As all of them return back earth Goku brings sleeping Izuku back to bed as everyone then approaches them started asking question while Beerus is just eating some delicious food in  while vegeta and Piccolo standing near the railing side by side while there arms are cross

At the Bulma's place everyone arrived the same time to see there guest most of them are excited to see him before Bulma could call him

Everyone then went to the backyard to eat some breakfast there are still in shock that Izuku have a tail as Vegeta why Izuku has a tail while he and the rest of them don't have any.

Izuku:I never ate that much kind of food in my life

Goku:Oh that's kinda normal for us saiyans the more we eat the more energy we have and the reason we don't get fat is because our bodies are different then normal people

Izuku:Well that is a relieve so the more we eat the more we have more energy

Whis then started to explain about the other benefit of the tail about turning into a great ape and loosing control once you look at the full moon and can only be stop you by either destroying the moon or cutting his tail off which made him scared for a second but Whis assured that they won't be needing to cut his tail off.

Bulma:Why won't we be cutting his tail I mean won't he be able to transform into an ape thingy?

Whis: Yes and in order for you to learn The your mentor will be Goku and Vegeta

Izuku:I don't know why its just felt you coming close and out of  Instinct I blocked your punch

He shouted as his going for a right hook as izuku blocked it but goku didn't hold back with a the next strike, hi then delivered a roundhouse kick but Izuku dodges it and decided to strike by doing a back kick which send Goku back a bit which surprise Goku and little bit from Vegeta wo is watching from afar

Goku:Whoa that was a strong kick you got

Izuku: I didn't even know I could Kick that hard

Beerus: It would seem that his saiyan cell has started to react

Beerus said as he floats down with whis behind him

Whis:Indeed you see Izuku  during your slumber your saiyan cells must have been active overnight thus the your tail is a sing that your saiyan cells has been awoken

Goku:So that's why his kick was much stronger now

Goku:This is called a Super Saiyan its basically an energy multiplier up to 50x than our base form. 

Izuku:WHAT 50X?! NOW THAT JUST RIDICULOUS!!

Goku:Well you need to have a feeling such as strong anger or sadness can transform a Saiyan into a Super Saiyan, once you achieved the form you can transform into it any time by focusing your energy into your back to make it tingle.

He said as he remembered his past of all the pain all the suffering he faced during those years which made his blood boy he closed his fist not knowing that he is about to go on a transformation he gritted his teeth and clenched his hands so hard that blood started to drip, but what triggers him the most is that his parents were heroes and his father was non other than the No.1 hero in japan and he was quirkless before and yet he hid it from him and said taht he wasn't a hero material, thinking all of that makes his blood boil and tears started to fall.

After a few moments everything started to calm down as they all
