"I looked, the case file over. I'll get some thoughts to you ASAP." Jason Gideon said as Hotch, Morgan and I walked into the room.

"You're gonna be with us in Seattle ASAP," Hotch said walking up to the older man.

I noticed a younger man, probably the same age as me.

"22-year-old Heather Woodland," Morgen said handing over a picture of the victim to Gideon.

"Before she left for lunch, she downloaded an email with a time-delayed virus attached. The killer's virus wiped her hard drive and left this on the screen." Hotch explained handing another picture to him.

"For heaven's sake, catch me before I kill more. I cannot control myself." Gideon quoted the quote from the picture.

"He never keeps them for more than seven days, which means we have fewer than 36 hours to find her," Hotch told him.

"They want you back in the saddle. You ready?" Morgen asked him.

"Looks like Medical leave's over, boss." The unknown guy said.

"They sure they want me?" He asked, looking at the three of us.

"The order came from the Director," Hotch said, I felt eyes on me.

It was probably the new guy.

"Well, we'd better get started." Gideon said looking at us.

We all got out and went to the jet, I'm still wondering who the boy is.

"This girl may only have 36 hours to live. We're not asking for a judgment of Gideon. We want an assessment. We want to know you're there to step in if he can't perform. Are we clear?" I heard Clara ask Hotch.

That's one of the things about me, I guess, I'm deaf, I mean I have hearing aids, only Hotch knows, but if I want to listen to a far away conversation I turn up the volume on them, and if I need space, to think, or anything I turn them off.

"Of course." Hotch answered.

I walked past the boy.

"Hey." He said catching my attention.

I turned around to look at him.

"Yes?" I said making eye contact.

"I-I'm Doctor Spencer Reid." He said he was nervous.

But honestly so was I.

"Agent Y/n Steele," I said walking into the jet.

"His first victim was 26-year-old, Melissa Kirsh. Stab wounds, strangulation."

"Wait, wait. Back up, back up. He stabbed her..and then strangled her to finish her off?" Morgen asked cutting Reid off.

I was sitting next to Hotch, Morgen and Gideon behind me, and Reid in front of me.

"Other way around, Morgen," Hotch said not taking his eyes off the file.

"Why do you think he started using the belt with the second murder?" Gideon asked wanting our opinions.

"Strangulation with your bare hands is not as easy as one would believe. He tried, probably found that it took too long..." Reid said trailing off as he looked up at me.

"So he stabbed her instead," Morgen added to Reid's sentence.

"And realized it would be hours cleaning up the blood," Hotch also added on.

"Next time our boy's got a method, the belt," Morgen said finishing it.

"He's learning, perfecting his scenario. Becoming a better killer." Gideon said.

We got out of the SUV, and Reid wanted to carry my bag, I let him but it seems like he's struggling...

"I can carry my bag," I said to him slightly leaning towards him.

"N-No! I got it!" He said as Morgen opened the door for us.

"He never stands with his back to a widow. When I was between him and a doorway, he asked me to move." Morgen said to Reid and I.

"That's hypervigilance. It's not uncommon in post-traumatic stress disorder." Reid explained to him.

"Just how much disorder are we talking about?" Morgen asked.

"Morgen, it's been 6 months, everything's ok," Hotch said.

"This is Special Agent Gideon, Special Agent Morgen, our expert on Obsessional Crimes, Special Agent Steele, our expert in criminal justice and law enforcement, and Special Agent Reid-'Dr. Reid'- uh, Dr Reid, our expert on well, everything, and after 2 years of busting my butt in this office I hope you remember me." Hotch introduced us.

"He's willing to travel with the body," Gideon said looking at the maps I graphed from my office.

"Then he drives a vehicle capable of concealing one," Hotch said.

"1 in 7.4 drivers in Seattle owns an SUV." Dr. Reid said.

"Explorer with tinted windows," Morgen said.

"Explorers rate higher with women," Reid adds.

"But how do we know it's his car? Ted Bundy drove a VW bug." Morgen asked.

"What about a Jeep Cherokee?" Hotch said.

"Jeeps are more masculine," Reid said looking back at my graph.

"We all know how an Unsub feels about asserting his masculinity," Gideon said.

"When did the Bureau become involved with the case?" Hotch asked.

"After the fourth body. He dumped that one out of state." One of the Agents said.

"On purpose," Hotch said turning to me.

"If so, knowledge of Law Enforcement does suggest a criminal record," Reid said.

"Or that he watches television, may I?" Morgen said also asking for a file.

"So you want to see our suspect list?" An Agent asked.

"No, we won't look at a suspect list until after we've come up with a profile it keeps our perspective unbiased," Hotch explained to the unknown Agent.

"When do we sit down with your task force?" Gideon asked.

"4:00." Another Agent said.

"An accurate profile by 4:00 today?" Morgen asked clearly annoyed.

"That's not a problem," Gideon said.

"Agent Gideon, where would you like to start?" Hotch asked him.

"At the site of the last murder." Gideon said turning around to look at the photo of the last site.

"Hey Steele, everything good at the office?" Hotch asked over the phone.

"You're on speaker with me and Reid." Hotch said.

...

"Steele you need to talk." Hotch said trying to get me to talk.

"I think there are two." I said.
