Caroline knew that she couldn't deny her feelings for him any longer. She pulled away from the kiss first and looked at him. "I really don't know what this is but i want to find out."

"Definitely. But you can't be with me and Tyler." he said and sighed before getting up and reaching a hand out to pull Caroline up."We have to get up eventually."

Across the country a certain doppelganger was staring at the mirror in her bathroom. She heard the guy she'd been with the past couple months snoring quietly outside the door. He was part of some L.A. rock band. She looked down at the sink to continue to stare at the metal blade on the counter. All of her human emotions were killing her and she was mid break down. "Kat" She heard Andy yell from the other room. She quickly hid the blade before going back into her bedroom. He was sitting on the edge of her bed in a black T-shirt and batman pajama pants. She walked over to him and straddled his lap and leaned her forehead against his and ran her fingers through his recently cropped unnaturally black hair.

He wrapped his slim tattooed arms around her waist before  nuzzling his face into her shoulder sleepily. She giggled lightly when he left a few kissed down her neck before pulling away and resting his chin on top of her head. She knew as long as she had Andy by her side she would never be completely alone and wouldn't have a reason to finally stop breathing.

Elena decided she needed a break and sneaked out of Damon's house. Her phone went off and she pulled it out of her pocket. It was an unknown number so she hung it up. Her phone screen showed the same number a few minuets later. She decided to answer it just so the person would quit calling her. "Hello?"

"Elena?" The voice on the other end sounded eerily like her own.

"Katherine?" She questioned.

"I kind of go by Kat now, but yeah." She sounded funny her voice think like she had been crying. Elena doubted that and figured she had just gotten up.

"What do you want?"

She blatantly ignored the rudeness of her duplicate. "How are you guys?" Elena knew there were two possible reasons why Katherine was being this nice. One she had actually been a decent person as a human and being a vampire with no emotions had changed her or Two she wanted something. Even though Elena knew the answer to her own question was probably the latter she held hope the real response would be the first option.

"I don't know about everyone else but Damon and I are both a bit Depressed. I mean with Stefan killing himself and all." She didn't know why she had become so bitter but she felt like she needed to hurt Katherine and -now that she couldn't turn off her emotions- this was the easiest way to do so.

"Stefan's dead?" The older Doppelganger stuttered out her voice thick with tears. Elena sighed knowing she had actually hurt Katherine didn't feel as good as she had thought it would. "he couldn't handle being human again, could he?" Kat asked after clearing her throat.

"Nope," Elena said feeling her own tears starting to surface. "He slit his wrist right after he became human again." She heard Katherine choke out a sob on the other end of the phone. Then Elena swore she heard a very deep masculine voice on the other end of the line. "Are you with someone Katherine?"

"Yeah, Andy. I've been with him for a few months. He's sweet, A little different but in a good way. Although the rest of his band is a little strange too."

"He's in a band. Wait where are you at, anyway."

"L.A., why?"

"Just wondering where you met a guy in a band that you still haven't told me the name of."

"There an L.A. rock band I'm sure you've never heard of."

"So what. I do believe that's what Google is for."

"Black Veil Brides."(And sorry for anyone who doesn't like them. I had to because they are my favorite band and even though I plan on writing an Andy fan fiction eventually I felt the need to use him as Katherine's love interest since Stefan's dead)

"Actually I think I have heard of them. There the ones who wear all that black paint aren't they."

"We do a hell of a lot more than-" A Man's voice yelled before being muffled probably by Katherine's hand."Do you have me on speaker phone?" Elena asked flabbergasted.

"maybe." Katherine replied before letting go of Andy.

"WE ARE A LOT MORE THAT A BUNCH OF FUCKING PAINT!" Andy yelled.

"Sorry!" Elena shouted through the other end of the phone. "I didn't know you could hear me. I didn't me to offend any one."

"Well I guess I can't be to offended I mean at least you've heard of us and if you are as pretty as your twin than I can't ask for more."

"Andy?!" Kat shouted slapping his shoulder.

"Twin?" Elena asked after Katherine turned it off speaker phone.

"Well I thought it would be a better cover story than 'oh there are two girls on opposite sides of the country that look identical'. I mean everyone knows you are adopted would it really shock them if you did have a twin sister across the country?"

"probably not." The youngest Petrova in the line answered.

"Well then case closed."

"Are you gonna come back to Mystic Falls anytime soon?"

"Probably not, why?" Katherine wondered what the other brunette had in mind.

"I think Damon needs a reality check because he's driving me nuts."

"You two should come here. You could stay with me and it would probably be good for him to get out of that wretched house. The memories can't be helping him."

"That's the thing. One minuet he's all depressed staring at a picture, or a book and the next he's pulling all of his emotions together and he just ends up frustrated and I've kind of turned into a way for him to get rid of everything."

"He's hitting you!!" Katherine yelled into the phone.

"No, never. He's just kind of turned into a horny teenager all of the sudden."

"Oh so he's turning everything into sexual frustration." She smirked. "He did that for a while after he was turned.

"Great, you got any ideas on how to 'fix' him?"

"Like I said both of you pack a bag and come down here I'm right by the beach, There is a perfectly good guest room and as long as you don't mind having a 'paint covered rock star' running around you might actually enjoy it." Kat chuckled at what she had just called Andy and heard him groan.

"I'll talk to Damon." Elena said before pausing "And Katherine. By the way, I'm starting to think if I had met you when you were a human we would have been best-friends."

"I'm sure we would have been and we will be now" The older girl said before hanging up the phone.

Again sorry for not posting according to my schedule but I had a serious case of writers block. I'm not promising anything but you might get a few more chapters this week because i'm on spring break.
