Sans hung off of Eijirou's back loosely. He stayed on his back purely because of Eijirou's tight grip on him. He took Sans from Bakugo when Aizawa was done interrogating him.

"Ok class. Kirishima, wake Gaster up."

Sans, now standing on his feet, struggled to listen to Aizawa. He was thankful Eijirou was helping him walk with the others. Sans saw Aizawa and a person in a marshmellow looking suit on edge and in fighting stances. That made him wake up real in record speed.

"Those are real villains!"

Sans couldn't believe it. Real villains had some serious cojones to invade a hero sanctioned area with actual heroes present. Stuffing his shaky hands into his pockets, Sans watched in awe as their teacher went ham on the thugs. Sans was being pushed toward the exit, but a purple misty guy blocked the path.

"Eijirou?!"

Eijirou and Bakugo leapt at the purple mist, but everyone around him was sent to different areas. Sans was on a mud covered hill. He quickly took a shortcut back to Aizawa, but saw him being beaten by a large disgusting creature with an exposed brain.

"W-what the hell?"

Sans tried to grab the thing's soul, but the creature's soul wasn't normal. It looked like it was stitched up. Like multiple people's souls were torn apart and only a couple of pieces were stitched together. His stomach lurched. He was going to be sick.

"Gaster!"

Aizawa was yelling at him.

"Gaster, get out of here!"

"T-that thing. It isn't normal! What happened to its soul?!"

A large and menacing Gaster Blaster appeared behind Sans, shooting a large beam at the creature. Aizawa was freed, but couldn't move. Running to him and grabbing him, Sans shortcutted into a tree.

"Stay here Sensei. I'll take it from here. Hold onto this for me."

Sans gave Aizawa his scarf and shortcutted back to the field. The creature was nowhere to be seen. Until he was hit in the side and sent flying. The creature stood there, not even fazed by Sans's attack.

Sans's eye glowed a menacing bright blue, but he noticed Midoriya, Tsu, and Mineta behind a rock. He had to be careful not to hurt them. Bones sprouted from the ground, impaling the creature at all angles. The creature broke through and started healing himself. A Gaster blaster appeared again and shot small, but calculated strikes at the creature.

"Sans! Aim for the brain!"

A bone launched Sans at the creature, a sharpened bone in hand. The sharpened bone stabbed through the creature's brain, stopping his regenerative process. Dropping the blood covered bone, Sans felt dizzy. He could feel wind rushing around his head as he waited for the ground to meet him halfway. Strong, warm arms caught him before that. When did he start falling? What was even going on? Why was he so sore?

"Rest now brother. You've earned it."

Where had he heard that voice before? He can deal with it when he wakes up. Right now he just wanted to sleep.

<~>

A man with skin and hair, just as white as Sans, black sclerae, pale white eyelights, an orange hoodie, sage green sweatpants, and a freakishly tall height, held Sans's unconscious body close to him. Aizawa eyed the man with caution.

He appeared from nowhere, from a ring of bright orange and tar-like sparks, only to prevent Sans from hitting his head on the ground. He held Sans with such care that Aizawa knew without a shadow of a doubt that he was Sans's family. The similar appearance was the only confirmation he needed. The rest of the class made it back to the field and they all mistook the new person for a villain. The new person raised his arm and was surrounded by a bone cage. Kirishima pushed his way through.

"Are you Papyrus?"

The man was shocked that a human knew his name.

"Sans talks about you a lot. You can crash at my house for the time being."

"Thank you human. I hope my brother hasn't caused you any trouble."

"No way man. He helps with chores, cooking, and whatnot."

"That doesn't sound like Sans."

The proheroes showed up soon after. Aizawa vouched for the pale man as Sans's real brother. He was questioned, but the proheroes couldn't make heads or tails of the strange language he spoke. He was eventually released and Kirishima took him home.

<~>

"So you're the Great Papyrus Sans keeps going on about."

"Sans talks about me?"

"Yes, quite a bit too. It's hard to believe Sans is your big brother. He fell, short, in genetics I see."

"A pun. I hate to admit it, but ever since I was separated from Sans, I've missed him making those awful puns."

"I'm sure Sans will be thrilled to see you, Papyrus."

"Yeah, if only he'd wake up. I've never seen him use so much magic before. It's strange."

"We'll have to come up with a name for you. Sans's fake name is Gaster W. Sans, so I guess your fake name will be Gaster D. Papyrus.

"What? Why use Father's name like that?"

"In this world people have surnames. Mine is Kirishima. It comes before or after your original name depending where you go or where you're from. Sans told us he was your father. W.D Gaster, so on official paperwork, I put Gaster's name as a surname. Does this make sense so far?"

"Yes. Why am I a human now? I was able to see Sans through one of Dad and Alphys's inventions, so I was prepared for this fleshy meat suit, but I still don't understand how it happened."

"My hypothesis is that our world doesn't have the same levels of natural magic energy your world does. So, through the wormhole that brought him here, his magic must've changed his physical form to adapt to the new, less magic rich environment."

"That's what Father thinks too. He and Alphys prepared this human outfit so I wouldn't be half naked."

"And we thank pops and Al for that."

"Sans?!"

Sans sat up smiling widely, tears caught in the corners of his eyes.

"Hey bro! I missed ya!"

Papyrus pulled Sans into a bone crushing hug, sobbing.

"Sans! I missed you so much! Don't ever leave me like that again!"

"I...I promise bro. How'd you get here anyway?"

"Nyeh heh heh! Alphys and Father worked tirelessly to build a machine to send me to where you were. There were few failed attempts, but I was finally sent through when you collapsed!"

"Oh, heh. Sorry 'bout that."

"Don't be! You're so strong! I had no idea! You'll be an amazing addition to the Royal Guard!"

"Hey Paps, were Pops supposed to come with you?"

"Yeah he was, but I'm not entirely sure he made it through after I did. I'm sure Father will find another way to get to us."

"Right. In the meantime, this is Ichika, Natsumi, and Eijirou. They've taken me in through this whole mess."

"I thank you all very much humans."

"Paps, Eijirou is like a new little brother."

"Really?! I'm a big brother now! Nyeh heh heh! I will be the greatest big brother ever!"

"I'm sure you will bro. I'm sure you want to get a job to help your new family with money, right?"

"Brilliant idea Sans! I will get a job as soon as I can!"

Sans sent a thumbs up to Ichika. There was no way her salary as a scientist could afford to feed both of them. Sans couldn't get a job until after school ended for him, but Papyrus was tall enough to easily pass for an adult.

"Natsumi, could you help Papyrus get a job as a police officer?"

"I could give it a shot. He'll have to study the laws and rules here first, but I think he'll do great as an officer."

"Thanks Nats, I appreciate it."
