"Those bitches." Emily hissed under her breath.
She looked aimlessly around for her two friends who left her in the middle of a party. Emily was now a sophomore in college at Boston University. She finally made friends with JJ and Penelope at a previous college party. The three immediately clicked and have been inseparable ever since. But tonight her friends disappeared into the sea of people and cheap booze.
Emily could barely hear herself think over the loud music. Luckily, she'd only had a couple drinks, as she continued looking left and right, pushing through the crowd. The brunette finally made it to a small clearing in a hallway. The next thing she felt was her cold drink spilled all over her black, lace bodysuit and black jeans. She looked down at her now soaking wet clothes in disgust. "Ever used your eyes before?" She asked annoyed, not taking her eyes off her clothes.
"You ran into me." A cold, low voice said.
Emily looks up to meet a pair of brown eyes. She scanned the guy up and down with her own eyes. He was very tall and well built. He had short brown hair and was clad in a navy dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up halfway and a pair of black jeans. The guy looked Emily up and down as well for a couples reasons: To look at the severity of the mess he'd created and to look at the gorgeous woman in front of him.
The woman before him was tall with raven hair and dark brown eyes. Despite her height, she still maintained a small frame. She was wearing a low cut, black, lace bodysuit and tight, ripped, black jeans. Her hair fell just below her breasts and was curled. Even in the low light, he could see the sheen of the beer that had spilled all over her top and pants. As he looked up and down, he couldn't help but stare at her chest. He found it difficult to look away. He knew she'd notice soon. He knew it.
The guy quickly brought his eyes to meet her face once again. "I'm sorry." She sighed. "I just really liked this top."
"No, it's fine. I should've been looking where I was going. But these kinds of things are bound to happen at college parties. You probably shouldn't wear something so...nice looking." The guy said scanning her body once more. When he brought his gaze back up to the woman, she was eyeing him suspiciously. He held his hand out to her. "I'm Aaron."
She shook his hand. "I'm Emily Prentiss." She said with a smile.
"God, her smile is beautiful!" Aaron thought.
"You got a last name Aaron?"
"Hotchner."
Emily simply nodded awkwardly. "Hey, can you help me find something to get this stain out?"
"Uh, yeah. Follow me."
Aaron started walking away, but Emily remained in her place. He turned around and walked back towards her. "Are you coming?"
"How do I know you're not going to try and murder me?" She asked suspiciously.
Aaron scoffed. "It's my apartment." I said in a matter of fact tone crossing his arms.
"So? You could still kill me. It's a loud party, and everyone is drunk off their asses. No one would hear me scream." She shrugged.
A small smirk appeared on Aaron's lips, showing his dimples which almost made Emily's knees go weak. "You're a criminology major aren't you?" Aaron asked confidently.
"And psychology." Emily said simply. "Let me guess. Pre-law?"
"How'd you know?"
"Educated guess." The raven beauty shrugged. "What year are you?"
"I'm a senior. What about you?"
"Sophomore."
They both nodded in unison. Aaron finally spoke up. "I'm serious though. This is my apartment. I probably have some clothes you can change into if you want."
Emily shrugged. "Why not? I don't really want to smell like cheap beer."
And with that, she followed Aaron to his room. Aaron opened the door for her, letting her enter first. He closed the door behind him and began looking for some spare clothes for Emily.
The raven haired girl looked around Aaron's room. She couldn't help but analyze it. It was decorated simply with greyscale furniture and bedding. The bed had a grey and white duvet, and everything was surprisingly organized and neat. The only "messy" thing was his desk that was piled with textbooks and notebooks. She began walking around his room, noticing there were no personal things in his room. Not even a house plant to overwater. There were no pictures of family, friends, or a significant other in sight.
Aaron came up to Emily with some neatly folded clothes and a plastic bag in his hands. "Here. These should fit. And here's a bag to put your dirty clothes in." He said holding the clothes out to her.
"Thanks. Is there a place I can change?" She asked taking the items.
"Yes. There's a bathroom right there." Aaron says pointing to the open door.
Emily simply nods in response. She walks to the bathroom and leaves the door open just a crack. Aaron waits awkwardly on his bed. He hadn't had a woman in his room in a long time, let alone someone as beautiful as Emily. He heard the sound of clothes shuffling around. Although he tried to push the thoughts out of his mind, he wondered what it would be like to feel her soft skin under his fingertips. It sent shivers down his spine. "So!" A feminine voice interrupted his thoughts. "Who was she?"
Aaron looks at the bathroom door perplexed. "Damn she was good." He thought. He awkwardly cleared his throat. "What are you talking about?" He asked.
"Oh come on, Aaron. Don't play dumb. You wouldn't have held onto these clothes for so long unless she meant something to you." She said coming out of the bathroom.
Emily came out in a red tank crop cop and a pair of ripped denim jeans. They fit her perfectly and hugged her curves just right. She walked over to his dresser, setting her bag of dirty clothes on top of it. Little did Emily know that while her back was turned, Aaron was undressing her with his eyes.
She casually leaned against the dresser with a smirk on her face. "You don't just keep these clothes, waiting for someone like me to come around. So spill. Who was she?" Emily asking crossing her arms over her chest.
Aaron looked down at his hands and let out a heavy sigh. "Her name was Haley." He said not meeting Emily's gaze.
"How long were you two together?"
"Three years. We started dating my senior year of high school. She wasn't happy with how much I was studying, and I didn't make enough time for her."
"I'm sorry. Is that why you kept her clothes?"
Aaron finally looked up to meet Emily's eyes. She had a look of genuine concern and sadness. He gave her awkward flat smile. "I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss her, but she's in California now. I have to get over her somehow."
Under normal circumstances, Emily never would've been so bold. She was always considered an outspoken person, but this was a whole new level for her. She gave him a small smirk and her eyes darkened. "I could help you forget about her, if you're willing..." she trailed off, standing up from the dresser and standing in front of Aaron.
Aaron's eyes grew ten sizes easily. He stared at Emily in shock, but she simply shrugged and gave him her signature smirk. So many thoughts were racing through his mind all at once. He would've slept with Emily if he was sober just as much as he would right now. He was a little drunk, but sober enough to realize that he had an incredibly sexy women standing in front of him, offering to sleep with him.
And then there was Haley. Sure, they'd been broken up for almost a year, but he was the only woman who he had truly loved. "What would Haley think of this?" Aaron thought. "Ah, screw Haley! She's the one who broke up with me!"
And with that, Aaron eyes darkened with desire. It may have been the alcohol talking but there was no denying that Emily was quite possibly the most gorgeous woman he'd ever seen. And here she was...in his room. He looks the brunette up and down with hungry eyes. When he met Emily's eyes, they had the same look in them.
He slowly stood up from his bed and began walking towards Emily, not breaking eye contact. Her smirk grew as she slowly stepped back as he stepped forward. Eventually her back gently hit the door. Emily let a small gasp escape her lips. Aaron placed his hand up on the door, just beside Emily's head. Their faces were an inch apart. "Lock the door." Aaron says in a dangerously low voice.
Emily quickly fumbled her hand behind her, finding the lock on the door and turning it. As soon as Aaron heard the click, he roughly kissed Emily; this pushed her against the door even more. He received a small chuckle through their kiss from Emily as she grabbed his neck, pulling them even closer. Aaron quickly snaked his arms around the brunette's small frame, lifting her in the process. Her legs swiftly wrapped around his torso as she pulled at his dark locks. His hands had made their way from her back to her ass as he walked backwards until his knees hit the back of his bed. The two of them eventually falling into a tangle of limbs and sheets and heavy breathing.
