Rocko growing up feeling he has to work hard to squeeze any bit of extra attention out of butch and subconsciously thinking james or meowth would make a better dad but not getting either of them as a father figure either because they purposefully are trying not to get in the way of butch and his father son relationship or are spending all their parenting spoons rattata respectfully and this feeling slowly festering over the years until it comes out in one go...man the Owwies
