Isana POV

"Yami... Where do you get off hogging all the fun opponents to yourself like that? So, how are they? Can they put up a fight?" Jack the Ripper creepily licked his lips as he questioned Yami.

"Not at all, it was like I was fighting a kitten." Yami nonchalantly stated, despite his beat up appearance.

"HAHAHHA! Like anyone will believe that the way you look now!" Jack mocked Yami.

"Oh here we go again, the jack ass is mouthing off again." Yami calmly stated as he puffed out a cigarette smoke.(A/N: Where does he get so many cigarettes...?)

"In fact, I might take advantage of this opportunity and rip you a new one." Jack the Ripper glared at Yami as he brought up a blade to his neck.

"I'm sorry, I won't do it again." Yami immediately apologised.

"Dumbass, like I'd actually kill you... If I'm going to fight you, it has to be when you're at your best. Otherwise, it would be no fun to rip you to pieces." Jack the Ripper creepily licked his lips again.

Oh golly... Can this guy stop licking his lips so creepily?! He's gonna look like a pedophile looking for his prey. Ugh... I'm getting chills down my spine.

"Captain of the light green praying mantis, Jack the Ripper. A sadist that loves destruction and boasts of his ability to cut anything! He just through a mountain during his little bickering with Yami, or was I seeing things...?" Finral trembled as he unconsciously laid out all the info he knew about Jack the Ripper.

Thanks Finral... you didn't have to make him even scarier than he already is... At this rate, if he ever looks me in the eyes, I may pee my pants... T^T

"How long do you plan to be on your rear end? A man like you shouldn't be hiding behind a woman." Charlotte Roselei, Captain of the Blue Rose, sighed at Yami's inelegant appearance.

"Don't be foolish. The ground loves me, so it's soothing my ass." Yami savagely retorted.

PFTTT! I-I m-must not laugh...! Tears were streaking down my face and my body was trembling from holding in my laughter for too Long.

"Isana... Are you really okay?" Asta worriedly asked.

"I-I'm fine..." My trembling voice didn't help to reassure Asta. In fact, it made him even more worried for me. I appreciate your concern Asta, but I was just holding in my laughter, there's nothing wrong with me.

"You're the fool. There is no way the ground would love an outlaw like you." Charlotte didn't want to back down from her little argument with Yami.

"What a sharp tongue. It's no wonder you're still single." Yami roller his eyes.

OHHHH DAMN SON! That was so harsh! Damn Yami! How dare you mock somebody for being single? Shame on you! But I f#cking love your savageness. Can somebody give him a trophy for #1 Most Savage person of the year please? I bet nobody would win in an argument against him.

"Like I need a husband! The battlefield is my only lover!" Charlotte got triggered.

"Captain of the Order of Blue Roses, Ms cool Beauty Charlotte Roselei! She's so beautiful! I want to get closer to her!" Finral's eyes sparkled as fumes were coming out of his nose. This horny bastard...

"Why are you so worked up? Isana is much prettier than her..." Asta mumbles at his last sentence.

Hmm... Charlotte Roselei... If I remember correctly, I think she has a crush on Yami... I lit a candle for her in my heart. Ganbatte... It's hard to someone as dense as Yami to notice the blooming heart of a tsundere(her).

"So all the leaders of all the perpetrators that attacked my kingdom have gathered themselves here? That was very nice of you. I'll capture you all myself. So you can run home with your tail between your legs" Nozel, Captain of Silver Eagles, sarcastically stated.

"Yeah, you're welcoming you steaming pile of pride." Yami interrupted him.

"I wonder how he gets his hair like that?" Yami asked Asta.

"Well... Since he's royalty, doesn't someone do it for him?" Asta innocently replied.

"What? He makes someone do that for him? Isn't that just lame?" Yami rolled his eyes again.

"HAHAHAHA!" I couldn't hold in my laughter anymore. My already weak knees turned into jelly and plopped to the ground. I held my sides as tears slid down my cheeks.

