Mahira's POV:

It was after dinner when sakshi bhabhi and I were sitting in the living room, and looking at Ziva who was half asleep, no one was around, and this was the perfect time to tell bhabhi about everything. I wanna tell her before I tell mahi bhai, for the typical girl talk ofc.

"Bhabhi?", I called her and she looked at me very normally, little did she knew that this is not another one of my rants

"What if I tell you that I'm dating someone? How would you react?", I asked her and she looked at me with suspectible eyes.

"I would ask you who it is? Achha ho to I'm with you, and nahi to I'll try my best to explain it to you that why I didn't like that person, but I know you are mature enough and tumhari choice achhi hi hogi.", She said with the most genuine smile

"And what if I tell you it's rishab?", I asked her very meekly, looking down.

"Is it?", Her voice got louder and she widened her eyes at me.

"Bhabhi, relax!", I gestured her to lower her voice.

"Really mahira?", She whisper shouted but with a big smile on her face, and I nodded. She hugged me tightly

"Seriously, I'm so so happy for both of you. How did it happen? When? What? I wanna know everything?", She was still whisper shouting and I was so happy, rishu, my bhabhi approves you.

"I'll tell you everything in detail bhabhi. Par abhi mujhe aapki ek chhoti si help chahiye!", I said.

"I'm all ears.", She nodded happily.

"Mahi bhai ko kaise bataun?", I said and she laughed

"Hmmm...... Tum dono milkar unhe bata dena, I'm sure he'll be very happy, he loves you so much Mahira, and he even loves rishab so much, I don't think he can trust anyone with you as much as he'll trust rishab. Don't worry about him.", She said in the calmest way. If there's anyone cooler than captain cool, it's her.

"And why is no one telling me anything?", Ziva was wide awake now.

"Ziva? You were listening?", Bhabhi asked her with wide eyes.

"Yes now even I know everything.", Ziva twirked her eyebrows with a smile.

"Don't tell anyone just yet.", I said to her and she nodded happily

"So should I call you chachi now?", She asked me and bhabhi started giggling

"Are you on his side or mine?", I asked her and she put a finger on her chin, like she is in deep thoughts

"So I'll call rishab chachu jiju?", She said and I nodded

"Yes. Bhabhi you and mahi bhai and ziva are on my side.", I said and bhabhi kissed my cheeks.

"Don't worry love, I'm on your side only, mahi ka you talk to him. Since the other side has a perfect competition also na.", Bhabhi said and I nodded, doesn't matter, he gotta be on my side or he goes straight from mahi bhai to Mahendra Singh Dhoni for me, there's no in between. But he needs to approve first.

"What if he gets angry?", I asked bhabhi.

"My papa is very good. He doesn't gets angry. He never scolds anyone. But still mumma alwaysa scolds him.", Ziva said looking at bhabhi. Bhabhi glared at her.

"Why would he by angry? He knows you both are two grown up adults. Han, rishab ki ek terms and conditions wali class ho sakti ho. Usse zyada kuch nahi. Don't worry. My husband isn't a vamp.", She said. Sure he isn't.

"Bhabhi, I need to ask you a lot of things.", I said.

"And I'm here for you baby.", She said.

"How did you tell your mom about mahi bhai?", I asked her and she laughed. More like blushed.

"She suspected, and when mahi proposed me for marriage, I had to tell her everything. They knew mahi ofc, everyone did. And pehle they were a little doubtful, ki he is a celebrity and all, but just once did they meet him, aur pata nahi mahi ne kya keh diya tha aisa. They were like shadi hogi to isi se hi sakshi warna mat karna.", She told me and I was all heart eyes for them.

"How do you think mumma gonna react?", I asked her.

"Your mom is probably the coolest and she seems to like rishab. Obviously she'll be happy.", Bhabhi said and it boosted my confidence.

"Should I tell her now? Or should I wait for it?", I asked her.

"Don't rush things, tumhe khud samajh aa jayega when to do what. Btw who knows till now?", She asked me.

"You and me.", I said.

"And me.", Alia said barging into the room with rishab, how?

"Kya pata hai?", I asked her, she must be talking about something else.

"My jiju told me everything, I was on his side though.", She said flopping beside me. What? Did she know?

"I don't understand.", I said. Rishab was smiling like an idiot all the while.

"I knew it before. And even helped him a bit. Isn't it jiju?", She turned to Rishab dramatically and he nodded, so this conspiracy was brewing behind my back.

"Idk about anyone but rishu, you have my approval.", Sakshi bhabhi said, he blushed.

"Thanks bhabhi.", He said.

"And mine too, jiju.", Ziva said and I giggled.

"Jiju? Wasn't I your chachu?", Rishab asked her.

"I'm on mahira's side.", Ziva said, jumping on my lap

"Cheater!", Rishab put his hand on his mouth to express surprise. I stuck out my tongue at him.

"Bhabhi!", Rishab whined.

"I'm also on her side.", Bhabhi said, and rishab fake frowned.

"Rishab, drama nahi. Please.", I said and he glared at me.

