After the party, I didn’t talk to Becca much at all. I still notice her, she talks to Kyler almost constantly. He made her smile like I never could. I know she likes him. Although, there’s a new guy in school, he’s alright, really tall, dwarfs Becca, but that isn’t too hard. His name is Alex. The only thing that might keep her from him is that Miranda is also expressing an interest. Julie told me that Miranda and Alex spend a lot of time after school together. He moved into her development. I have to say, I would love to see Miranda end up with Alex. That would mean one less guy Becca could possibly like. I wonder if she thinks the same thing about Alice…

Way back when, I remember talking to Becca about wanting a boyfriend, and she said she didn’t want one. I didn’t really believe her, I thought she was interested in Shane at that point. I think that was the day I realized I’m in love with her, but I still refuse to tell her.

I know I made her jealous today in school, at lunch. Alice and I sat alone at a table and were feeding each other. It was her idea, I thought it was weird, but hey, I don’t need problems with Alice right now. Anyway, Alice missed my mouth a couple times, I kind of wondered why. I couldn’t look over at Becca like I usually do, I could tell that Alice’s eyes were slightly open the whole time. I closed my eyes all the way, I trust her.

I saw Becca again today in the hallway. I wanted to grab her wrists and kiss her, but there were so many people in the hallway, what if someone saw and told Alice? So I only grabbed her arms and stared her down. She looked at me, scowled and walked away, but I didn’t care. That one look was enough of a high to get me home, through walking home with Alice and having her irritating voice jabbering away the whole time. I couldn’t wait to see Becca again.
