HUNTERS POV
Edric leaned in again, capturing Hunters' lips with a renewed fervor. This time, there was no holding back. The kiss was rough and passionate, all teeth and tongue, as Edric explored every inch of Hunters' mouth.Hunters clutched at Edric's shoulders, trying to anchor himself in the maelstrom of sensation. Edric's hands were roaming over his body, leaving trails of fire in their wake. He had never felt so alive, so utterly consumed by another person.Edric pressed Hunters back against the wall, their bodies flush against each other. His mouth moved to Hunters' neck, planting hot, open-mouthed kisses along his jawline and down to his collarbone.Hunters tilted his head back, a soft moan escaping his lips. Edric's hands moved under his shirt, his palms flat against his stomach, caressing his skin. The touch sent sparks of pleasure coursing through his body, and he found himself arching into it, seeking more.Edric's teeth nipped at the sensitive skin of his neck, and Hunters gasped, his fingers digging into Edric's shoulders. He felt like he was drowning in a sea of sensations, his senses overwhelmed by the taste and smell and feel of Edric everywhere.Edric's lips moved back up to his ear, his breath hot against his skin. "You have no idea what you do to me," he whispered, his voice low and hoarse. "I've never wanted someone so much in my life."Hunters felt a rush of heat in his face at Edric's words, his body responding to the words as if they were a physical touch. He leaned into him, his hands clutching at the fabric of his shirt. "Is this real?" he murmured, his voice trembling. "Or am I dreaming?"Edric chuckled softly, pulling back just enough to look into Hunters' eyes. "You're not dreaming," he said, his voice serious. "This is very real. And I've never wanted anything more than I want you, right here, right now."Hunters' heart skipped a beat at the declaration. This was all so surreal, so unexpected. But the way Edric was looking at him, the heat of his body against his... It was all too real. He couldn't deny the magnetic pull he felt towards this charismatic, charming boy who was confessing his desire so openly.
Edric's hand slid up to cup Hunters' face again, his thumb tracing the contour of his cheek. "I've wanted you since the day we met," he said, his voice earnest. "But I wasn't sure how you'd react. I didn't know if you saw me the same way I saw you."Hunters' mind was racing. Edric had felt this way about him for so long, and he hadn't even known. He felt a pang of guilt for being so oblivious, but he also felt a swelling sensation in his chest. This beautiful, popular boy who could have anyone he wanted... he wanted him.Edric's eyes searched his face, as if studying his every expression. "Say something," he said, his voice barely above a whisper. "Please. I'm laying my heart on the line here, and I'm terrified I'll scare you off."Hunters took a deep breath, trying to sort through the tangle of emotions in his chest. He could feel Edric's vulnerability, his fear of rejection, and it tugged at his heartstrings. "I can't believe I never saw it before," he said finally, his voice soft. "But I feel it now. The connection, the pull, the same as you do."Edric's eyes widened slightly, a slow smile spreading across his face. "You do?" he asked, his voice hopeful. "You feel the same way I do?"Hunters nodded, a small smile tugging at the corners of his mouth. "Yes," he said, his heart pounding. "I do. You drive me crazy, and I can't get you out of my head. Ever since that first day in the library, I've been drawn to you in a way I can't explain."Edric's smile widened, his eyes sparkling with joy. "Thank god," he murmured, his shoulders sagging in relief. "I was so worried you'd reject me, or worse, tell me you didn't feel the same way. I've been going crazy trying to keep these feelings inside."Hunters chuckled softly, his hands still clutching at Edric's shirt. "Trust me, I know the feeling," he said, his tone light. "I've been fighting this attraction for months, trying to convince myself it was all in my head."Edric let out a huff of laughter. "Well, it wasn't just in your head," he said, his grin turning wicked. "And now that we've admitted we both feel this way, I don't plan on holding back anymore."Hunters felt a thrill of excitement at Edric's words, his body already reacting to the implication in his tone. "Oh yeah?" he said, raising an eyebrow. "And what exactly do you plan to do now?"Edric's eyes darkened, a sly smile playing on his lips. "Oh, I have a few ideas," he said, leaning in closer, his mouth hovering just millimeters from Hunters'. "But I'll need to know how far you're willing to go first."Hunters' heartbeat stuttered at the proximity, his eyes darting to Edric's lips. He could feel the heat radiating from his body, the desire smoldering in his gaze. "How far am I willing to go?" he echoed, his voice barely above a whisper. "With you? I think the better question is if there's anywhere I wouldn't be willing to go."Edric's smile widened into a wolfish grin. "Good to know," he murmured, his lips brushing against the sensitive skin of Hunters' neck as he spoke. "Because I intend to take you to places you've never been before."Hunters shivered, his breath catching in his throat as Edric's lips moved over his skin. His mind was clouded with desire, his body already responding eagerly to Edric's touch. "Is that a promise?" he managed to ask, his voice coming out as a strangled whisper.Edric chuckled, the sound sending a jolt of pleasure straight to Hunter's core. "I never make promises I can't keep," he said, his lips trailing a path up to Hunters' ear. "And I fully intend to keep you up all night long."Hunters' heart was racing, his body already overheating from the implications of Edric's words. He let out a shaky exhale, his hands clutching at Edric's arms as if anchoring himself to reality. "All night?" he repeated, his voice hoarse. "You sure you can handle me?"Edric pulled back just enough to meet Hunters' gaze, his eyes filled with mischief. "Oh, sweetheart," he said, his tone dripping with confidence. "I can handle you just fine. But I'm more curious to know if you can keep up with me."
