Rui POV:

I sprinted to Tsukasa-kun's house and knocked on his door. to my dismay, no response.

I knocked again.

no response.

And again.

No response

I slowly peered through the window, trying to see if my lover was nearby. There he was, sleeping on the couch. I could not just break into his house, there had to be some way to wake him up. I pounded my fists on the door until they turned red from the friction of me banging on the door. I could see Tsukasa-Kun slowly arise from his slumber, get up and make his way towards the door. Tsukasa-kun slowly opened the door.

"Who is it..?" Tsukasa-kun said wearily, still feeling fatigued having just woken up from his slumber.

"It's me, Rui" I responded, looking down at him.

"Oh well, come in!" Tsukasa-kun's face lit up like he was excited to be in my presence.

Tsukasa-kun brought me inside and plopped right back onto his couch. I sat beside him. Looking at the shorter male, I sighed and told him the terrible news.

"Tsukasa-kun. The sekai is falling."

Tsukasa POV:

My mind raced with thoughts. How could this be? I thought the sekai was fine just a couple weeks ago!

"I need to go to the sekai." I could feel the worry filling my voice.

"Alright let's go then." Rui responded, and shortly after transported us to the sekai.

I could sense the quick tapping of feet coming towards us.

"Tsukasa-Kun! you're here!" Emu seemed happy to see me.

"What's happening.." I inquired, mainly to myself. even without my vision, I could hear weird noises filling the sekai. static noises.

"We don't know, it just happened." Nene replied to my question.

It just happened...? no that couldn't be it...

Someone placed a gentle hand on my shoulder from. I flinched and looked behind me. trying to figure out who the person was

"Tsukasa-kun, does this have something to do with you? it's your sekai after all." Rui questioned me from behind. I sighed from relief knowing the person was Rui.

But.. me? why would the sekai fall cause of me? it makes no sense! unless.. my emotions could destroy the sekai? but... how..? The sekai seemed to be sturdy.

I could hear Rui whisper something to Emu and Nene. I tilted my head confused about what was being said.

"We are going to chat in private Tsukasa-Kun." Rui stated "Please stay here."

I nodded and found my way to a nearby bench, slowly sitting on it. I couldn't help but think what they were talking about. what if they were getting takeout without me?

Rui POV:

I guided Nene and Emu-kun to a distant part of the sekai, making sure Tsukasa was no where near.

"Something is wrong with Tsukasa-kun. the sekai wouldn't just fall like this." I said

Nene nodded in agreement. "If the sekai is falling... what could that mean for him..."

"I don't know, he could just be really sad. I'm not Tsukasa-kun so I wouldn't know." I responded to Nene.

"We have to save Tsukasa-kun!" Emu exclaimed "We have to put in place... Operation: save Tsukasa-kun!"

"How long has this been a thing?" Nene asked Emu.

"Since now. Tsukasa-kun needs to smile and be happy again, we have to save his smile." Emu replied. I nodded, agreeing to her.

"Well then, I guess Operation save Tsukasa-kun is a go then!" I chuckled.

Now we had a plan, not well developed but a plan. that was enough for me. Anything to save my star.
