Kira didn't have her last subject so instead, she went back to her dorm feeling so tired after the whole day socializing plus the fencing match with Wednesday. Just as expected, there wasn't a blood. But sure there was a lot of talking and if Kira would be honest, she'll be more up on the first choice than the second. At least if she ended up bleeding, she'll down to infirmary and may skip some other classes. But that wasn't the case. And if you are wondering who won the match, it was Kira. Nothing special happened, Kira congratulated Wednesday with all her might- which was another soul-sucking socializing thing- and proceeded to her next class with Ajax who didn't shut up about how epic their match was.
So Kira needed a rest. She arrived in their dorm and slammed straight to her bed without caring if she was still in her uniform. She reminded herself that she'll also having a jamming session with her roommate. Which she actually not sure why she agreed. Well, Sammy was a good roommate. Kira was surprised that she was really getting along with her. This time, Kira had a complete rest without leaving her body. She was so tired that even her astral form didn't leave her own body and it was another kind of good feeling.
Kira woke up when her phone buzzed from the pocket of her uniform. Even if she was so tired, she wasn't that heavy sleeper. She yawned and sat up, wondering who would message her but she thought maybe it was her roommate who just wanted to remind her about their bonding time.
But wasn't. Another message from unknown number and before Kira open the message, she looked at the door and saw the same envelop she saw the last time. She hurried and picked the envelope from the floor, not risking of her roommate seeing it. She also opened the door to see if there was anyone around but empty hallway greeted her.
Kira closed the door again and walked to her desk and inspect the envelope. Only this time, it was different. As she opened it, there was only one written note. 'you will die' Kira frowned as she read it. She will die? Of course she knew that, but this was different. This stalker was telling her she'll die. Were they planning to kill her? And then it hit her. If she got the same envelope as Wednesday, did that mean...
Kira left her dorm but just as she opened the door she saw Sammy and Enid who were also surprised that she was already in the room.
"Oh great! Kira, I brought E-"
"I'm sorry, Sammy, I need to check on something. It's really important." Kira said.
"Oh, okay, go on." Sammy said confusedly and they watched Kira ran on the hallway.
"I told you, she's still scared of me." Enid sighed.
Sammy turned to Enid and nudged her. "C'mon, she said she needs to do something important. She might be back short after." Sammy said as she pulled Enid inside their dorm. "You think we can invite Yoko and your other friends? I mean, if Kira won't comeback at least we still get to enjoy."
"Ugh, I'm sure Yoko's with Divina by now. Bianca's been busy lately too, so nope, I don't think they are up. But this Friday, we'll be having girls night at Yoko's dorm, you and Kira are free to join!"
"Is Wednesday's gonna be there too?" Sammy went to her closet to get clothes to change. Enid's already out of her uniform as her last class ended earlier and she just waited for Sammy.
"Girls night is not her bag. Anyway, what is the thing you wanted to say earlier at the fencing class? The one about Wednesday and Xavier." Enid sat on Sammy's bed while the girl still look at some clothes.
"Oh, yeah! I almost forgot about that. So I told you she went to our achery practice, right? Xavier was acting like a brat towards Wednesday. I know you said that Wednesday accused him as the monster last year, but when I saw them talking awhile ago, he's like he's not just mad because of that." Sammy shrugged.
"'Coz he's not. It's not really the reason. Before summer, they still talked. But after that, Wednesday didn't reach out on him. I guess that's why he's mad... or hurt. I don't know." Enid said.
"Ohh, that's why. I wonder why he was acting that way. And he even warned me and Kira to stay away from her... Well, more of Kira."
Enid gasped offended. "Did he?!"
"Uhuh." Sammy nodded.
"He told Kira to stay away from Wednesday? Why?"
"'Cause he thinks Wednesday will put her at danger or something. He also noticed that Wednesday been coming around her, but well, it's not like Wednesday can't approach anyone, right?" Sammy entered to the bathroom to change quickly and as she came out, she saw Enid still on the bed. "Honestly, I think he's crushing on Kira." Sammy continued.
"Oh absolutely." Enid scoffed, she didn't really want the idea but it was there and she can't act up blind to it. "But that's definitely not gonna happen. Don't get me wrong, Xavier's good as a friend but he's a shit when it comes to relationship."
"Yeah, I kind of think so. Tell me about it."
And there, Enid told Sammy about Xavier's past relationship with Bianca and about his crush on Wednesday after breaking up with the queen bee. At the end, Sammy cringed at Enid's story.
"What a butt hurt he is. Now I know why Kira's irked the first time when I met Xavier. I thought it was cute that they have that kind of friendship bond."
"See?! So there's no way he'll come to Kira."
"I know right, girl. But I think Kira can handle herself. You should have seen her stood after Wednesday a while ago."

