They had only talked for about 6 minutes, the rest of the madrigals had been teasing and bickering with eachother in the kitchen before Julieta and Augustin could make their point...

I smile at him, this was my first interaction with someone from the village in a very long time. I don't remember him though. Maybe my memory was foggy but he wasn't in Encanto before..

he was, charming.

"Yes, yes. Ofcourse- just don't tell the village about me yet, I think my family would want to announce it themselves."
I suggested with a slight chuckle to the end of the sentence. "Yes mam." He saluted and we both shared a laugh before waving goodbye. He was about 8 meters away from be before I remembered something.

'I didn't ask for his name!'

I facepalmed and picked up the package, he looked busy and I didn't want to take anymore of his time, so I watched him walk away with haste, but in a calm way...

Felix looked at how Julieta and Augustin chuckled but still wanted to say what they had called them in for. "FAMILIA! how about we let them explain before we give anymore guesses?"

The chaos died down as they nodded at Felix and turned to Julieta and Augustin.
"I can see it in your faces, what is it?" Rosa, Isabelas wife. Tilted her head as she moved her hand to rest on the baby bump she had.

"Thank you Felix, now the reason why we have gathered you all today is something bigger than well big!" Augustin says enthusiastically and used hand gestures, trying to explain what was coming without actually saying it.

"We have gathered you all because-!"
Julieta opens the door and the Family's faces turn for intrigued to pure confusion and disappointment.

"Uh... air?" Camilo says Sarcastically and eyerolls.
"Uhm mami, papi? Respectfully we know the door was fixed about a week ago." Luisa told her parents in the most polite way possible.
"Maybe it's the vase in the backround?" Mariano suggested tilting his head in confusion.

"Que?"
Julieta and Augustin look at the door, where Mira SHOULD have been standing. Were they going crazy? They worridly looked at eachother before looking back at the family.

"Uhm- hold on for a moment!"
Julieta and her beloved ran out the door in search of Mirabel. Mirabel was standing at the entrance to Casita holding a package in her hands.

"Hm? Oh did I miss the que? Sorry I was getting this package-." Mirabel says, a bit of guilt crosses in her voice thinking she had ruined the moment.
"No deary, we can do this again okay?"

"What's taking so long?!!" Maria, One of Dolores's kids groaned and crossed her arms.
"Patience Mi vida, I'm sure it's just something small so you can go back to playing."
Dolores kissed Maria's cheek and nodded.
Antonio was kicking his legs in a little motion while sitting on the chair. "It must be big if Tia and Tio are excited about it." He says.

"WE'RE BACK!" Augustin announced as the family had looked at them with kinda of 'over it' faces.
"Ready-?"

Julieta and Augustin move aside to reveal a VERY familiar woman standing at the door, in a white shirt with golden butterflys sewed into it, and teal to a darker shade of teal dress-skirt..

She had round green glasses..

Curly dark brown hair..

And a room lifting smile...

"Mir-abel-..??"
