We study Stalinism-Hoxhaism and its dialectical method not as scholars, but because we are world revolutionaries.

We Stalinist-Hoxhaists study and work for the world socialist revolution.

The Stalinist-Hoxhaist method is forged

- in the fire of the struggle for the world socialist revolution,

- in the fire of the struggle against anti-communism and opportunism,

- in the fire of the struggle against the falsifications of Stalinism-Hoxhaism !

"The dialectics of world history is such that the theoretical victory of world socialism will increasingly force our opponents to disguise themselves as

'Stalinist - Hoxhaists' !"

Without the study of the Stalinist-Hoxhaist method of dialectics, the Comintern (SH) will not be able to stand its ground in the international struggle against the onslaught of anti-communism, against the neo-revisionist and opportunist lackeys from the most diverse political tendencies and camps.

The Comintern (SH) has already done an extraordinary amount to illuminate the path of struggle of the world proletariat with the light of Stalinism-Hoxhaism.

With this text in particular, we want to make a contribution to the study of the

methodology of Stalinism-Hoxhaism.

How to study Stalinism-Hoxhaism ?

In principle, it is no different from studying Marxism, Leninism, Stalinism and Hoxhaism.

And if we use the new Stalinist-Hoxhaist method for study, it is in principle no different from the method of Marxism, the method of Leninism, the method of Stalinism and the method of Hoxhaism - only under today's conditions.

Moreover, learning the method of Stalinism-Hoxhaism requires not only the ability to establish a connection between the dialectical method of all five classics of Marxism-Leninism, i.e. to filter out and crystallise principles that are common to all of them, but also the ability to develop them further under the changing conditions of globalisation.

Those who have successfully studied the general methodological principles of the five classics of Marxism-Leninism, who have recognised and understood the dialectical method of Stalinism-Hoxhaism, the highest stage of the further developed method of dialectical and historical materialism, should then begin to study the application of the Stalinist-Hoxhaist dialectical method in the various fields of study of Stalinist-Hoxhaist theory, agitation and propaganda, and organisation. At this stage, Stalinist-Hoxhaist theory is concretely combined with Stalinist-Hoxhaist practice. And the knowledge gained from the practical experience of the class struggle then also benefits the further development of the Stalinist-Hoxhaist method, which in turn has a positive effect on the further and renewed study of Stalinist-Hoxhaist theory, agitation and propaganda, and organisation at ever higher levels - in order to improve the conduct of the class struggle at ever higher levels.

Today, learning and applying Stalinism-Hoxhaism means systematically and methodically equipping the world proletariat with the theory, strategy and tactics of the world revolution and familiarising the masses with the ideology of globalised socialism, with the perspective of world communism.

What is the definition of the Stalinist-Hoxhaist method of dialectics?

The Stalinist-Hoxhaist method of dialectics is the further development of the method of dialectics of the 5 classics of Marxism-Leninism under the conditions of the further developing globalisation of the imperialist class society and the socialist transition to world communism.

With the dialectical method of Stalinism-Hoxhaism we solve the question of the practical application of the Stalinist-Hoxhaist theory in the class struggle, how, by which means and in which ways we prepare, propagate, organise, carry out, further develop and defend the world socialist revolution.

The practical significance of the revolutionary dialectics of the 5 classics of Marxism-Leninism is that it helps us to place the world politics of the Comintern (SH) on a scientific basis.

One of the main methods of Stalinism-Hoxhaism is to consult the works of the 5 classics of Marxism-Leninism, which are devoted to the study of analogous situations, to analyse them carefully, to compare them with the present world situation, to work out the similarities and differences with the past. In the five classics of Marxism-Leninism we learn how to dialectically combine the method of dialectical materialism with the method of historical materialism in the study of historical development.

The way in which we study Stalinism-Hoxhaism is derived from the way in which the five classics of Marxism-Leninism were studied. The deeper one delves into the study material, the more seriously one thinks it through, the more conscientiously and carefully one studies it, the better one learns to appreciate the value of the Stalinist-Hoxhaist method for world revolutionary practice.

