Ahsoka

We were eating breakfast when Lux cleared his throat and stood up saying, "thank you so much, Nak-il and Pav-ti, for your hospitality, but I believe it's time for me to go back to Onderon."

"We're leaving?!" I asked. "No," he replied, I was confused at this. "I'm leaving." I was shocked at this and was about to reply, but he interrupted me, "you just found your family Ahsoka, I can't ask you to leave them."

I was at a loss for words. I didn't want to leave my family, but I didn't want Lux to leave me either, something about him makes me so happy, like every thing will be fine as long as he's by my side.

I was snapped out of my trance when he hugged me and left the room to go pack.

I accompanied Lux to his ship and we said our final goodbyes. "You promise to visit?" I asked, "of course, I can't stay away from you for to long." I chuckled lightly at this, "I'll miss you Lux," I said more seriously, as I tried to blink away the tears threatening to spill from my eyes. "I'll miss you too 'Soka," we hugged and he walked up the ramp of the ship.

"Lux wait!" I called as I ran up the ramp and threw myself into his arms and kissed him. It didn't last very long, but it was enough. And despite my efforts, a single tear escaped my eye. "I love you Lux," I whispered softly.

"I love you too 'Soka,"

With that I walked down the ramp and watched as he took off and left the atmosphere. I then started the long walk back to the village.

I miss you already Lux

I thought to myself. It felt like something was missing.

I then received a text from Lux saying,

call me tonight

I was suddenly happy knowing I'd get to talk to him later, and I may or may not have been grinning like an idiot.

I finally got back to the village, I still had a few standard hours till I call Lux, so I decided to take Malin out for an early dinner.

(I'm not gonna write about the dinner cause I have written a crap ton of eating scenes and I have no idea what Togrutas eat other than meat, but no specifics.🤷‍♀️)

The food was delicious and we got home and the second I closed the door to my room my com started ringing.
I answered and I was met with Lux's dreamy voice.

"Hey 'Soka!"

"Hi Lux!" I began, "how close are you to Onderon?"
"I should be there tomorrow morning."
"Cool!" I replied.

(If that part was hard to understand plz let me know so I can change it.)

We talked for hours when I looked at the time and saw how late it was, "oh gosh, how did it get so late? I'll talk to you tomorrow Lux," I said with a smile, "ok, I'll call you when I get back to Onderon. Gnight 'Soka, I love you."

"I love you too Lux, good night." I hung up and got ready for bed then slid under the covers and dreamed about a certain senator.

Finally after months of procrastination and excuses, I finally did it!!! I'm sosososososososososososososooooooo sorry for taking so long!!!!!

You can thank me being sick for this chapter. Being sick sucks, but at least I FINALLY updated this stupid book.

In case anyone was confused, in this fanfic, I imagine coms work like a old cell phone, so you can talk and text but nothing else except maybe take pics I guess.

Does Ahsoka have a nickname for Lux? Canon or fan made? If so plz let me know.
