Vanshika was having a serious problem in adjusting in the new routine that consisted of staying in Saurashtra during week days and in Indraprastha during weekends.

She was suffering from serious sleep deprivation as the west parts of Saurastra were facing a serious shortage of water despite being close to the coast. The rain has not fallen for 3 months and now the land was all dry and crops were ruined, even coconut didn't had water in it (just kidding, obviously coconut had water cuz its endosperm not water😅).

She sent a letter to Indraprastha notifying that she won't be there for another week and asked for Arjun to come there as fast as possible. As expected from him, Dhananjay arrived the next day by noon. Vanshika briefed him on the situation and he launched Varunastra and it began raining.

Everyone was happy and blessed him. Vanshika thanked him and both of them went to the capital, Pune. He left after 3 days and Vanshika left for Indraprastha 4 days after. She was welcomed by Draupadi whose bump has become bigger. "Woah! Are you sure ther's only one in there?" Vanshika asked pointing at her bump. "I think so." Draupadi answered as they walked inside.

"Vanshu welcome." Duryodhan said hugging her and she hugged her back. She stifled a yawn as they separated. "I have noticed that whenever you come, the bags under your eyes become more. Are you not sleeping properly?" He asked sternly.

"Come on bhrata Suyo. Its not that big deal. One has to do that when their rajya needs them and this time many places of Saurastra are suffering from drought, so I have to act." She explained as they moved inside to the common room where everyone was assembled.

"What's happening here?" Duryodhan asked looking at the commotion and  drawing attention to them in the process. "BHABHISHREE!!" Everyone ran towards them. Vanshika thought they were coming for her but they crossed her and reached Draupadi shocking her. She turned around with her hands on her waist and a smile on her face.

"Bhabhishree how is my niece?" Arjun asked. "Bhratashree I told you it would be a boy." Nakul said and Sahdev nodded. "No it would be a girl." Bheem said from his place beside Kunti. Vanshika went and took blessings from Kunti, Karn and Bheem.

"Vanshu, come sit we are looking for a suitable bride for Karn. Help us." Kunti said. "Oh so you all are looking for my jethani. I'll definitely help." Vanshika said and sat down beside her and looked at the portraits in front of her.

She looked at a portrait and she tried to remember where she had seen her. "Who's she?" She asked. "She is Jaidrath's sister." Sahdev informed. "Arey I remember. She was a nuisance. I don't think *yawn* anyone of us can handle *yawn* for another time let alone whole life." Vanshika said making all of them laugh and Kunti to hit her lightly on her arm.

"Vanshu are you tired?" Karn asked. "A teeny bit." She said indicating it with joining her index finger and thumb. "Oh yeah now that you mention I see the bags also. Go to your room, you will find thet Yudhisthir is also there. Go take rest." He ordered.

After a lot of argument, Vanshika gave up and went to her room and opened it to find her husband engrossed fully in scrolls. She got an idea in her mind and sneaked up behind him and hugged him. "Yudi, look how much you are missing her that now you are hallucinating that she is here and also hugging you." He said hitting his head with his palm to try to knock some sense in himself.

"You're not hallucinating arya." She said pinching him in the side. He yelped in pain and turned around, his face bright like a star. He hugged her. "I missed you so much." He said. "I missed you too." She said. "I missed you three." He said and that's how a fight broke between them about who missed who more and in the end reached on the conclusion that both missed each other equally.

Vanshika then yawned very loudly. "I think I should sleep." She said and plopped on the bed without even waiting for a response and was fast asleep with in moments. Yudhisthir returned to his scrolls chuckling.

She woke up a few hours later fully rested and saw that the moon was up in the sky. She looked at it in horror when she realised that she had overslept and couldn't even help Draupadi and Kunti which she should have being the daughter-in-law of the house.

She quickly corrected her appearance and ran towards the kitchen. Reaching there, she came to know that it was the time when everyone would be in the dining hall. She turned around and ran towards the dining hall this time. "Arey Vanshu, good to see you're awake. I assume you are well rested." Kunti said with a kind smile making Vanshika look down in shame.

"I am sorry bua. I couldn't help you and Draupadi." She said her head hung low. "Its ok putri, don't sweat it and stop calling me bua, I am your mata too." Kunti said. "Ji bu...mata." Vanshika said smiling. "Acha Vanshu why don't you adjust your timings?" Karn said as she served him.

"I was also thinking the same. I should reduce my sleep time." She said making Yudhisthir's eyes widen and he shook his head violently. "You would not do something like that. You barely sleep and now you want to reduce that time also! What do.you want to become? An alive zombie? And also, Jyeshth was talking about your time of coming here." Yudhisthir said. "Oh." Vanshika said sheepishly.

"Yes, from now on stay 3 weeks there and then come. Like this you will have more time with your people and then when you'll come here you'll be energetic and fresh." Karn said taking a bite. "Jyeshth I was thinking that I also go with her." Yudhisthir said.

"Why?" Kunti asked. "Well first, I am not able to spend time with her and second, if wife can go with her husband to support him why can't a husband?" He explained making everyone smile at his words. Kunti realised how much her children had grown.

She was so proud of her son that he is supporting his wife. "But you have duties here. After all you and bhrata Suyo are the yuvraj." Vanshika protested. "Yes and your bhrata Suyo will handle the responsibilities. Take him with you. Moreover he has bored us all with his dharm talks." Duryodhan said making Yudhisthir pout and look at Kunti in complaint while everyone laughed.

Kunti hit Duryodhan on his arm. "Don't trouble him, putra." She said and Duryodhan nodded with a glint of mischief in his eyes.