"Ow... HAHAHA! My s-sides hurt so bad! HAHAHA!" I laughed and cried at the same time. I'm sorry for my undignified appearance, but if I held in my laughter any longer, I would've peed my pants.

"Should I take care of you guys first?" Nozel glared at the whole bunch of us but he was particularly eyeing me. Oh golly... What have I done... I made an enemy out of royalty... Sayonara to my beautiful life T^T But I don't regret laughing at his stupid hair though... I wish I could just cut it off, he looks much more handsome without it.

"Don't bother wasting your magic on a foreigner." Yami rebutted to Nozel's threat.

"Who the hell are these guys?" Gauche stupidly asked.

"They're the captains of the magic knights! Why does a magic knight like yourself know so little?" Finral squinted his eyes at Gauche.

"I don't care anyone besides Mary." Gauche proudly declared.

"OHHH! I'M GETTING EXCITED!! I CAN STILL FIGHT!" Asta took up both of his swords and prepared to fight along the captains.

"Asta. It's better if we don't... When the captains are fighting, someone who is not of equal power will only get in their way." I kindly explained to him.

"Heh... Looks like there is a smart one in the Black Bulls. That's right. Especially you. You have no magic power to speak of." Nozel directed his last sentence at Asta. Asta gritted his teeth, his eyes twitching from anger.

F#cking royalty. They have their noses up their asses... So arrogant, I wished I could just b#tch slap them off their high horses... *sighs*

I gently gripped onto Asta's hand and said some comforting words to him. Asta looked at him, a bright smiled played on his lips.

"New enemies? Well, that's fine with me. True despair can only be achieved when the opponent thinks they can win! And there is no spice as good as the despair from a strong opponent! Lets go, you two!" Vet excitedly exclaimed as he cracked his knuckles, getting ready for action.

"..." Fana remained expressionless.

"You're really getting into this, Vet. I really couldn't be bothered... But not this time... I will do my best for Licht. So I'm going to fight that pretty girl!" Liar's eyes sprinted towards Charlotte and smiled widely.

"When I win, I'll take you to this sweet bar~🎶" He continued.

"If that's the case, you'll be drinking alone tonight." Charlotte glared at him and got her thorn magic ready.

At the same time this was happening, a huge crack was formed on the ground. Vet skilfully dodged the Attack that Jack the Ripper sent.

'Slash Magic: Death size.'

"You're fighting me, big guy!" Jack the Ripper laughed hysterically as he launched himself towards Vet.

"Oh? You're from the praying mantis group... A mere bug wants to fight me?" Vet glanced at Jack's uniform and taunted him.

"KAH KAH! You'd better not underestimate us bugs!" Jack the Ripper responded with an even creepier smile than before.

"You're the only I'm... interested in!" As I was admiring the fights with the other two captains, Nozel's voice was followed by a big blast.

'Mercury Magic: Mercury Spear.'

Nozel shot a Mercury spear straight at Licht, who was still covered with Fana's recovery flames. The Mercury spear that was approaching Licht soon got boiled and evaporated into thin air by Fana's hot flames.

" You're trying to hurt him too? I hate you... DIE!!" She glared daggers at Nozel.

"Kah Kah! Your Mercury was melted by her flames! You want to switch opponents?" Jack the Ripper asked.

"Get out of the way like my mercury would be defeated by that level of fire... Who the hell... Do you think I've been fighting against all this time?" At this comment, I can make an educated Guess that Nozel is referring to Fuegoleon. I mean... I think this is a potential ship... Hmm... It's something worth considering... Ahh... Isana, there is a right place and time to do this, and right now isn't. Snap out of it!

Nozel then sent more Mercury magic attacks at Licht while Fana was busy protecting and counter attacking, resulting in an extremely huge blast due to the clash between two strong magic power.

"What the hell is this? It's like we're watching Armageddon!" Finral yelled.

