I got a head start cause he was still in shock but my happiness was short-lived when he started running and almost caught up to me so I turned right and started to run the other way and that took him by surprise.

"Hey the Ocean is this way" Owen shouted after me.
"Well I change my mind you'll have to catch me instead" I shouted and tried running my fastest but it was like my fastest was his slowest.
He caught me by my waist and started to drag me towards the Ocean.
"No let me go" I said shaking and laughing at the same time but I knew it wasn't going to work but it was worth trying.

He took me all the way to the Ocean and actually threw me inside making me all wet including my precious blonde hair.
"You'll pay for that" I said standing up and jumping on him trying to make him all wet and he caught me in his hand

(The closest I could find).

then we heard a click and both turned back to see like 5 kids our age obviously from our school staring at us and holding their phones or their digital cameras and using it to take pictures.

"Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" Owen asked.
"Yah we should run" I said and got down ran with all the strength my legs could gather and Owen followed after me.
We reached the entrance of the beach and stopped for air;
"You weren't thinking what I was thinking" Owen said pouting.
"Fine what were you thinking?" I asked curious.
"That we should stay there and take more pictures, you know it's not everyday people get to have paparazzi following them" he said and I shoved him playfully.
"Anyways too late for that let's just go" I said and Owen turned to leave but I was still planted in one place.
"Why are you not moving sweetie?" He asked me after he turned back.

"Because I'm going the way I came now squat so I may come upon your back" I said trying to be all royal about it.
He squatted so I could be able to climb on his back.
"Now we shall go" I said and he stood up and we started making our way to the school.

We got to the school entrance and met Miss. Lashely.
"Good evening Lashely why are you in school by this time?" Owen said messing around with her.
"It's Miss. Lashely to you" she said and straightened her suit.
"Yeah Miss. Lashely never Mrs. Lashely so how is it going with your ex". Owen said
I bet he is line for a detention on the first day of school.
"Anyways," she said ignoring his rude remarks.
"We are looking for the owners of this cars." The woman continued pointing to our cars.
"Because apparently a student of this school said she saw two people breaking into the school and she said the people owned the cars right here".
She said and adjusted her suit once more.

"Well sorry to break this to you but those cars are ours. We left them here so we could have a very long walk to the beach to excercise" Owen said making the woman shocked.
"But she doesn't seem to be exercising" the woman said pointing to me.
Oh yeah I'm still on Owen's back.
"Yah she got tired along the way and I volunteered to carry her" he said and shrugged.
"Well then have a good day" she said annoyed and left.

"Thanks for today even if it didn't go as planned but I still had fun" I said to Owen while playing with his rumpled black hair.
"Yah you are welcome now please can you get down, my back hurts." He said and scratched the back of his head.
I got down from his back and looked at him while pouting;
"You just called me fat"
"No I didn't sweetie"
"Hmm I'm not speaking to you for 4 days" I said and started making my way to my car.
"Yah see you tomorrow sweetie" he said and winked.
"Whatever" I said after I finally got my keys out of my bag.
"See you too" I said, entered the car and started the engine.

I made it home in the next ten minutes and I couldn't stop replaying the day's event in my head. I opened the door with my spare key and when I opened the door my happiness was short-lived...
