This is meant to sound a little childish. I promise it will make sense in the course of the story

Cassi as soon as she woke up, she felt the familiar presence of her pet snake next to her. The serpent, a young and charming boa constrictor constrictor.
Seraphina was a special snake, not only because she was magical but also because of her species itself. Her skin was shiny and scaly, with a distinctive pattern in shades of emerald green and yellow. Her eyes, filled with intelligence and mystery, seemed to always be attentively observing the world around her.
Even at a young age, the she demonstrated an innate ability to communicate with snakes, something that ran in her blood since the times of Salazar Slytherin, passing down the rare Parselmouth gift to select descendants.
Although Seraphina's presence as a familiar was uncommon within the Hogwarts school environment, Cassi was grateful to have convinced the deputy headmistress, Minerva McGonagall, to allow the snake to accompany her, which was not easy and required her secret weapon: puppy dog eyes and a pouty face.
She approached Seraphina, smiling affectionately as she gently stroked the snake's scales.
"I'm a little undecided about what to wear today. Can you help me?"
With a nod from the snake, the girl jumped out of bed to get ready for the day.

After bidding farewell to Seraphina with a smile on her face, Cassiopeia met up with her new friend, Pansy Parkinson. Together, they walked cheerfully toward the Great Hall, where they would join the other students for breakfast.
As they made their way to the Great Hall, Cassiopeia and Pansy exchanged whispered conversations, commenting on recent events at Hogwarts. Cassiopeia was eager to explore the castle corridors and, most importantly, attend her first classes.
Upon reaching the Great Hall, the delicious aroma of fresh food and the bustling of students filled the air. Cassi and Pansy found a place at the Slytherin table, where they joined their housemates.
Owls flew through the skies of Hogwarts, delivering mail with precision and agility. The students watched in awe as the birds moved in flocks, diving and flying in perfect synchrony. Letters and packages were delivered accurately, bringing news from distant family and friends.
However, something unexpected happened. While everyone was awaiting the arrival of the owls, a majestic figure descended from the sky and landed directly on the Slytherin table. It was a Brazilian Harpy Eagle, with magnificent feathers in shades of gold and brown, broad wings, and a penetrating gaze.
The students were astonished and surprised by the grandeur of the creature. Cassiopeia, on the other hand, smiled tenderly as the Harpy approached her, carrying a package and several letters. She gently stroked the bird's feathers, marveling at its presence.
Draco, curious and enthusiastic, quickly approached the Harpy, reaching out his hand to touch it. However, Cassiopeia gently held his hand, preventing him from proceeding. Draco looked annoyed and scowled at being stopped, but with a calm smile, she explaied:
"Be careful, Draco. Trovรฃo is temperamental. We must respect it and approach with gentleness. It's important to ask for permission before touching it."
Draco nodded, understanding. He stepped back a bit.
Cassi smiled gently at Draco and began to guide him on how to approach the Harpy with care. She explained that whn interacting with magical creatures, it was essential to show respect and kindness.
"Malfoy, when we approach a creature like Trovรฃo, we must move slowly and gently," Cassiopeia said, while stroking the majestic bird's feathers. "Let's extend our hands slowly, allowing it to come close and get to know us."
Draco, eager to learn and interact with the Harpy, followed Cassiopeia's instructions with enthusiasm. He extended his hand carefully, maintaining a radiant smile on his face. As Trovรฃo approached.
The majestic bird gently landed on Draco's outstretched arm, allowing him to caress it with tenderness. The sparkle of happiness in his eyes was evident.
Curious and excited, Draco asked Cassiopeia where the Harpy had come from. She replied with a smile: "He came from Brasil, Draco. He's my mom's familiar"
After the delivery, the Harpy took flight again, disappearing into the skies of Hogwarts.
Cassiopeia picked up the letter in the green envelope and immediately felt the scent of her mother.
My little caipora,
I hope this letter finds you in good health and happiness. I have been thinking of you every day, and I can barely express how much proud I am that you have been selected for Slytherin. My dear daughter, you are following in the footsteps of our noble lineage.
I am currently at England, involved in an urgent project as Master of Alchemy. It is an honor to be contributing to the wizarding community in times of need. However, I miss you greatly and cannot wait to see your gorgeous smile again.
You are a true Gaunt. Continue to honor our name, my dear. Remember that I am always by your side, even from distance.
Please give Minerva a warm hug , hum?She is a great friend, and I am grateful for her presence in your life. Thank her for taking care of you and for all the support she has provided. Minerva is an exceptional woman, and I know we can count on her.
Sending you many kisses and tight hugs. I miss our conversations, and your contagious laugh. Continue to be the brilliant and brave witch that you are, my sweetpie.
With all my love,
- Noctua Gaunt
P.S Mamรฃe
Her eyes sparkled. A radiant smile formed on her lips. She tucked the letter into her robe pocket to keep it close.
Reading her class syllabus for the day, the girl smiled excitedly. "I have Transfiguration and Potions now at the morning," Cassiopeia clapped her hands eagerly.
"We too" Pansy said.

