it... it tasted so amazing! Probably better than the prochef at Knighton, Axl would've been going out of control for a bite of this! "Hey are you okay Cl-" I cut Kai off "This stuff is amazing! What do you put in this?!" Zane only gave me a warm smile "I'm just one heck of a chef" I ate the whole thing before anyone could finish "yeesh slow down it's not an eating race" Kai says, he's the only one that gets close to me "hey maybe after I'm done, I could show you around the city?" He offered, I decided to take the offer, I'd like to see more of this place. I waited outside for a bit, I saw Kai come out and walk towards me, "Ready to go out?" For some reason this sentance made me blush, but I got over it "Sure Kai, I'd love to" we walked around the city, he tells and shows me places and buildings, He tells me of his adventures and enimies, He's like me and my team! Just ninjas and they seem a bit more focused, he tells me about his love life, for some reason this made me upset, it makes me think of Jestro... then he says something that interested me "Realm Crystal?" I ask, "Yes, a Crystal that can take you to different realms and/or worlds" This was my chance! "Can you show me!? I can use it to get back to my home!" He smiled but then frowns "I wish I could help but only our Sensei Wu knows of it's where abouts" I knew that Merlok looking man knew something! "Can I talk with him? I really need to get back home, my friends are worrying about me "... I understand I'll see if he'll be free around some time today" at least now I have a way back home "We should head back now, it's getting dark" wow did time really go by fast? I see Kai walk down a path and I follow "Tell me a bit about your world" he says "Well it's futuristic like your place, but women wear dresses and there is a lot more nature, the buildings aren't as big and the place has a castle, king, and queen" he paused for a moment "are you sure you didn't come from that past?" He asks, I shook my head no "well here in Ninjago we don't have royalty" I stopped "what!?" He stops as well and looks at me "yeah, is there a problem with that? I mean we do have a mayor but not a king, oh btw how are your friends like? What did you do before you came to Ninjago?" I thought for a moment "Well there's my team Macy, Aaron, Axl, and Lance... Macy is a princess but decided to be a knight, Aaron is an archor... and sometimes unpredictable, Axl is somewhat giant and loves to eat, Lance is well... a lazy spoiled brat..." I wait for a response "cool, and what dangers do you fight in Knightown, I think that's what you call it" "Knighton" I corrected him "well... my best friend was corrupted... Jestro the Jester... he was upset and I try to reason with him but he won't listen... he listens to a dumb book of monsters, he's the reason why Jestro is evil" he frowned "You lost someone important to evil?... I know how that feels..." he gets close to me and hugs me "..." I don't do anything but accept it... "K-Kai..." I didn't realize I was blushing until now, he stayed silent... who did he lose to evil? I slowly wrap my arms around him hoping that it will make him feel better or make the moment less awkward... he lets go "sorry... Let's head back to the bounty" after a while, we finally made it, Kai told me to go to his room and I obeyed, he said he'll have a talk with Wu about the Crystal... which means I'll have a bigger chance of getting home... see you soon Nexo Knights...
