All the views expressed in this book are my own and mine alone. I based them on my real-life experiences as a writer, on and off Wattpad. I summed up and explained the writing and publishing aspects to the best of my knowledge and in the best way I know how.

This guide is not free of limitations nor is it by any means a perfect and exhaustive one. You can find plenty other how-to guides on Wattpad alone. I don't claim that my way is better than any of them. Rather, I believe the journey of becoming an author or getting published is very similar to recommending places to travel to. What you really like won't always work for everyone else. And what other people find unrecommendable might become your next most favorite destination.

The best way to learn everything that's been covered in this book is through firsthand experience. Afterwards, I'm sure you'll agree with some of my points and disagree with others. That's just writing. Like I said in the Introduction of this book, if you thought an author's career is one straight line from point A to point B, you're sorely mistaken. It's a treacherous yet at the same time wondrous road, with gut-wrenching twists and serendipitous beauty at every turn.

Lastly, the same cliché that's true for everything else in life also goes for writing. I just prefer Don Williams, Jr.'s version of it:

"The road of life twists and turns and no two directions are ever the same. Yet our lessons come from the journey, not the destination."

Please feel free to comment or leave a question on any part of this work. I promise to get back to you as soon as I'm able. Best of luck with your writing endeavors and stay Phenomenal!