After breakfast:
Cassi walked happily through the corridors of Hogwarts. Her dark hair swayed gently as she approached Draco and Pansy.
"Draco, Pansy, let's go!" exclaimed with evident enthusiasm in her voice.
He raised his eyebrows.
"What's so great about Transfiguration, anyway?" he questioned.
Cassiopeia grinned. She had learned that Transfiguration was one of the most fascinating and versatile disciplines of magic, and she had the chance to babble about what she loved.
"Draco, Transfiguration is incredible!" Cassiopeia began, enthusiastic. "It's the art of transforming objects and even living beings into different forms. Just imagine being able to change the appearance of something, give it a new purpose, or even alter its essence. It's as if we have the power to shape reality itself!"
"It does sound really interesting..." Draco admitted.
Cassi entered the Transfiguration classroom, feeling enveloped by the magical atmosphere that permeated the space. The walls were lined with shelves filled with ancient books and peculiar instruments used in the practice of Transfiguration. The polished wooden floor gleamed under the soft light streaming through the tall windows, giving the room a welcoming ambiance.
Minerva McGonagall stood in the center of the room, organizing some materials on her desk. As her eyes met Cassiopeia's, a warm smile spread across her face. They approached each other, and Cassiopeia couldn't contain her excitement upon seeing her godmother.
"Aunt Minnie!" Exclaimed, embracing her with enthusiasm. "It's so good to see you!"
Minerva returned the embrace with affection, holding Cassi for a moment before letting her go.
"Good Morning Kitty. It's wonderful to see you. Now, go take your seat, your classmates will be arriving soon."
The girl nodded eagerly and ran to the middle row, right at the front of the classroom.
Draco and Pansy sat on either side of her, wearing matching smiles.
Pansy, with an ironic smile on her lips, couldn't help but make a provocative comment.
"Are you always this enthusiastic, Cassie?" Pansy said teasingly. "It seems like you're always ready to jump around."
"Oh, Can you really blame me? Transfiguration and Potions are the best!" Cassiopeia replied with a smile, clapping her hands.
"But what about you? If you were bothered, you wouldn't be sitting by my side, would you?"
"Of course, I'm by your side, Gaunt. Someone needs to make sure you don't start floating around the room," Pansy replied with a playful smile.
As they conversed, Minerva seized a suitable moment, smiled at Cassie, and discreetly signaled for the three students present in the room to be silent. In an instant, she transformed into her Animagus form, a tabby cat with gleaming eyes.
Surprise took over Draco and Pansy's faces as they witnessed their professor's transformation. Their eyes widened, and their mouths opened in awe.
Cassiopeia, however, let out a soft laugh at her friends' surprised expressions. Feeling a bit mischievous, she smiled and gave a slight nod to Draco and Pansy, as if to say, "See? I told you!"
While Minerva, as a cat, prowled around the classroom with feline elegance and grace, the students watched in fascination. The room slowly began to fill up.
As she and her classmates engaged in silent conversation about Transfiguration, the classroom door creaked open and Potter and Wesley entered, panting and wearing expressions of concern.
Ron, standing beside Harry, added with a mischievous smile to his friend, "Blimey, we made it! Can you imagine the look on old McGonagall face if we were late?"
The room fell silent for a moment until Minerva McGonagall, who had been in the form of a cat, gracefully transformed back into her human form while leaping off the desk. She crossed her arms and looked sternly at Harry and Ron.
"That was blood brilliant!" Ron said, dumbfounded.
"Oh, Thank you, for that assessment Mr. Weasley. Perhaps it'd be more useful if I were to transfigure Mr. Potter and yourself into a pocket-watch?" Minerva questioned, lips curled.
Cassiopeia let out a silent giggle.
"That way ,one of you might be on time."
"We got lost" Harry said, embarrassed.
"Then perhaps a map?I trust you don't need one to find your seats."
Harry and Ron looked sheepish and a bit embarrassed as they quickly found their seats.
Draco chuckled lightly.
"Alright, class, let's start with something easy for your first lesson," Minerva declared as her quill magically wrote on the blackboard.
"We will be transforming matches into needles. It's in the first chapter of your textbook. I'll demonstrate before you begin," Professor McGonagall said.
She paused to ensure she had everyone's attention and then spun and waved her wand in an elegant motion, effectively transforming her match into a needle and then back into a match. This lesson was shared with both Gryffindor and Slytherin students, and both houses were in awe. Cassiopeia gave a small smile as she signaled for everyone to begin.
This spell was incredibly easy. Cassi had already learned it when she began her training. Glancing at her textbook a few times to not arouse suspicion, she smoothly performed the transfiguration.
At the end of the lesson, the young witch discovered she was the only one to complete the task. Minerva looked disappointed and dismissed the class. Cassi told Draco and Pansy to go to Potions without her because she had something to discuss with Professor McGonagall.
The last few students slowly exited the classroom, and the door closed softly behind them. Protections were put in place to ensure privacy as the professor walked slowly towards where Cassi was. When she reached me, she knelt in front of me to give another big hug.
Cassi shared with Minerva that her mother was currently in England, dealing with a situation as a Master of Alchemy, and Minerva grew visibly excited upon hearing this.
As they continued their conversation, Cassiopeia couldn't help but express her admiration for Minerva's expertise in Transfiguration and her desire to become an Animagus just like her.
Minerva listened attentively, her eyes gleaming with pride. She encouraged Cassi to pursue her goal and assured her that she would support her every step of the way.
