you looked over at your boyfriend and smiled at the sight.

small snores escaped his lips and you watched as his chest rose and fell.

you picked up your phone and saw the time.

you let out a sigh and decided you were going to get a bottle of water to distract yourself from your lack of sleep.

you attempted to get out of bed as quiet as possible as to not wake your boyfriend.

you closed the bedroom door and walked down the stairs to the kitchen.

you opened the fridge and grabbed a water bottle.

lifting yourself onto the counter, you took small sips of the water.

you watched your feet swayed but you looked up once you saw joseph's figure leaning against the door frame.

he was wearing his sweatpants, crossing his arms.

simply just admiring you.

" how are you still not tired, love? " he joked as he walked up to you.

you spent the day at a pool party with a few friends and you went to a dinner afterwards.

" i have no idea. " you replied with a small smile.

he stood inbetween your legs and wrapped his arms around you.

his hands were instantly intangled in your hair.

he kissed your neck every few seconds and he knew you loved it when he did that.

" hmm this is definitely helping. " you said following your statement with a yawn.

he softly laughed at your reply and said

he placed his hands under your thighs and carried you up the stairs to your shared bedroom.

he layed you down on your side of the bed and got into the bed next to you.

you felt him pull you closer to him and kiss your forehead before whispering
" goodnight, my love. "
