You woke up from your nap and went upstairs to find Eli, Warren, Derek and Max bruised up. You let out a deep sigh and shook your head, realizing that these two had gotten themselves into trouble once again. Eli was being treated by Heather, and Warren by Sally.
You went to Derek and Max, who were also bruised from whatever had happened. You began to treat their injuries while Derek and Max, despite the pain, managed to joke around.
Derek grinned and said, "Well, it looks like we had another 'adventure' today."
Max chimed in, "Yeah, this seems to be a regular thing with us, doesn't it?"
You couldn't help but smile at your friends' lighthearted attitude, even in the midst of their injuries. As you continued to patch up your friends, you couldn't help but shake your head, knowing that they would likely be dealing with more of these incidents in the future.
You playfully scolded Eli, Warren, Derek, and Max as they tended to their injuries. With a grin, you said, "You guys are like a bunch of mischievous kids! You need to be more careful. It's a miracle you're not in the hospital right now."
Eli, Warren, Derek, and Max all chuckled, realizing that your scolding came from a place of concern. They assured you that they'd try to be more careful in the future, though they all secretly knew that the allure of adventure and mischief would likely lead to more similar situations down the line.
Warren, with a chuckle, responded to MC's playful scolding, "You sound like my family (member when you nag like that ). Are you sure you're not secretly my (older sibling)?".
Sally interrupted with a firm tone, "Finish your sentence properly, You pervert."
Warren blushed even more at his clarification and continued, "I was going to say 'my favorite sibling,' Sally. I only like you."
Sally, who was clearly flustered by Warren's comment, responded with an embarrassed smile, "Warren, you dork! Just stop talking."
Their friends laughed at the exchange. Then Sally countined,"We don't share any blood. We are no family."
"But we live together, eat together, sleep under the same roof, just like family tho?" Derek said.
Warren, feeling the warmth of their friendship, said, "Let's be a family, why not?" He spoke with a genuine and heartfelt tone, expressing the deep bond they all shared.
Warren's suggestion caught everyone off guard, but it brought genuine smiles to their faces.
"I am gonna be the big brother of you all from now on."Warren declared.
"Alright you can be the brother, I'm gonna be the dad." Eli, with a genuine tone, chimed in. His words were met with more laughter, and the group playfully embraced their roles in this makeshift family, enjoying the warmth of their friendship even more.
Derek and Max grinned as they declared they would be the uncle that protect the family. Sally joined in, saying, "And I'll be the mom.".
Eli, a bit flustered but with a smile, exclaimed, "I know english." He continued,"'H' of 'Hyun' Jang my korean name. 'S' of Sally. 'L' for the cat Lion.'E' of Eung-Gu. 'T' of Tang-Gu. 'O' of Onseok's name. H.O.S.T.E.L"
(To not ruin the actual plot of the name hostel you already had a family so they didn't add your name)
His friends, impressed by both his language skills and the name he proposed, cheered in agreement. Heather beamed a warm and heartfelt smile for them. Olly only stared at shock.
.
As the group sat down to eat dinner, laughter and good conversation filled the air. Olly sat in the corner with his meal. It was a moment of togetherness and joy. Warren, on behalf of Eli, decided to ask a question.
He turned to you and asked with a mischievous grin, "Hey, y/n do you have someone you're interested in?"
You, a bit surprised by the sudden question, smiled and replied, "Well, there's someone I admire, but I'm just happy being with you all right now."
Eli couldn't help but fixate on your response, wondering who this person was that you admired. He exchanged a curious look with the others but decided not to press further.
You, noticing Olly's isolation, decided to stand up and join Olly at the corner of the table. It seemed that your friends had their reservations about Olly, suspecting that he was not a good guy. Olly looked up at you with a compulsive grin, feeling that you were the only one who truly understood him. Your friends called for you and told if you wanted to some more food, basically telling you to come there.
However, you just shrugged off the invitation and replies, "I'm good. The winds feels nice here." You continued to chat with Olly, not willing to abandon him or he will end up like what he was like in the original webtoon.
Eli, watching the interaction between you and Olly, couldn't help but wonder if the person you had mentioned, the one you admired, was Olly. Feeling a mixture of emotions, including disappointment and a sense of moving on, Eli decided to focus on other aspects of his life and friendships, understanding that your feelings and connections might not align with his own.