From the Stalinist-Hoxhaist standpoint, we study materialist dialectics as our ability to focus on different questions that need to be solved urgently, according to the changing political and economic conditions in the age of globalisation.

Stalinism-Hoxhaism is the modified doctrine of Marxism-Leninism applied to today's globalised conditions of class society. Therefore, Stalinism-Hoxhaism can only be studied with the globalised method and globalised perspective of the proletarian world view.

The five classics of Marxism-Leninism spent a lot of time studying foreign languages in order to be able to access knowledge from all over the world. Today we learn with translation software and yet we can no longer grasp all the world's knowledge. Today, mankind has more knowledge at its disposal in one minute than was previously possible over the course of an entire age.

So the question of studying Stalinism-Hoxhaism is not primarily about the technical use of more modern tools such as the Internet, artificial intelligence as a supplement to the study of books or the like, but about the question of how the dialectical method of Stalinism-Hoxhaism can be used correctly in the practice of the Party, about the question of penetrating into the essence of our revolutionary tasks to solve the key questions of the world socialist revolution.

To study Stalinism-Hoxhaism correctly is to learn how to solve all those questions that Marxism-Leninism has not (yet) been able to solve.

Stalin:

"If we understood how to equip our cadres in all branches of labour ideologically and to steel them politically to such an extent that they could orientate themselves freely in the internal and international situation, if we understood how to make them fully mature Marxist-Leninists, capable of deciding the questions of running the country without serious mistakes, we would have every reason to regard nine-tenths of all our questions as already solved." (Stalin, 18th Party Congress of the CPSU (B).

Studying the method of Stalinism-Hoxhaism is hardly inferior in importance to studying the theory of Stalinism-Hoxhaism.

Shortly before his death, Friedrich Engels wrote:

"Marx's entire conception of the world is not a doctrine, but a method. It does not provide ready-made dogmas, but shows the starting point for further research and the method for this research."

(Friedrich Engels: Letter to Sombart; MEW Vol. 39, German Edition)

The study of the dialectical method and the learning of its application is of existential importance for the Comintern (SH). The Comintern (SH) cannot make use of Stalinism-Hoxhaism without realising its specific methodology.

The dialectical method is not limited to serving as a tool for the study of all sources of proletarian world ideology, especially Stalinism-Hoxhaism, but is ultimately also a methodological guideline for the realisation of the teachings of Stalinism-Hoxhaism in practice.

Without the correct use of the dialectical method of Stalinism-Hoxhaism, it is impossible for the Comintern (SH) to help the world socialist revolution to victory, it is impossible to achieve world communism.

One cannot learn Stalinism-Hoxhaism and its method if one has not first learnt Marxism-Leninism and its method. The study of Stalinism-Hoxhaism is based on the study of Marxism-Leninism, is the study of Marxism-Leninism on a higher ladder, on the ladder of today's globalisation. So one should not study the dialectical method of Stalinism-Hoxhaism without studying the dialectical method of Enver Hoxha, which is derived from the dialectical method of Stalin. And the study of Stalin's dialectical method is unthinkable without the study of Lenin's dialectical method. After all, everything that is based on Marxism can only be properly studied, understood and correctly applied and realised by studying the dialectical method of Marx and Engels.

Those who remain on the old ladder of Marxism-Leninism, like the neo-revisionists, have not understood or do not want to understand the dialectic between Marxism-Leninism and Stalinism-Hoxhaism, i.e. the dialectic of the further development of Marxism-Leninism.

What is Stalinism-Hoxhaism?

Stalinism-Hoxhaism illuminates the path to world communism in the 21st century.

Stalinism-Hoxhaism is a science that has developed from Marxism-Leninism and will continue to develop if it appropriates and generalises the new experiences of the entire world proletariat under the conditions of globalisation with the Stalinist-Hoxhaist method. The Stalinist-Hoxhaist method is the dialectical method, which is connected with the state of knowledge of globalised social class relations.

