I bumped into hard chest and shoulders. The books in my hands fall down. I heard a voice saying "I'm so sorry. I didn't see you there. Are you okay?"

" Yes thank you," I said standing up and cleaning my cloths nervously without looking at the boy's face.

"Ohh My GOD Rivers come and see something. Am I dreaming? It can't be possible," the guy that I bumped into said. I heard foot steps, someone was walking towards our direction. I didn't get the nerve to look at the boy.

"It can't be ,its not her, it's not our Essie," the other boy with familiar voice said.

It was when I heard my nickname I decided to look up to see who I bumped into. I couldn't believe my eyes. Maybe we were all dreaming. I was speechless.

"This is not how to welcome your long best friends," Evan said. And before I knew it something that felt like a bear jumped on me. I fell into the ground beneath a very excited Evan that hugged me and held on. Rivers quickly joined him.

I screamed at two of my old best friends that were so heavyly laid on top of each other on top of me.

"So you are alive Essie all these years while we thought you were dead long ago," Rivers said his breath brushing my cheeks.

"I am but I will die if you don't get off me like right now," I replied.

They quickly got up and helped me up.

"We missed you," they said together hugging me again. Tears gathered in my eyes. I really missed them too. Thank God they didn't forget me like the other two did.

"I know, me too" I said, one tear rolling down my cheeks.

"Come on Jessie don't cry. Are you still a baby?" Rivers asked wiping away my tear.

"Why are you crying," Evan asked.

"I am just so happy that the two of you remembered me and appreciated seeing me unlike N....... ,"I mistakenly murmured.

"You are happy that what?" asked one of them.

"I am so happy to see you," I quickly replied.

"Since when did you return here and why did you refuse to contact us??" asked Evan.

"I am sorry, it is just so complicated. I got here at the last minute. I decided to surprise you but things didn't go as I planned,"I said.

I took a look at their outfits and saw that it was very different from what they used to wear. Both of them were wearing skinney jeans,boots and jackets. It was then I noticed changes in them and then thought they must be the other two boys of the FSquare that were in the hallways first day of resumption. But since then I didn't remember seeing them anywhere.

" Well we have alot of catching up to do today. Let's go before the bell will be rung," Rivers said.

"Where are we going?" I asked.

"Shhh," Evan said and dragged me out of the school compound.

"I hope you are not going to kidnap me," I said jokingly.

"No way I can't skip a class. You know me well, I will not skip a class," I said when I realized what they were about to do.

"Well you have to and for your information you are not going to miss a class but the whole day," Evan said with a chuckle.

I figured out all of my friends had really changed. I would either have to change with them or go for other friends but I would rather stay with them.
