Once again, the cutie mark is nice, just be sure not to overcrowd it. I like the fact that you kept his weaknesses and quirks realistic, but once again, he could probably use a few more quirks. I think his color scheme is more original, just pay attention to which shades you use so that the colors do not clash. Finally, it's the same as I told you with Arty - just add your own personal touches to the cliche backstory, and you'll be good!

12% - Just pay attention to overcrowding of the cutie mark, and the conformity of the color scheme - don't make it clash too much. Also, just tweak the backstory and you'll be good to go!
