The next morning y/n and Charles had to get ready to leave for the airport. Once they had woken up and gathered their things they headed downstairs to get breakfast before checking out.

~ "Leaving so soon?"

Y/n: "Yeah, our flight leaves in a couple hours for Guernsey."
Lando: "Oh, I see, well can I join?"
Y/n: "Please!"
L: "So, Charles? You looking forward to Guernsey? Meeting y/n's mom?"
C: "I really cannot wait. I'll love to see where  Y/n's life was before Monaco."
Y/n: "I've got such good plans for while we're there!"

C: "Oh, sounds interesting... should I be worried?"
Y/n: "It's an island Charles, not much to do, not much to worry about."
C: "okay, well I'm excited."

After breakfast Y/n and Charles said bye to the others and headed for the airport, after about an hour wait they boarded and we're in Guernsey in a couple hours.

When they arrived at the airport Sue and Dom (who had flown in the night before) were waiting for them.

S: "HEYYY! How was the flight?"
Y/n: "Oh it was okay. Glad to be here..."

Charles looked at y/n as she said this, and for the first time, he couldn't tell if she was being honest or not.

D: "Shall we go? Mom's been waiting forever now."

They all headed out and while they walked Charles whispered to y/n.

C: "Mon amour? Everything alright?"
Y/n: "Yeah.. Just feels weird to be back after so long."
C: "Well I'm here with you, let's enjoy our week together... but please tell me if something is wrong."
Y/n: "Okay."

D: "Hey Lovebirds! Joining us anytime soon?"

Y/n and Charles looked up and saw Sue and Dom already in the car. They laughed and climbed in the back.

Y/n: "So Charles, welcome to Guernsey..."
