"..Or did- did you know that the first ore to be discovered was- was gold and copper? Or that emerald is the most rar- rarest ore on most if- if not all servers? Even more so than- uh- diamonds?"

Ranboo flexed his hands, infodumping to Philza while he prepared dinner.

"No actually- tell me more, mate."

Ranboos eyes lit up, continuing to ramble on about mining and ores. He hadn't been able to talk much about his hyper-fixations in New L'manburg, everyone was either too busy or too annoyed by his presence. However, in the Arctic with Phil and Techno they were both was willing to listen to them!

"Ancient Debris- or netherite- was actually oh-only recently discovered on servers! That's honestly really surp-surprising to hear since its only so far down in the Nether- oh Phil!" Phil turned his head slightly to look at Ranboo. "What's- what's your favorite ore? Or- or block that has ore in it?"

"Hmm..." Phil though for a moment. "It has to be either deepslate emeralds. The dark, crumbly, matte really contrasts with the shininess and brightness of the emeralds. What's yours?"

"Oh! Mine is gilded blackstone! It's interesting because it doesn't always drop actual pieces of- of gold! It also just looks really really cool since it looks like- uhm- just really dark with striped of gold in it! It was also recently discovered just like- like netherite!-"

"Hulloo-" Techno walked in the door, dragging a bit of snow behind him. He had just returned from tending to all the animals and crops.

"Hi Techno!" Phil and Ranboo chirped in unison. "Hey what- what's your favorite ore, Tech?" Phil, surprisingly, was the one to ask.

Techno thought about the totally serious question as he took off his cape. "Hrm... Has to be gold. But in deepslate. Looks cool and its... Y'know... Gold." Ranboo let out a warbled laugh, kicking his feet while sitting on the kitchen counter. "Should've- Should've known, hehe."

"Why're you askin'? Also, how's the food lookin', old man?" Phil cackled, "Shut- the kid asked me about mine so I thought it'd be nice to know. The foods amazing, mate, of course."

The rest of the day was filled with domestic chatter. (and maybe some more infodumping in the process.)
