As soon as I woke up I went to tell Padmé about last night.

I found her still sleeping soundly.

Man, she's beautiful when she sleeps.

I enjoyed the peaceful look on her face for a few seconds before planting a kiss on her forehead.

"Ani?" She said slowly getting up. "What's going on?" she asked still waking up.

"You'll never guess who I saw last night!" She raised an eyebrow before starting to say something but I interrupted her. "I saw Ahsoka!" She closed her mouth and stared at me now fully awake before her face lit up with a beautiful smile. "Ani that's great!" she beamed, hugging me.

I hugged her back enjoying every second we had together. Padmé broke the hug saying "I should get ready and you should probably go back to your room before the servants come."

I know she was right, but I don't want to leave. I let out a sigh, kissed her forehead, and got up from the bed where I was sitting and left.

Lux

We talked for hours and before we knew it it was noon. A servant Twi'lek named Tivva informed me it was time for lunch. I looked at Ahsoka and then back at her and asked, "Could you please bring it in here? and some extra for my guest?" I said gesturing to Ahsoka. "Of course, um, what should I tell his majesty?" I thought for a moment, I was supposed to eat with the king and his guests, "Tell him an old friend stopped by and we're catching up." She bowed and left.

Not long later, she came in with a cart full of food.

Ahsoka's eyes lit up at the sight of it, I followed her gaze to a tray of shaak ribs, my favorite.

Tivva brought the food over and Ahsoka immediately went for some ribs, along with some mashed potatoes and a dinner roll. I got ribs and some green beans.

I had just taken the first bite of my food, I looked over in shock that Ahsoka was almost done.

"H-how are you done?!" I asked as she ate her last rib.

"How have you barely started?" She retorted. When I didn't answer she continued, "I'm a Togruta, we eat faster than most races,"

I just shook my head with a chuckle and went back to eating.

She then went to grab a few more ribs and another roll, I raised an eyebrow and she smirked.

Ahsoka

I smirked at Lux and ate my shaak ribs.

Gosh, these are so good!

I thought as I continued eating, at what my family would consider a normal pace, but most people consider eating like a starving wolf.

After waiting for him to slowly finish eating, we continued talking.

I could listen to him talk forever.

I thought as he talked about the new treaty between Onderon and Shili.

Shili, I should go back, Malin probably misses me like crazy, I miss her too.

"Hey, you ok?" Lux asked me with concern written all over his cute face. "N-nothing, I'm fine I said still not meeting his gaze. "No, you're not," he replied putting a hand on my shoulder. "I, I just miss my family, I only got to be with them for a few days you know,"

"Well if you miss them so much, why don't you go visit them?" he offered. "You wouldn't mind me leaving?" I asked. "Well, heh ya see," He began, rubbing the back of his neck. "I was wondering if..." He mumbled the last part so I didn't catch what he said. "What was that last part?" I asked, "I was wondering if, maybe, I could..."

C'mon Lux just spit it out!

"ComewithyoutoShiliandmeetyourfamily?" He blurted out.

I blinked a few times trying to understand what he just said.

Did he just ask to meet my family?

"Um, sure. Ya, I'd be glad for some company!" I said a smile forming on my lips. Lux's face immediately lit up with an adorable smile.

"When do we leave?" he asked excitedly. "Tomorrow morning?" He continued not letting me answer, "Sure," I said standing up from the couch.

"And where are you going?" He asked cheekily.

"To pack," I replied with a smirk.
