The door creaked open as Lee Know stepped inside. It's been many years since he walked through these halls. Lee Know never found a reason to entire his late mother's house; until today. He strode past the living room which was now covered in dust and cobwebs.

After searching through cupboards and drawers he was starting to grow impatient. He took a few deep breaths, promising himself he won't allow this to frustrate him. After fifteen minutes, he resumed his search. In one of the boxes, he found a file with his name on it. Not wanting to spend another second in that house, he grabbed the file.

"It's called "A man's disguise". Julia's voice echoed in his head as he was about to leave. He soon found himself making his way to his mother's library. His mother had always had a strange collection of books. He shuffled through the shelves till his eyes landed on one particular book. Its mauve book cover now had a blackish hue. He pulled the thick book from the shelf. A layer of dust sat on it. Some of its pages were folded and the back of the cover was torn. The book was in a rugged condition.

He opened the book, expecting to find a novel of some sort. Instead, he was met with a journal. The pages were filled with observations on a particular set of people and how they behave. It was a strange book. Nevertheless, he placed the book along with the file, in his briefcase before he left the house. He closed the door behind him, being sure he would never visit this place again. This time when he leaves, he leaves for good.

When he returned to his study, Lee Know didn't even notice that Julia had left after waiting for him for hours together. He was too engrossed in the new book he found to pay attention to the world around him. He read each line carefully.

He was beginning to grow tired of the book. A long list of observation notes is all he found. Lee Know couldn't care less about the possible theories about other men. All he wanted was information that would be of use to him.

As he was about to set the book down, his eyes darted over the following words; "Mind you, every man has two halves. The demon of a man is just as real as the shell of a crab."

An eerie feeling flooded his soul yet again. He stood up from his armchair and made his way to the desk.

"I will come after everything you love.

Your other half, Lee Minho."

He saw the note again. He sighed. A good number of weeks had passed and his head was clearer than before. "This man must have mistaken me for someone else." He told himself, "I don't even know this man. There's no evidence he is after me or that I've done anything to make him furious."

He pulled out the file he had taken from his mother's house, the file with his name on it. After pouring himself a drink, he sat down to take a look at the file. Inside he had found multiple documents, most of which were no longer useful.

At the bottom end of the pile, he had found just what he had been looking for this whole time, his old passport and his birth certificate. These documents would prove the strange man from his dreams was nothing but a fragment of his imagination. He took a sip from his drink as he felt his nerves calm. He was certain-no, he was confident this proof would put an end to this madness and he could resume his normal life.

Yet there all the documents read the same name; Lee Minho.

"This can't be." He said in a low tone, his confidence draining along with the color on his face.

He frantically rummaged through every piece of paper that lay on his desk.

Lee Minho

Lee Minho

Lee Minho

There were even pictures attached to the sheets. And they all read- Lee Minho.

Lee Know broke into cold sweats. His head began to spin and his breathing quickened. Upon hearing the sound of a glass breaking, the servants rushed in.

"Sir?!" he could hear their muffled screams, "Call for the doctor!"