"Don't worry Jiju, I'll be on your side.", Alia said and they hi fived each other.

"Waise have you told mahi bhai?", Rishab asked me and I shook my head.

"What do you mean by have you told mahi bhai? We're gonna tell him together.", I said. How dare he think I'll do this alone.

"Okay!", He nodded with the cutest smile.

"Aren't any of you sleepy?", Mahi bhai said walking into the room and the laughter stopped

"Kya hua? Chup kyu ho gaye sab mujhe dekh kar?", He looked around, with suspecting eyes.

"Nothing happened papa. Come sit.", Ziva said with a smile, saving us.

"Mahi bhai mera na kuch adventurous karne ka man ho raha hai.", I said. With a pinch of  over acting.

"Hai na? Chalo let's walk through the jungles all night, probability of seeing animals increases.", He said very seriously and we all  looked at him in surprise.

"Mahira don't say that, tum mazak kar rahi hogi wo seriously le lenge, he is very adventurous.", Sakshi bhabhi said and I bit my tongue.

"Arey to kya problem hai?", Mahi bhai said as if no big deal.

"Mahi bhai aap itne excited ho apne cousins se milne ke liye?", Rishab said and we all laughed.

"Kaunse cousins?", Mahi bhai raised his eyebrows.

"Lions!", Rishab said. Good one rishu, full points for this. Mahi bhai gave him a very weird look.

"Pehli baat to yahan lions hai hi nahi, leopards hai.", Mahi bhai explained.

"Han to family to ek hi hai na, maine aise bhi cousins kaha.", Rishab explained innocently and this time mahi bhai also smiled.

"Mahi bhai but we can do something.", An idea came up in my mind. I'll also get to spend more time with mahi bhai through that.

"There are binoculars available, we can go to the terrace of this house, it has a good view of the jungle, and binoculars say wee can do animal watching.", I said and his eyes lit up in excitement.

"Let's do this.", He said and we shook hands in commitment.

"Dono bhai behen pagal hai. Mujhe to neend aa rahi hai, main chali sone.", Sakshi bhabhi said.

"Han you sleep, we'll enjoy, haina mahira?", He said and I nodded happily.

"Ziva is also on the verge of sleeping. Bye guys. Good night.", Bhabhi said and left the room with ziva.

"Same here.", Alia also went to sleep. Leaving me Rishu and mahi bhai there.

"Tu?", Mahi bhai asked him, rishab looked at me and I gestured him to go, I need to spend some time with bhai, there are certain things I wanna know before telling him everything. Rishab understood what i wanted to say.

"Bhai neend aari hai.", He said and he also left.

"Let's go partner.", Mahi bhai said and we both went to the terrace, it was mildly cold, very pleasant weather and we were surrounded by greenery on all sides. I had the binoculars.

"Bhai, you know I'll go to uttarakhand with rishab from here.", I told him in between our conversations.

"That's amazing, you love mountains.", He said looking somewhere with the binoculars.

"Waise kisi se baat hoti hai? Deepak? Sam? Rutu? Shardul?", He asked me.

"Deepak se to regular chats pe, main kabhi bhi photos post karti hoon to wo kuch aise funny se remarks deta hai. Rutu se do baar call pe hui, aur shardul aur sam se ek baar bhi nahi.", I said and he nodded.

"Maine mummy se kaha ki jab situation normal ho jayenge to main USA shift hona chahti hoon. To unhone kaha ki ab get married, uske baad sochna kaha shift hona hai.", I told him and he looked down at me with shock.

"Why USA?", He asked me.

"Because I love it. New york to be precise. Kya karun main?", I asked him.

"Fir how will we meet?", He asked me.

"I'll come to meet you, and then I'll call you both at my place, aise bhi you have retired, aakar bohot bohot din tak stay with me.", I said and he frowned.

"You wanna get married?", He asked me.

"I don't know. Should I?", I asked him back.

"Do you have someone on your mind? Ya fir arranged?", He asked me.

"He'll also need your approval na?" , I reminded him and he chuckled.

"Yes ofc. But if you'll like someone, mujhe tumhari choice par bharosa hai.", He said like it's very normal.

"Hmmm!", I said.

"Waise have you considered rishab?", He said and I was so shocked. What is he saying? Has rishab made this too obvious?

"Why?", I asked very innocently.

"He seems to like you. And he is a good boy. My favourite kid.", He said looking down the terrace.

"Kuch bhi bhai.", I tried to act innocent.

"I mean I have sensed that, I can be wrong, he just seems interested in you.", He said

"Aap ye sab bhi notice karte ho?", I asked him and he laughed.

"Main bhi same situation me reh chuka hoon to samajh me aa jata hai.", He said with a smile.

"Waise I'll have a one on one conversation with whoever it's gonna be han.", He said and I laughed. He is so nice what am I being scared of.

"Han Ofcourse bhai, waise how many animals did you see?", Time to change the topic. We spent hours there just talking and catching up. And I knew I have to tell him tomorrow.