Kira stormed to the library right after she left her dorm. She made sure no one's around first before she pulled the book making the secret passage appear. As she got to her secret room, she threw herself on the armchair and relax herself. She can just do it in her room but she can't let anyone even her roommate see what she's doing. It took a minute before Kira had successfully drifted from the astral world.
She went to Wednesday's dorm and saw Wednesday already in there. She tried to observe anything she may find suspicious, finding any signs of stalker but the goth wasn't doing anything but her usual writing time.
Kira wondered if she arrived late or early. Did Wednesday receive the same letter or she's just about to. So she waited, she waited for an hour but nothing happened. Wednesday finished her writing time when Thing appeared on the goth's table.
"Are we investigating again?" Thing asked.
"The stalker is still at silent. I don't know if it's good news or bad, but definitely we need to be more cautious."
So she didn't recieve anything yet. That's good. Kira knew that her stalker and Wednesday's stalker could be one person. She wasn't sure though if the stalker sent Wednesday and Kira something at the same time.
"How about with that girl?" Thing signed.
Kira frowned wondering what the hand was meaning to say.
"I saw your match with her, she was good."
Kira's eyes widened having not expected that Wednesday and Thing were talking about her.
"She was. Same with archery. Makes me even curious of what else she's good at. The sudden appearance when this stalker thing started and playing the cliche role of a young prodigy, my knowledge about books tell me that she could be the potential stalker. But it's too premature to assume that as of now "
Kira was surprised by what she heard. There was just a whole bunch of thing that she should unpack after hearing what Wednesday said. From complimenting her to becoming this unknown stalker. But she don't blame her. Kira knew that everyone would think how she was able to hide for year and suddenly she popped out of public eyes.
"We have to go back to the library and check whatever she's looking at there, let's go."
That was another thing Kira didn't see coming. She could only assume now that Wednesday had Thing follow her, which is true. But what she didn't know was what else Wednesday know. It was only been a few days since she had crossed at Wednesday's radar and yet, she was close on finding out Kira's hiding place... Kira needed to be more careful now.
Kira hurried and went back to her body. She won't risk Wednesday finding out her place. She returned to her body and left the new envelope she got earlier.
After finding out what Wednesday thought about her, she understood now why Wednesday kept coming to her. It wasn't because of 'stupid' destiny. The only reason was, Wednesday noted Kira's name as the stalker.
But it only made Kira think that it was better off that way... Well, maybe. Because if Wednesday think Kira was the stalker, she would keep her attention on Kira. The risk of the goth coming to danger would be lessen because Kira wasn't a danger at all.
Only though Kira was wrong. Wednesday wasn't the kind of person who get lure easily. She had just noted Kira as the stalker. She still have more spaces left and she won't settle for a lone answer.
Kira got back and as she was about to leave the library, she was stopped by the principal who called her.
Great, what a great timing, Kira thought.
"Ms. Bolton."
Kira turned and saw the principal. She had to restraint herself from rolling her eyes as she saw the principal's annoying smile once again.
"Principal Nohm... Did Xavier inform you that I'm officially on his club now?" Kira asked, as she bit back the grin forming on her lips. She still hate him for what he did for her things. The only good thing happened was she liked her new roomate, first one, to be honest.
"Yes, he did. Which reminds me, I'm glad I run into you. Mr. Rolf actually talked to me. He mentioned how you were doing good at his fencing class."
"Of course he did. I expected that you wanna know if I'm attending his class after adding his specialized subject without my permission." Kira smiled at the principal sarcastically. She was about to walk again but the principal spoke again.
"I asked Mr. and Mrs. Bolton, and they are delighted to have you more extra curricular to attend to. We know you barely have one the past four years. Which why I need to bring to you the news that Mr. Rolf wants you to join the club. He sees your potential, you can compete with the other Nevermore members and bring name to our school."
"So, he asked you instead of me?" Kira scoffed. "What happened to my permission? I'm not joining."
"Ms. Bolton-"
"Principal Nohm, you can't force everyone to be the student you wanted them to be. I already have joined a club just like what you wanted. I think that's enough to save my barely dying grades. " Kira walked out but before getting away, she saw Wednesday who has been standing there not so far. She wouldn't be surprise if Wednesday heard everything. It wasn't like it was the first time it happened.
Kira ignored her and just walk back to her dorm where she saw Enid and Sammy on the brunette's bed and talking.
"Kibs!" Sammy beamed. "You're done with your thing? I invited Enid, if you don't mind."
Kira looked at the werewolf who smiled sheepishly. She remembered their interaction this morning. She knew her fear with werewolves was something she shouldn't be sorry for. But when she saw Enid's reaction, when Enid found out that she was scared of her, she knew that the blonde was a hurt.
She wasn't sure why, but no one wanted when people feared them, at least for some.