The Stalinist-Hoxhaist method is the method of looking at the real existing globalised world. The Stalinist-Hoxhaist method teaches that social phenomena and natural phenomena cannot be viewed in isolation from globalisation, independently of the tendencies, processes and changes of globalisation. There is therefore a dialectical connection between the method of understanding globalisation and the character of globalised class relations. One must first acquire sufficient knowledge about globalisation before one can understand the processes of globalisation and its laws of development, before one can recognise world revolutionary processes and before one can use them as a guide to action.

Comrades ! Let us beware of people who regard the dialectical method of Stalinism-Hoxhaism as a "dogmatic" method that "never changes", "never develops further", because it is already "complete, "perfect in itself" and therefore "untouchable". What would have become of a classicist and his teachings if he had not had the courage to discard old guiding principles and replace them with new ones? But this is precisely the revolutionary character of the teachings of all 5 classics of Marxism-Leninism.

Stalin:

"Marxism recognises no immutable conclusions and formulas that would be obligatory for all epochs and periods. Marxism is an enemy of dogmatism." (Stalin: Marxism and the questions of linguistics, 1952).

Some simpletons seriously believe that it is enough to simply memorise the formulas of the Stalinist-Hoxhaist method of dialectics and impose them on every change in social relations. Only people who have not grasped or do not want to grasp the essence of the dialectical method of Stalinism-Hoxhaism can think and act in this way.

There are people who think they can attack us and criticise us without ever once in their lives having read our writings on Stalinism-Hoxhaism. It is a sad fact that there are far too many people who do not put much effort into studying the teachings of the five classics themselves, who have only studied the classics very sporadically and incompletely, or who are content with secondary literature from opportunistic "critics".

There are people who claim that the Stalinist-Hoxhaist method is nothing more than a reproduction (copy) of the Marxist-Leninist method. What is plagiarism? Plagiarism is when there is no separation between the essential and the non-essential, between presentation and content.

These people are mistaken when they think that the Marxist-Leninist method has not developed any further, that supposedly no Stalinist-Hoxhaist method exists or is necessary, and that Stalinism-Hoxhaism is just a figment of the imagination of a "sect of busybodies". In the eyes of such people, Stalinism-Hoxhaism is nothing but a crude "regurgitation " of Marxism-Leninism, even a "falsification" of Marxism-Leninism. Conclusion: "It is therefore not worthwhile for a communist to study Stalinism-Hoxhaism and its methodology".

Keeping Stalinism-Hoxhaism quiet is precisely the purpose of anti-communism. Ignorance of Stalinism-Hoxhaism is what serves the world bourgeoisie. And incomplete, incomplete study of Stalinism-Hoxhaism harbours the danger of uncritically adopting falsifications and thus ending up in the arms of the neo-revisionists who pretend to be "anti-revisionists" but are in fact revisionists.

We ask such people what they themselves have contributed to the further development of the proletarian world ideology? Nothing !

So, what do we answer such people ?

Assuming that all your intellectualistic grumblings and accusations would be true, we Stalinist-Hoxhaists are and remain unchallenged worldwide as those who have published more works of the 5 classics of Marxism-Leninism in more different languages than all the anti-Stalinist-Hoxhaist screamers in the world put together!

And we Stalinist-Hoxhaists are and remain the only ones in the whole world who publish separate memorial articles for each of the 5 classics of Marxism-Leninism every year, both on their birthdays and on the anniversary of their deaths, in which we emphasise and propagate the current significance of their teachings in many areas of the class struggle. So, as far as the publication of the writings of the 5 classics is concerned, we Stalinist-Hoxhaists are the undisputed number 1 in the whole world.

We do not shy away from serious study, however arduous the path to mastering Stalinism-Hoxhaism may be.

Let us learn from the working methods of the 5 classics of Marxism-Leninism!

Marx:

"There is no highway for science, and only those have any prospect of reaching its bright summits who are not afraid of the fatigue of climbing its steep paths." (MEW, "Das Kapital" Volume 1).

Only after 24 years of hard preparatory work did Marx publish the first volume of "Das Kapital" ! For this he had previously studied 1,500 books!

