Y/n let Kelly in after ending the call with Max. They ended up speaking for ages and y/n eventually explained what all happened at the race.

K: "Oh, y/n. I'm so sorry but if I may... you should talk to him. Hear him out."
Y/n: "You're probably right. I can't right now though..."
K: "I get it but the sooner the better."
Y/n: "Yeah... I'll um- I'll go tomorrow."

Max: "Mate?"
Charles: "Yeah?"
M: "What's up? You seem awfully down for such a result from today."
C: "I couldn't care about the race result right now Max."
M: "I knew it! Somethings up. What's wrong with you and y/n? What happened?"

Charles explained it all again, this time to Max. He started to feel clearer about everything as he spoke and knew what he should do. He'll wait till tomorrow though because he doubted she'd want to see him tonight.

Marc POV:

"Y/n threw me out! I did what you said, I tried but she threw me out!"
- "Marc, relax. It's still early. I heard she's got a performance in a couple days before the next race weekend. Approach her there."
M: "You better make sure there's no change in the circumstances."
- "I'm already on it..."
M: "Oh and Jess?"                    
- "Yes?"
M: "Let's not forget what's at stake here. For us both."
J: "I haven't. Now go. I got something to do."

The next day:

Charles woke up to knocking on his door. He quickly got up, not even putting his shirt on, and went down to the door. He opened it and before he could say anything she began to speak.
- "-Charles, we need to talk..."
