This made Y/N blush and look away making the King laugh at the blush they had. He then looks at Sarah and Sarah looks at the man Confidently "It's a piece of cake." She says.

Y/N and Hoggle groan "Sarah" whispers Y/N, Jarwth ignores The Dwarf and Person groans of annoyance as he looks at Sarah. "Really? Then how about upping the stakes? Hmm?" He says and a clock appears and he motions for it to move spin forward, shortening her deadline.

Y/Ns and Sarahs eyes widen in horror as their time shortens. "Crap!" Whisper yells Y/Ns, they don't have that long to reach Toby.

Third person pov...

Sarahs eyes widened in horror and looks at the King with a glare "That's not fair!" She yells making the King make a tsk tsk sound with his mouth as he looked at her not an ounce of regret.

"You say that so often. I wonder what your basis for comparison is." He says looking over at Y/N for an idea, Y/N lifts their hand slightly to make a scale of comparison making the King smirk before turning back to Sarah smirk gone and place with malice.

"So the labyrinth is a piece of cake, is it? Well let's see how you deal with this little slice." As he speaks he produces a crystal and throws it down the hall. A machine appears, taking up the whole hallway. It has spikes and spinning blades and is coming straight towards them.

Y/Ns eyes widend in horror as the machine got closer, they grab Sarahs hand and pulls the girl safely to them not letting go, Hoggle hides behind Y/N as he yells out "Oh no, the cleaners!" Sarah and Y/N look at the dwarf in confusion before Hoggle shouts at them to run and they do.

As they run Jareth disappears from sight smirking as he left leaving the cleaners to continue to get closer to the two humans and Dwarf running away, as they did Hoggle falls over, so Sarah and Y/N begin helping Hoggle up after he trips. "Are you ok?" asks Sarah but didn't get an answer as Y/N grabbed Sarahs hand and held Hoggle under their arm like a toddler and began sprinting away from the cleaners. "Come on! Faster!" they yell as Sarah ran behind surprised at how fast her sibling could run.

Soon they run into a big problem as the way out is blocked, Y/N whips their head around watching as the cleaners get closer as Hoggle and Sarah start banging on a locked gate blocking their path. "The cleaners! The Bog of Stench! you sure got his attention!" yells the scared Dwarf.

Y/N snaps their head back to look at Hoggle. "Now isn't the best time to yell at Sarah Hoggle" they yell over the sound the cleaner is making behind them, Hoggle rolls his eyes before looking at the younger sibling, Sarah moves to the right side of the hallway eyes searching to find something when she found it, they brightened.

Sarah then spots a locked door to the right she then starts pushing on said closed door with Hoggle helping along with Y/N who stops watching the cleaners and helps suddenly the cleaner slash where their heads should have been but the three had miraculously escaped with their Lifes just in time, they had pushed it open in just in time.

A cloud of dust blew up covering the three in it as they landed flat on the floor, on top of the door they just broke to get to safety. The cleaners move on to clean other parts of the oubliette and away from Sarah, Y/N and Hoggle. Y/N slows down their breathing before sitting up to check over Sarah and Hoggle as they do Hoggle stands up and spots a ladder lead up to the surface.

He smiles in relief as he sees it. "Ah" he whispers before heading towards ladder, "this is what we need. A ladder. Follow me." he tells the two humans, Y/N and Sarah look at him suspiciously as the stand-up Sarah leaning against her older sibling, breathing heavy from running. Y/N speaks for the long-haired girl.

"How can we trust you now that we know you were taking us to the beginning of the labyrinth?" they ask the dwarf making Hoggle quickly explain why he said what he said.

to empathise his point the dwarf shakes his head. "I wasn't. I told him I was taking you back to the beginning just to throw him off the scent." he explains making Sarah look at him and for Y/N to rasie an eyebrow at him. "Hoggle, how can I believe anything you say?" shes asks him making the dwarf stop on the bottom stair of the ladder.

he looks at the two humans. "We'll let me put it this way. What choice have you got?" he says before climbing the ladder. Y/N and Sarah look at each other before looking att he unstable ladder they had to climb. "He is right." says Y/N knowing Sarah was waiting for them to say something before the younger starts climbing after Hoggle. climbing behind Sarah, they were finally out of the dark creepy oubliette.

Y/N waited for Sarah to climb a little higher before climbing themselves, they look wearly at the ladder before climbing themselves. Sarah starts climbing before Y/N knowing her sibling wants to keep her safe and infront of of them at all times it wa shut how y/N was with their Sister and brother.

As they climbs Hoggle Yells down at the Human so they could hear him. "You see, you've gotta understand my position. I'm a coward and Jareth scares me." He tells them making Y/N think of the Goblin King and blush before focusing of climbing the very unstable ladder.
