After dropping Jack off at school and Riley with Emma, Ashton and I went to the baby doctor.

I got all checked in and we were called back right away and got into a room.

"It feels so weird to be here. I can't believe we're having another baby" Ashton chuckled as he sat in the chair,

"It's kinda crazy but I'm happy" I told him,

"Me too baby" he smiled and squeezed my hand.

The door opened and the doctor walked in. I'm seeing a new guy with this baby. Ashton and I weren't too thrilled the last time around since they didn't seem to care much that Riley's heart was bad,

"Good morning Tate" he nodded to me, "Ashton, I assume. I'm Dr. Sanchez" he shook Ashton's hand. This is Ashton's first appointment with me.

"Nice to meet you" Ashton grinned,

"Okay, so today we'll look around, take some blood from you, then discuss a couple of things" Dr. Sanchez nodded and started putting the gel on my stomach,

"Usually, someone else does all this as I'm sure you know, but considering with your firstborn things weren't great, I want to do it myself" he explained as we saw our baby pop up on the screen.

Ashton had tears in his eyes and kept kissing my hand he was holding,

"When will we know what we're having?" Ashton spoke up,

"Next visit. I'm going to have you come back next month. I'd like to see you more often just so we can catch anything that doesn't look right and it doesn't prolong like for Riley" Dr. Sanchez spoke and focused on our baby,

"Everything looks great" he grinned, "Now let's talk about delivery" he looked between us, "You can do a natural birth but since your last one was a c-section, I feel as if we need to do that. Now, that's totally your decision" he told me,

I looked over at Ashton,

"I have a c-section scheduled already. I think I'd feel better just doing that" I told him,

"Then do that baby. It's up to you" Ashton nodded. I turned back to Dr. Sanchez,

"Let's keep the c-section" I told him.

"Okay. We will", he smiled, "Now, I'm just going to get some blood from you and we will get you guys out of here"

After bloodwork, Ashton and I left and got back in the car and started driving. Ashton was very pleased with this doctor,

"So, I've been thinking" Ashton started, "I think it's time for a new car"

My head snapped towards him,

"I say we get that Tahoe you've been wanting and let Jack have your car. The Tahoe will have more room. We will need more room when we have the baby and have to fit 5 people in the car" he took a glance at me. I was smiling big,

"Really!?" I grinned. He nodded,

"Of course" he laughed, "There's one sitting in our driveway right now" he told me as he pulled in.

I smiled big when I saw the white Tahoe. I jumped out of the car and walked over, opening the door and seeing the black interior. I climbed into the driver's seat and ran my hands over the wheel,

"It's been at Mike and Crystal's for two days. I had them bring it over while we were gone" Ashton spoke up as he stood in the open driver door. I laughed and looked in the backseat,

"They even put Riley's carseat in it" I smiled. Ashton laughed and I got out and hugged him, "Thank you"

"You're welcome" he laughed, "Now, grab the keys and let's go get Riley then Jack" Ashton gently pulled me off him. I nodded and got in the driver's seat and Ashton got in the passenger's.

I pulled the keys out of the cup holder, turning the car on, and putting it in drive.

I pulled into Calum's driveway and Ashton and I walked inside. We could hear Riley's giggles right away.

"Cal? Emma?" Ashton called. We heard our son's small gasp then his footsteps.

Riley came running around the corner and Ashton picked him up,

"Baby?" he asked all confused,

"The baby is still in Mommy's belly" I told him and held my stomach. That caused a pout and a huff making us laugh.

"Anyway, thanks guys" Ashton smiled as Calum and Emma who now appeared.

"Anytime" Calum smiled,

"Alright, we gotta get going. We need to go pick Jack up" I spoke and took Riley from Ashton,

"Hang on," Emma stopped us, "Us girls want to throw you all a gender reveal party. So have your doctor write what you're having down then give it to us"

"When is this party then? Ash and I leave for our trip next month and Riley's birthday is next month" I laughed,

"It'll be the night before you leave for Hawaii. That way your family will be there because they'll be there for Riley's birthday and to watch him while you all go" she told us. I looked up at Ashton who nodded,

"Okay. We'll do it" I laughed.

Once we picked Jack up from school, we headed home for the day. Jack was downstairs doing his homework, Ashton was playing with Riley in the living room, and I was making dinner. My phone started ringing on the counter so I reached over and grabbed it, seeing my aunts name on the screen.

"Hey Sarah" I smiled and held the phone between my shoulder and ear,

"Hey, do you have a second? It's about your grandma" she told me,

"Hang on" I spoke, then directed my voice towards the living room, "Ash, come here" I called. He came walking in seconds later with Riley right behind him, "Can you finish up?" I asked. He of course nodded and I walked up to our room,

"Okay, I'm good. What's up?" I asked Sarah,

"I visited your grandma today. She's starting to lose more memory and quick. She still knows who you and Jack are. She kind of knows who I am but has no idea who Ellie or Riley are" she told me,

"So-so what do we do?" I questioned,

"There's nothing we can do" Sarah sighed, "But she kept asking me over and over when your wedding was. When I told her a few years, she cried because she knows she won't be here"

My eyes started to water,

"She'll see me get married. I promise" I cried.

The room door pushed open and Ashton rushed over when he saw me crying,

"Try if you all can, but don't stress yourselves out. You two already have enough to worry and think about" Sarah spoke, "Okay, I have to go. I need to get Ellie in bed"

"O-okay. Keep me updated" I sighed and hung up.

I put my phone to the side and Ashton pulled me into him,

"It's okay baby" he whispered, kissing my head and rubbing my back,

"We have to get married this year Ashton" I pulled back,

"Okay?" he spoke confused, "What's going on?"

"My grandma. She told Sarah that she'd never see me get married and she broke down. She can barely remember anything but she knows I'm getting married" I started to cry again,

"Okay. We'll get married. We will start planning. We will have the wedding in Tampa that way it's easier for her to go" he told me. I looked up at him and he smiled,

"It's going to be a lot of work and planning super fast" I warned,

"I know that. But, we have plenty of friends around us to help. So, we start planning" he told me.

I couldn't hold back. I leaned up and pressed my lips to Ashton's.

"I love you so much" I spoke,

"I love you way more" he smiled, "Now, let's head downstairs and eat dinner"