Marx:

The democratic simpletons, for whom enlightenment comes 'from above', naturally have no need of such endeavours." (Letter to Weydemeyer dated 27 June 1851)

Stalinism-Hoxhaism, since it has become a science, should also be practised like a science, i.e. studied.

* * *

We facilitate the study of Stalinism-Hoxhaism by giving the Marxism-Leninism of the 19th and 20th centuries a globalised 21st century form.

Stalinism-Hoxhaism illuminates the path to world communism in the 21st century.

Referring to the Marxist-Leninist method does not mean that the Stalinist-Hoxhaist method is identical with the Marxist-Leninist method. The Stalinist-Hoxhaist method is essentially a historical method, which is determined in general by the historical development of class society and in particular by globalised class society. For example, from the Marxist-Leninist method of building socialism "in one country", the Comintern (SH) develops the Stalinist-Hoxhaist method of building world socialism and world communism.

The struggle between the two classes, the world proletariat and the world bourgeoisie, for world domination under the conditions of globalisation is a struggle that determines the future of all humanity, with the world proletariat playing the decisive role as the rising class that smashes the rule of the world bourgeoisie and establishes the dictatorship of the world proletariat. Only the dialectical method of Stalinism-Hoxhaism can contribute to the solution of this concrete historical task of the world proletariat.

In contrast to Marxism, which distinguished itself from the idealist mode of thinking by criticising Hegel's dialectics and created a materialist basis for dialectics, both Marxism-Leninism and Stalinism-Hoxhaism are materialist in nature. The one materialist method emerged from the other materialist method, they are mutually dependent, complement each other and thus do not form a contradiction between idealist and materialist world views, they are both part of the same world view of the proletariat, only at different stages of development.

Anyone who regards capitalism as an eternal social formation that has supposedly historically "survived" socialism is a modern methaphysician who denies the development of world socialism out of globalised capitalism. The metaphysician of the age of globalisation thus denies the development towards world socialism because he believes in the immutability of world capitalism. It is the Stalinist-Hoxhaist way of thinking of world communism that deals the deathblow to the metaphysical way of thinking of world capitalism.

The further developed dialectical and historical materialism under the conditions of globalisation forms the extended theoretical foundation of world communism, the theoretical foundation of the Comintern (SH), the illumination of the present and future road to world socialist revolution.

Without the study of Stalinism-Hoxhaism there can be no study of the world socialist revolution. Whoever does not seriously study Stalinism-Hoxhaism, whoever does not adopt the dialectical method of Stalinism-Hoxhaism and does not apply it in the daily class struggle, cannot be a member of the Comintern (SH).

The future of world society is not determined by the struggle between the two world camps of imperialism, but by the class struggle between the world bourgeoisie and the world proletariat. However, as long as the world proletariat remains divided between the two imperialist world camps, the defeat of the world proletariat is pre-programmed. Only the united world proletariat, which has overcome its division by the two camps of world imperialism, not only triumphs over the world bourgeoisie, but thereby levels the division of the world into classes and promotes their fusion (= death of the classes) in world communism.

Whoever correctly studies the method of Stalinism-Hoxhaism will also find the main link in the chain that must be tackled in order to overthrow world imperialism and build world socialism. This main link is the world socialist revolution, which must be prepared, propagated, realised and secured through the correct application of the Stalinist-Hoxhaist method.

Stalinism-Hoxhaism is irrefutable because it is based on the realisation that the victory of socialism in one small country has already paved the way for the victory of socialism in practically every other country, which in turn leads us to the realisation that the victory of socialism in all countries is irrefutable.

From this, Stalinism-Hoxhaism derives the realisation of socialism on a world scale.

Stalinism-Hoxhaism represents the highest stage in the further development of proletarian ideology, namely its maturation to universality and thus to applicability on a world scale.

Stalinism-Hoxhaism is the proletarian ideology of world socialism and world communism under today's conditions.

Stalinism-Hoxhaism is the application of the teachings of the 5 classics of
