you entered the restaurant after pushing your way through the paparazzi, with a tight grip around joseph's arm.

your heart was racing faster with every flash of the camera.

joseph knew that this was the worst part about going out for you so he made sure you were okay the whole time.

once inside you let out a sigh of relief when you felt your oncoming panic attack go away.

you enjoyed the dinner and simply loved being with your boyfriend again since he had been gone on press tours for so long.

" whats wrong, sweetheart? " joseph asked as he paid the bill.

" i can't go back out there, joe. " you said, fiddling with your rings.

" i'll make sure nothing happens to you and i'll stay next to you the whole time. okay? i promise. " he replied with a reassuring smile.

you nodded back.

once the bill was paid you got up and walked to the door.

just before he opened it, joseph placed his hand in yours.

in an instant the camera flashes were going

you felt the panic attack coming back and it was starting to get really hard to breathe.

finally you reached the car when joseph immediately saw what was happening.

" sweetheart, i need you to look at me. " he said as you took your hand is his.

your vision was becoming foggy from the tears that were threating to fall.

you felt slightly relaxed once you felt his hand in yours.

" breathe with me. " he insisted.

" i c-can't, joe. " you replied, struggling to get out your sentence.

" hey, hey i know you can. okay? i'm right here, my love. right here. " he said, kissing your hands.

he took a few deep breaths and watched as you copied his actions.

" good. now one more time. "

everything started going back to normal slowly but surely.

you took a sip of the water bottle you left in the car and took another deep breath.

" you're alright. " he smiled gently rubbing your arm.

" thank you, joe. i wouldn't have been able to get through this without you. " you said as you pulled him in for a hug.

" of course, sweetheart. i promise you, i'll always be here. " he whispered and kissed your lips.
