It has been about 3 month since Hawk left Paris. We face timed every night, and more often then not we would end up having face time sleepovers so we could wake up to each other. We missed each other so much, all we wanted was to be in each others arms, but our parents wouldn't let us visit each other until our winter break. My winter break was vastly approaching, it was only in 2 weeks so I wanted to start planning my trip now. I open up my computer to look at flights but I stop when I see Hawks name flash across my screen.

Hawk Would like to FaceTime

Accept Decline

"Hi love" Hawk says once I accept his call. I smile seeing that his hair is down from his mohawk, he tells me I'm the only one allowed to see it like that, he always made me feel special.

"Hey, what are you up to?" I ask.

"Nothing much, just missing you beautiful. But what's new?" he responds.

"I miss you more" I giggle, blushing.

"So, have you thought about when you're coming to California?" he questions. I quickly think on wether I should tell him yes or no and pull some sort of prank on him, thats when I get a genius idea to surprise him in the valley. He will have no idea I'm coming and it will be perfect.

"Actually I have to tell you something Hawk" I mumble.

"Whats up Princess?" he asks, clearly a little worried by my change in tone.

"I just found out that I can't come to the valley for winter break" I lie. His expression immediately drops.

"Wait what? I can come to Paris instead, If that works better for you" Hawks stammers, surprised by my sudden change in plans.

"My mom said we can't see each other now, she doesn't want our relationship to distract me from my studies" I fib.

"Oh, oh" he mumbles. "So we can't see each other at all soon?" he asks.

"Yea, I'm really sorry baby, you know that I wish we could be together, in person, all the time, but I have to listen to my mom" I tell him, avoiding eye contact since I am trying to keep my laughs in. Although it sucks to see Hawk hurt this would all pay off in the end when we get to be together.

"No I get it Princess. I'll wait for you though, however long it takes" he utters. A little smile erupts from my face. Hawk will be so surprised and happy to see me, it will be awesome.

"We can still FaceTime a lot, it will all work out, I hope" I tell Hawk.

"I know baby, I have to go now, but I love you" he says.

"I love you to Hawk" I say before he hangs up. I sigh and sink deeper into my bed. All I had to do now was get some of his friends in on the plan, as well as his parents, and Hawk will have the best surprise ever.

I leave for California in 1 week, I had already booked the flight and got in touch with Hawks parents, they said they loved my idea and would be thrilled to have me stay over at their house for a few nights after the surprise. Now I needed to figure out where I was going to surprise Hawk, I was going to need one of his friends to help me out with this. I know that Miguel is his best friend, but obviously we've never met. We follow each other on instagram but other then that we're never really talked. I open up my phone and scroll to his account, clicking the DM button.

Everything's been set up, and the plan is on a roll. I was so excited to finally see Hawk again, I missed him so much everyday. I couldn't wait to see the look on his face when he sees me for the first time since summer. All I had to do was wait a week and I would be back in Hawks arms.

I had just gotten off my plane, I was tired as hell and completely running on adrenaline. In less that one hour I will be surprising Hawk, I couldn't wait. I step out of the airport and am quickly met with the California view and fresh air.

I look around to see if there is a taxi I can take, and just to my luck there is an empty one, ready for a new customer. The driver helps me put my luggage in trunk and I get settled into the back seat. I tell him the location that Miguel sent me, which is the school.

I get there in about 25 minutes, right before Hawk gets out of school. After retrieving my luggage I quickly run to the spot in the high school parking lot where Miguel told me to be. My hands were nervously shanking as I stood and wait. I then hear the bell faintly ring from inside the building, knowing it was time. Kids start to flood out of the school, I only get one weird look. I move my head around to see if I can find Hawk. My heart beats faster and faster as I can see the red mohawk in the crowd of kids. My smile quickly appears on my face as the mohawk moves close and closer to the doors.

But thats when I see it.

Hawk, in all his glory, with his arms wrapped around another girl. They're all cuddled up together and she's laughing at one of his jokes. My heart complete drops at the sight, my legs begin to feel like jelly and my arms go numb. I feel the tears burn in my eyes and my breathing quicken. As if it couldn't get any worse Hawk begins to lean into the girl. Before I know it their lips connect and they are full on making out. Hawk still hasn't seen me, and at this point I'm not sure if I even want him to.

"Y/n!" someone screams in the distance. It's an unfamiliar voice bit I still look to see who screams it. I turn my head and Miguel is looking right at me.

"What the fuck" I mumble.

"I'm so sorry, I didn't know this was happening between him and Moon" Miguel tells me. He looks sorry for me, which doesn't make me feel any better.

"Her names Moon? " I ask him, turning back to Hawk and moon making out. Miguel nods at me

"Pretty" I mumble, letting the tears finally escape.

"Look y/n I'm so sorry-" Miguel says.

"Save it, I need to get out of here and get a flight back home" I tell him, reaching for my luggage beside me, ready to walk away.

"Y/n?" I hear a voice scream. This time it was familiar, It was Hawks. The person I loved most. The person who stabbed be in the back. "Y/n is that you? " he screams once again. I contemplate turning around to face him. I don't want to, and it's not good for me, but I turn to see him anyway.

"Yea its me" I say, looking him in the eyes with disgust.

"Did you see everything? " he asks, softly, running up to me.

"I saw everything Hawk. You're not who I though you were, not even close" I whisper, tears continuing to fall.

"Its not what it looks like, I swear" he tells me, walking closer. I take a step back.

"No Hawk, it's exactly what it looks like. You thought I wasn't here, so you went behind my back and got with another girl" I say.

"Look I'm sorry. I love you y/n" he states.

"Then why would you do that huh? I flew to California because I love you, and I wanted to surprise you. You clearly don't love me. You don't do this shit to people you love Hawk!" I yell.

"I wasn't thinking straight y/n! Please, I need you" he screams back.

"You should have thought this through then. I'm going back home now, thanks for waisting my time" I say, turning around and walking right out of the school, tears running down my face.