"I can't see..." Gauche squinted his eyes. The smoke and dust caused by the blast created screens of small particles that irritated the eyes.

"Finral, you should be able to use your warp magic once by now, right?" Yami's asked Finral.

"Let's get out of here! We should just let the other captains handle this, and..." Finral buoyantly suggested until he stopped mid sentence the moment he saw Yami's creepy smile.

Yami explained his plan to the whole team and said that he placed his hopes on Asta. The plan was that Finral would use his warp magic to teleport Yami behind Licht to act as a distraction while Asta would sneak up while Licht was preoccupied with Yami and Attack him unnoticed.

"B-but what if I get spotted?" Asta stuttered.

"You won't, Asta. You have no mana, so Licht can't detect you. See? Having no mana is a blessing in disguise. Ah, but if you're that worried, I'll cast some buffs that could help. I'll cheer you on from the sidelines, okay? This is your big moment to shine amongst the captains!" I smiled at Asta.

"Isana!" Asta was so touched that his eyes were sparkling.

"Huh? What are you talking about? As a team, you have to contribute to something. Pretty boy, you'll help out with my plan, right?" Yami smile(threatened) at me.

"I-isn't casting buffs on Asta e-enough." I gulped down my saliva.

Yami put his hand on my shoulder and slowly tightened his grip.

"OWWW! AHHH! OKAY! I'LL JOIN YOU AND FIGHT LICHT! SO PLEASE LOOSEN YOUR GRIP!" Fake anime tears slid down my cheeks. This is not consensual... Yami forced me! I'll sue you god dammit! T^T

Third POV

Licht watched from the sidelines as Fana's flames continued to heal him.

"You captains are truly strong... But you can't beat my men! The reason! Because we're all loved by mana. That's why... There has to be some kind of mistake. There is no way a normal human who is hated by mana... Could be in possession of that grimoire. We must retrieve it." Licht sneered at the three magic captains. His sentence was direct at Asta.

Just then, a portal slowly opened above Licht. Yami along with Isana slipped out of the portal. Yami infused his blade with his dark magic and prepared to swing down whilst Isana took out Valkyrie and threw it down at Licht like a spear.

Although the spear that Isana threw at Licht caught him by surprise and managed to get a good on Licht's shoulder. He merely smirked and turned around with a ball of light condensed in the palm of his hands, prepared to counter Attack the both of them mid air.

'F#ck me... Asta better get here before I get blasted off.' Isana thought as fake anime tears slid down his cheeks.

"You underestimated our leader." The duo could hear Liar mock them.

'More like your leader underestimated us.' Isana smirked as he caught sight of Asta swinging his sword down at Licht's shoulder.

'What's with that smirk...? Something feels off...' Licht noticed the smirk on Isana's face and thought to himself.

"What?!" When he finally noticed that Asta was behind him, it was too late. Asta ferociously swung down with all his might and crushed Licht's right shoulder as well as deepening the wound that Isana gave him.

"How'd he get there?!" Everybody in the cave shouted in unison.

'How did he get through all the fighting... And explosions going all around him?' Nozel widened his eyes at Asta.

'Nobody noticed him! They couldn't sense him... because he has no mana!' Licht was extremely shocked.

"Thanks for believing that I would come after you. It made me, put all my hole in my boy that has no magic power whatsoever!" Yami let out a big smirk upon seeing Licht's shocked expression.

"NOT GIVING UP IS WHAT MY MAGIC IS!!" Asta roared out as he put clutched his hands tighter on the sword handle and swung harder on Licht's shoulder, bones could be heard cracking and Licht's shoulder was bent in unnatural positions.

Hey guys! I kept my promise! ^-^ Hope you enjoyed this chapter. Phew... How was this chapter? Did it feel rushed? It's longer than usual which means more mistakes. You know the part where Jack the Ripper said 'I'll rip you'? Yea, I typed 'I'll rape you' instead. (What's wrong with me...?)  I had a good laugh before changing it.
