For all the agyatvas chapters, I will call the pandavas and Vanshika with their aliases instead of their actual name.

Karn: Radheya, Yudhisthir: Kank, Suyodhan: Athirath, Bheem: Vallabh, Arjun: Brihannala, Nakul: Grinthak, Sahdev: Arishtnemi and Vanshika: Chandala.

Nine months have been passed since the agyatvas has started. Dushasan and Shakuni were biting their nails as they still couldn't find Pandavas anywhere. Meanwhile Pandavas were living in Matsya Desh and serving the royal family there. They had taken the roles suggested by Karn.

Vanshika as Chandala was sparring with none other than the Senapati Keechak and queen Sudeshna and King Virat. Yudhisthir as Mantri Kank was also with them proudly seeing his wife fight for the first time. "Why are his moves a bit feminine?" Queen asked Kank. "Maharani he has been like this since many years." Kank said which was not a lie, she has been a female all her life obviously her moves would be feminine. Suyodhan as scholar Athirath was also standing there knowing that if the queen asked any more questions which he was sure she would and Kank won't be able to lie, he decided to pipe in.

"Yes maharani, he has been like this since he lost his wife." He said making the queen gasp and Yudhisthir frown in surprise. "He loved her that much?" The king asked suddenly interested. "Yes maharaj, he had many proposals of marriage after that from all over Indraprastha but he refused saying that if he would have died instead of his wife then she would have not married again so how can he." Athirath said. Kank cocked an eyebrow for his brothers ability to make such a believable cock and bull story. If he did not knew the truth, then he would have surely thought that this was the truth.

The fight was over with both the fighters out of bounds. Queen Sudeshna was shocked seeing this and king Virat just chuckled. "Looks like you have met your equal bhrata Keechak." He said. Both the fighters bowed to him and Chandala left excusing himself. "Chandala." Virat called and he came and bowed before the king. "You called maharaj." He stated. "Yes. I heard your story." Virat said and Athirath bit his lip while Kank glared at him. "Which story?" Chandala asked confused. "Athirath and Kank were telling me how you lost your wife and then rejected every proposal you had out of loyalty towards her." Virat explained.

"I did? I..I did, yeah." Chandala said nervously. "What was her name?" Queen asked coming there. "Naam..." Chandala said thinking. "You don't know the name of your wife?" Queen asked now suspicious. "It's not like that maharani. I try to refrain myself from thinking about her too much. Thinking about breaks my heart and my eyes gets full of tears. Btw, her name was Neeti and I used to call her Rajneeti." Chandala said chuckling and Athirat was appreciating him with his expressions while Kank was praying to god to spare his wife and brother and was also admiring the way they both lied so effortlessly. Just then, Uttara came running knocking a dasi down.

"Uttara you're a girl not a deer. Did Brihannala not teach you how to walk properly." Sudeshna scolded. "But Chandala told me once that maharani Vanshika never walked like a girl." Uttara said making Sudeshna glare at him. "Are you teaching her weapons or teaching her to become mannerless? I am pretty sure maharani Vanshika was very ladylike." Sudeshna said angrily. "Maharani if you don't believe me then you can ask mantri Kank and mahashay Athirath." Chandala said politely. Both the mentioned men nodded when the queen looked at them.

"Maharani, you loose a bit of your lady-ness when you learn fighting." Chandala explained. "Then I don't want Uttara to learn weapons anymore. Her father, brother and uncle can protect her and later her husband will do the job just fine." Sudeshna said. "And what if he fails maharani? What will you do then?" Chandala asked tears streaming down his face. "Its okay Sudeshna. Chandala is right. Uttara need to learn weapons in self defense and I am sorry Chandala if her words reminded you of your wife." King Virat said and they all left.

Later, Chandala was sitting with his back to a wall, a glass of water in his hands and thinking about life. He didn't notice he was crying until someone wiped his tears. "You shouldn't cry. It's not suitable for a fighter." said a gruff voice, looking up he saw Keechak standing beside him. He quickly wiped his tears. "Sorry, just got sad remembering something." Chandala said scooting over to make some room for Keechak if he wanted to sit. Keechak sat down in a heartbeat. 'Even Arya don't sit beside me this quickly.' He thought amused. "You know a fighter shouldn't show weakness by crying." Keechak said.

"But senapati ji, I was always taught that it was okay to cry. Bottling up your emotions will degrade your mental strength. So yeah, I don't cry that easily but when something hurts me or directly hits my heart I can't help myself." Chandala countered. "And Sudeshna's words about a lady not needing to learn weapons hurt you?" Keechak asked and the former nodded. "Why?" Keechak asked. Now Chandala panicked a bit but didn't let it show and let his instincts take over amd blurted anything that came to mind.

"During the conquest of the pandavas before rajsuya yagna, I was away with pandava kumar Bheem. During that time, my wife was attacked by some bandits while she was returning after collecting water from the well. She did not know any self-defense so she was killed. She shouted for help but no one was there except my son who watching it from a distance for he also couldn't do anything else being just 5 at that time. So yeah, this is the reason." Chandala said. "Okay." Keechak said and they fell in a silence. Chandala quickly finished his water and excused himself feeling awkward.

Keechak also followed him and grabbed his hand startling him. "Senapati ji what are you doing?" Chandala asked gulping nervously. "Listen Chanda, forget what happened, I am with you." Keechak said. "Chanda!!??" Chandala asked surprised and shocked momentarily forgetting that he has to pry his Keechak's hands off himself. "Aap mujhe chhed rhe hain?" Chandala asked with a gasp and forcefully removed his hand from the male's grip and ran from there directly to Brihannala.

"What happened Chandala?" She asked. "Is anyone here?" He asked and Brihannala shook her head. "You won't believe what happened." Chandala said and narrated the whole incident. Brihannala burst out laughing. "Don't laugh. You should've heard the intensity in his voice when he said 'Chanda'. It really creeped me out and his eyes they looked like he was planning something nasty." Chandala said. "Then why don't you go to maharaj and ask for help?" Brihannala suggested jokingly and Chandala ran away thanking her. "Arey I was just joking." Brihannala called after him but till the he was long gone. 'Oh God, please save Bhabhishree. This time from a very awkward type of situation.' Arjun thought.
