Skyes pov:

I grabbed the envelope and opened it. "What is this?" I say opening the letter
"Youll see."

I opened the letter and read it out loud.
"Dear skye,
You are the most incredible woman i have ever met.  You have no idea how much you mean to me. Your voice, your hair, your eyes, your lips. Everything. Everything you do is stunning. You take so much care of everyone. Making sure there okay. Helping them when they need it. You are such a fearless person. So when i say speak now i want to hear your delicate voice your whisper of charm, it calms me down just knowing your okay. Our love is a deep red.  I will always love you and haved always loved you even before the maze back in 1989. Our reputation will never die like my love for you. You are my one and only lover and will forever be. This isnt any kind of folklore its real and i will love you for evermore. From middays to midnights. And they days to come. You are the love of my life."

By the end of it i was in tears. They were flooding out my eyes and down my face. "Newt i uh i i love this. W-when did you write it?"
"Yesterday when you were running."

I couldnt keep myself from kissing him i had to. I slammed my lips against his and his back to the tree. And he lifted me up and i tied my legs around his waist. With my hands in his hair. " i love you newt." I whispered to him before getting out of his grip. I took the note and grabbed newts hand and  went to his hut and put the note on the  table " im going to keep that safe forever even if  you dont make it."

Then it was dinner and was basically the same.

After dinner i went to bed but newt said

"The surprise isnt finished yet."
"More?"
"Yes."
He pulled me to my feet and dragged me put side to a picnic blanket with two pillows on. "Stargazing." He said i looked at him and i smiled
"Are we looking at stars because they are just as beautiful as you." I said
"No because i know you love them."

I laid down next to him on the floor. And give him the pillow while i place my head on his chest. And looked at the stars.

It got super late and i just fell asleep on him. When he noticed i was asleep. He picked me up bridal style i knew this because it woke me up but i didnt want him to know so i pretended to be asleep.

A/N: so sorry i havent posted in a week thank you for 50 reads. If you cant tell i love taylor swift sadly i didnt get to go to the eras tour. But yeah. Umm hope you liked this chapter sorry it s a bit short. Ill try to make the chapters longer.

This is weeks later to (6/7/24 uk) i didnt even realise but this is the 13th chapter and i wrote a letter with 12 different taylor swift references so i guess im a maatermind (ifykyk)