Kira nodded her head and went to her side of room. "Of course I don't. Are we still on with the plan? Maybe Enid can join us."
"That's fine with you?!" Enid jumped on Sammy's bed. Sammy chuckled while Kira turned to Enid and smiled.
"'Course. Let me just change real quick." As Kira entered the bathroom while the two girls jumping in joy like kids at the back.
After a few minutes, Kira came out of the bathroom and saw the two waiting for her like eager puppies.
"Excited much?"
"You know it." Sammy pointed out.
Kira shook her head at the two as they start their night jamming. Kira lend the guitar to Sammy and the girl was over than moon when she held it. Of course, Sammy promised she 'll take care of it which Kira knew she'll keep. She just found it amusing that Sammy's been admiring the guitar since she arrived at their dorm.
"What do you want to play?" Kira asked as she finished setting up her keyboard.
"Anything actually. I'm good with anything." Sammy replied.
"Uhm, Enid, are you going to record this on your?" Kira asked as she saw Enid setting her phone.
"Is it okay if I do it?" Enid asked, she honestly forgot to ask Kira or even Sammy. The last thing she wanted was to make the girl uncomfortable.
"Uhm... Are you gonna post it on your Tiktok?"
"If you don't want to, I won't." Enid swore.
"Yeah, let's don't. Send me the video after though." Kira said.
"Alrighty!"
"Okay! This baby's ready to go!" Sammy excitedly said, looking at Kira. "I know I don't say this much but you're the best roomie ever! You think we can make a band or something, that would be lit!"
"Uh, no, I don't sing." Kira lied. She sings but not in public. Not with other people, to be exact.
"That can be arrange. Your roomie here is the greatest singer next to Taylor." Sammy boast earning snicker from Enid. "Hey, I do write some songs too. Think of it, we'll be the first band of Nevermore."
Kira shook her head on her roommate's antics. Enid on the other hand suddenly had a bright idea. "You know what, Kent's a drummer. Divina always tell the squad how annoying he is but actually he's a good drummer. Maybe you could ask him too."
"Oh I think I know him, we have some classes together." Sammy nodded. "What do you think, Kira?"
"I mean if you want, you can go for it. But I'm definitely not joining."
Sammy sighed and winced. "Yeah, no, if you don't want then no." Kira scoffed as she tested her keyboard. "What are we playing?"
"Can I suggest!" Enid chimed. "Okay, I know now that Sammy knew the icon, Ms. Taylor fricken Swift, but do you know Taylor Swift?" Enid asked to Kira.
Kira chuckled and turned to Enid. "You think I live under the rock, Sinclair? Of course I know her."
"Well, sorry I assumed, Ms. Bolton." Enid smiled having to listen the way Kira called her last name. "I just thought you're more of a classic person than pop. Just look at your icons." Enid pointed out at Kira's collections.
"Well, maybe I'm more than just what you see." Kira smiled making the werewolf caught off guard. Sammy looked at the two with the 'am i here?' look then Kira turned to her. "And not to brag but I got every albums of her. I just don't have it here with me."
"That's why you were looking at my Taylor Swift Speak Now poster yesterday!" Sammy gasped. "You little swiftie! I knew you're the best roomie ever!"
"Okay, don't make me jealous! I wish I have a swiftie roomie too, but Wednesday's cello session isn't bad anyway." Enid joined. "What's your favorite album then, Kira?" Enid asked.
"Folklore."
"Oh my god! That's definitely my first too!" Sammy butted in. "I didn't expect that from you, I was kind of think you're like a... maybe an Evermore person."
"I thought yours is Red." Enid argued.
"Just because she's red haired?" Sammy pointed.
"Yeah!"
"I'm so offended." Kira choked.
They ended up guessing what album suits Enid and Sammy too. Kira guessed Lover just because of the album cover that reminded of Enid's hair color and just like Kira's reaction a while ago, Enid was in shocked. Kira just shrugged and said 'you know what I feel now' look. Sammy guessed 1989.
For Sammy, Kira guessed Sammy's second favorite since they already knew what's her first. Kira said Speak Now, because of her poster. Enid agreed too but with different reason. They also ended up sharing their least favorite album and ended up with a huge discussion.
"You, Sinclair, is my least favorite person among all of people who stepped in this very room of mine." Kira said when Enid said it's Folklore as a joke.
"I agree with you, Kibs. She's now my least favorite werewolf."
"Oh c'mon! Okay, I'll change it!"
"Too late." Kira dismissed.
"Whatever." Enid grinned amusedly. "For the record, I'm the only werewolf you guys are talking to. Can we just start now? My phone has been recording us. Let's do All To Well cause why not?"
"Fine with me, but after that I wanna play you my songs. I wanna hear your thoughts." Sammy said.
