Recap:
"Okay team, we have a problem, have you ever heard of vampires?"
...
Well crap.
"Um blood sucking monsters from bad television shows?" lagoon Boy asked.
I resented that.
"Yeah, there have been numerous reports of supposed Vampire attacks throughout Gothem, Star and Central citys." Nightwing explained.
Tim gave me a look,
"Don't look at me, I live in Blüdhaven." I whispered.
"Also it's only bagged blood for me." I finished.
He nodded. Nightwing continued,
"We need to investigate these reports, I'm sending a squad to each of the cities I mentioned,
Alpha squad will be myself, miss Martian, Superboy, Aqualad and Tigress, we are going to Gothem. Beta Squad will be Robin, Wonder Girl, Beast Boy, and Bumble Bee, you are going to star City.

Gamma squad, Blue Beetle, Kid Flash, Lagoon Boy and Bat Girl, you will be going to central city."
I huffed silently, gamma squad, asshole. Tim gave me a pitying look and walked to the zeta tubes with his squad.
Once we had Zetaed to Central city, we turned and looked at blue, who had been appointed team leader.
"Uh okay, there have been several vampire attacks reported in this city, Bart do a quick sweep would you?" Blue instructed.
About five seconds later he came back, hot dog in hand and said,
"Hot dog, so retro."
"Bart! What did you see." Blue said impatiently.
"Oh yeah, right, there's a dude like two blocks down, he either really wants to give that girl a hickey, or he's chowing down on her neck." Bart told us.
"Okay, Bart Batgirl run ahead, I'll fly with Lagoon boy behind you." Blue instructed.
Bart was a bit faster than me, so I made him slow down, but we still got there in about ten seconds. The dude was in fact feeding, I could smell the blood. I walked up and tapped him on the shoulder and said,
"Since when do vampires exist here?"
I didn't count, I wasn't from here.
"Since the Witch Boy gave us our powers!" He responded.
Well crap.
...
We kicked his ass pretty quickly, I punched him in the face, the girl ran away, Blue came and shot him with a couple of his staple things, I slammed his face into the wall and knocked him out. We didn't find anymore that night, but the fact that Klarion had given him his powers was running through my head all night. The next morning I stopped and got coffee for Dick and I, he had texted me earlier telling me there was another body and to meet him at the docks.
When I got there he was surveying the scene and the ME was looking at the body. I handed him his coffee.
"Thanks El, so this looks like the work of the serial killer from Star, Central and Gothem." He said looking at the puncture marks on the dead guy's neck.
"You think it's just one guy?" I asked him, I knew obviously that he didn't but I wanted to hear what he'd say.
"Well all the murders are similar, could be supernatural though." He explained.
"Could be, any theories? Maybe you could ask the Justice League." I suggested.
"I think they already have people on it." He said. I stifled a giggle and said,
"I wonder if Nightwing is working on it."
He looked away and said, "I'm sure he is."
