luffy burst out of the barrel he was in while next to koby

luffy: "FREEDOM!"

koby: "WHAAAA"

luffy: "yo I'm luffy"

koby fell down anime style

koby: "w-well we do in the kitchen b-but-"

luffy ran off

luffy: "MEAAAAT!"

koby chased luffy into the kitchen as he watch in disbelief at the sight of luffy eating everything in the kitchen

luffy (mouthful): "sho watsh your name (so whats your name?)"

koby: "i-i'm koby"

luffy swallowed

luffy: "well as i said before I'm luffy and I'm gonna be the pirate king!"

koby's eyes widened

koby: "don't you think that dream is impossible?!"

luffy: "no dream is impossible!, say do you have a dream"

koby: "i-i wanna be a marine admiral!"

luffy: "I'm sure you can be one!"

koby stared with teary eyes

koby: "r-really"

luffy started to walk out of the kitchen and on deck

luffy: "of course"

suddenly a fat woman appeared in front of luffy

alfida: "and who are you!"

koby: "i-it's miss alfida"

luffy: "really?! i thought it was a whale"

koby slowly turned to alfida in absolute fear

alfida: "WHAAAAAAT! WHY YOU LITTLE"

alfida: "MEN GET HIM!"

the men charged at luffy as he let out a burst of Conqueror's Haki knocking all the men out

behind a corner stood a shocked nami

nami: "how did he do that..."

alfida looked a bit scared but approached him with her giant weapon

alfida: "i guess i have to do it myself-"

luffy: "GUM GUM BAZOOKA"

she was suddenly sent flying

koby and nami's jaws dropped to the ground

koby: "that was so cool! h-how did you do that?!"

luffy: "i ate the gum gum fruit so now I'm a rubber man"

koby: "that's awesome!"

Luffy: "yeah i know right!"

suddenly a splash was heard as a small boat hit the water

koby and luffy went to the railing as they saw nami rowing away

however luffy grabbed koby and jumped into her boat

nami was terrified was he gonna kill her or something worse-

luffy: "excuse me but can you please bring us to Shell Island?"

nami: "eh?"

koby: "eh?"

luffy: "pretty please?"

koby and nami fell anime style

but nami nodded and started rowing there she certainly wasn't going to piss off this pirate

on the way luffy was talking to koby about his stupid plan of setting off without a navigator and his idiotic idea of how he would make it to another island

nami couldn't take the stupidity and spoke out

nami: "HOW DID YOU THINK THAT WOULD WORK YOU DUMBASS"

she instantly covered her mouth

luffy looked at her without a smile

koby felt nervous

nami teared up was she going to die was he gonna kill her-

luffy: "yeah your right that was pretty stupid of me"

he laughed

koby sighed in relief while nami was shocked

why was this pirate so different it's like he's a good pirate?! no no no that couldn't be... right?

eventually, they finally arrived at the island as nami quietly rowed away after luffy and koby got off the boat

luffy and koby walked to a certain wall before luffy used his gum gum rocket to get up on the wall as koby ran up the stairs

luffy smirked as he saw the first man that joined his crew

he saw the little girl give zoro a rice ball just for helmeppo to throw it to the ground and stomp on it

after he walked away luffy walked up to zoro who glared at him

zoro: "what do you want..."

luffy: "i want you to join my crew!"

zoro scoffed

zoro: "why would i join a pirate crew i don't even know you"

luffy: "well pirate hunter zoro if I'm gonna be luffy the king of the pirates I'm gonna need the future strongest swordsmen's help"

zoro's eyes widened

zoro: "b-but how did you-"

luffy picked up the rice ball and put it in zoro's mouth which he ate instantly

zoro: "heh your not so bad maybe I will join... but first i need you to get my swords... i would stay here for the rest of the deal but i overheard them... they're gonna break it"

luffy saluted 

luffy: "GUM GUM ROCKET"

luffy's arm stretched out to the top of the marine base as he went flying up to it

zoro: "h-how did he-"

koby: "he ate a devil fruit"

zoro: "and who are you?"

koby: "I'm koby"

luffy landed as he saw morgan ordering for the gold statue to be placed

luffy punched it shattering it

everyone looked at him in shock as he smirked and put out his tongue before running into the base getting zoro's swords and going back down to him

luffy untied zoro as he stumbled to his feet getting his swords back

koby: "that was fast!"

suddenly behind the three stood a bunch of marines, helmeppo, and captain morgan

helmeppo: "you really shouldn't of done that now daddy is gonna kick your ass"

luffy: "shut up butt chin"

helmeppo: "B-BUTT CHIN?!, did you heard what he called me daddy!"

morgan: "SHUT UP, MEN FIRE"

luffy stood in the way of koby and zoro and the bullets bounced off him

the marine stood a bit fearful

morgan: "what?!"

luffy: "bullets don't work on me i ate a devil fruit and now I'm a rubber man!"

morgan: "MEN GO GET HIM"

none of them moved

marine 1: "b-but sir he ate a devil fruit we will surely lose-"

morgan: "SHUT UP!"

morgan: "WHOEVER IS TOO SCARED TO FIGHT SHOOT YOURSELF RIGHT NOW-"

he was interrupted as luffy slammed his fist into his head

luffy: "i hate people like you!"

morgan was down in a coma

everyone was shocked when they suddenly started to cheer

lets just say what happens in canon continues until the marines ask luffy and zoro to leave

luffy: "before i go please send these two (he points at koby and helmeppo) to my grandpa garp with this note"

everyone was shocked

marine 2: y-your grandfather is garp?!

luffy laughed

luffy: yep!

and so koby and helmeppo were sent off to garp while zoro and luffy left the island
