Is BTS member, Kim Taehyung, dating a fan?

Recently the international star has been active on a certain fans account. The fan in question is named Jungkook and his account is CupOfTae. CupOfTae is an account dedicated to Kim Taehyung which is probably why the man himself noticed it in the first place.

Taehyung has commented on a number of the accounts photos - the first being a birthday post dedicated to him. In that instance fellow group member Park Jimin made an appearance too.

In a more recent post the Taehyung commented saying, "your pretty cute." To which Jungkook replied with a correction of grammar... bad move Jungkook. He then proceeded to nickname the star Taehyungie to which the star replied that only Jungkook could call him that (in a flirtatious manner).

Are the pair a couple? Or is this just fan service? Is Jungkook just using Taehyung for fame?
