~Jiyeon~

I squealed, clapping my hands before dropping them and gripping the balcony. The house Hoseok rented for the next week was big and beautiful. I'd love to live in a house like this, of course, there's nothing wrong with Hoseok's house in Seoul but this place was near the beach and the breeze is just great.

"It's beautiful!" I grinned, stomping my feet on the wooden floor excitedly as I watched the waves crashing on the shore. The wind blew against my face and I titled my head back and smiled. When was the last time I was this happy and free? I don't even remember.

That's when I felt Hoseok's body behind me as he caged me in with his hands resting on either side of mine on the balcony railing. I held my breath.

Hoseok dropped his head down, his lips at my ear, "Wash up and get ready. Let's have a look around the area."

I nodded, stiffly.

"Aren't you going to get ready?"

"I...can't exactly move," I said, squirming, eyes not on him. When Hoseok didn't say anything, I turned around and looked up at him. It's still hard to believe how tall he was in person...or maybe it's because I'm short.

His eyes were on the beach and after I turned around, his eyes dropped to mine. We stared at each other for what seems like ages before I said, "Uh...do you want me to get ready or not?"

I wasn't used to looking at Hoseok at all. I don't think I will ever be because he is a celebrity who everyone wants to be around. Then again Hoseok doesn't even act like a celebrity at all, except for when he's in public or something. I also notice that Hoseok spend his money the way he likes it and that's pretty normal since any human being also does that too. He has expensive things but he doesn't brag about them in front of me. Hoseok laughs, talks and get angry just like any normal person would to the point where it's hard to imagine that he's really famous. At times, I forget it too... just thinking that I got lucky to have someone as perfect as he is in my life, even if it's not for long.

He didn't move but his eyes went towards the beach again and a smile tugged at his lips, "Yeah."

"Move," I mumbled, pressing my palms flat against his chest, shoving him away. He didn't move at all. My face starting heating up when I could see how close we were to each other. Since when did I start feeling...comfortable around this person? I hardly saw him during the last two weeks and yet, it's like I've been with him forever. He really is the only person who can make me comfortable and uncomfortable at the same time.

Hoseok chuckled and took a step back for me. "Get ready."

"Aren't you getting ready?" I asked him.

"Women tend to take forever to get ready," he told me. "I'll let you shower first."

I scowled at that before walking inside the house. After I grabbed my suitcase, I looked over my shoulder and saw Hoseok leaning with his arms on the balcony railing, eyes somewhere. He looked like a beautiful picture you can frame in your room...just standing there and not doing anything. It's a shame I can't take a picture of him like this.

I walked towards my room with a thought in mind: Like damn, I must have saved a few countries in my past life to be able to marry him even if it's only for three years. I mean, who else would be this lucky right?

I stepped out of the room when Hoseok called for me to come out. I was wearing a pretty floral off-shoulder dress with a pair of sandals with pretty beads on them. I saw Hoseok wearing a long dark green sleeved sweater shirt and ripped black denim jeans. He looked good as always. Then again, Hoseok will look good in anything so the problem is me. I need to look good standing next to him or else people will talk badly of him.

Hoseok looked up from his phone as I stepped into the lounge room. He smiled when he saw me and I felt butterflies...something I haven't felt for a while. Can this man not make me feel like this? I'm afraid I will start to develop useless feelings for him.

"You look beautiful."

"Thank you," I said, shyly. "You look good too."

Hoseok put his phone in his pocket and then held out his hand towards mine. I grabbed hold of it without hesitating. I don't think if it was a good sign or not, honestly. Hoseok pulled me towards him and I glanced up at him. Damn, he smells good too.

"Let's go," he said, leading the way. It was almost six in the afternoon. I was excited about being here that I'd forgotten that Hoseok had been working non-stop to be able to come here today.

"Um, don't you want to rest?" I asked him as we hit the street. I felt bad for not asking before coming out here with him.

"No, I'm good."

"But you've been working and staying up late for the past—"

Hoseok looked down at me and looked away, smiling, "I'm good."

I nodded and said nothing. It's not like I can force him to do anything anyways. This is Hoseok after all. Like he said, no one forces him to do anything.

We walked from shop to shop and I couldn't help but be amazed with everything. This is probably the first time I've been out of the country. I made a passport, wanting to travel but never had the chance or money.

I glanced at Hoseok whose eyes weren't on me. Maybe... just maybe, marrying him wasn't such a bad idea after all.

~Hoseok~

It was worth it. Hoseok could see Jiyeon smiling as they went from shop to shop. All these sleepless nights were worth it if he was able to see her so happy. He never thought they'd end up on good terms at all but he was happy that they were.

Jiyeon let go of his hand and ran towards the stall that was selling cotton candy. He stood and tucked his hands in his pockets as he watched her from afar.

He'd been so mad when he saw Jiyeon with Dohyun and he wanted to rip the guy to shreds. It wasn't like him and he hated that too. She was bringing out sides of him that he never knew existed. Then he ended up telling her the reason behind their marriage and that broke her. He hated that he was the reason behind that. It was the first time he'd seen her cry too. He thought her father had told her everything and was surprised when Jiyeon didn't know what he was going on about.

Seeing her tear-streaked face broke parts of him. He was going to have to make it up to her during this one week because the minute he gets back to Korea, he had many things to do. The members were happy enough to send him off and let him have time off. They promised that they'll work hard without him for a week and for him to have a good time. He couldn't ask for better people to work with.

"Hoseok!" Jiyeon said, bringing his attention towards her once more. She walked over towards him, excitedly.

He smiled, knowing that she probably doesn't even realise she was walking and skipping at the same time. She stepped in front of him and waved the cotton candy in front of him, her eyes bright with excitement.

"Look!"

His eyes went to the cotton candy and saw that it was shaped in a three-leafed clover. Wanting to see what this means; his eyes went to meet hers.

"For J-Hope," she grinned, tilting her head to the side, "do you like it?"

He wonder if she's been looking him up online because he knows the fans like to write profiles about him and the other members. He smiled. "Love it."

Hoseok would prefer it if she calls him by his real name and not J-Hope. He was J-Hope when he's around the fans and when he's on stage. When he's off stage and away from the light, he's Hoseok. Although he knows Jiyeon is unaware of how the two names affect him when he's around people, including her, he decides to let it go and not correct her. Besides, that's the first time she'd call him that too.

Hoseok bent his head down and took a bite and as soon as he did, Jiyeon did the same too and they were directly facing each other. It was crazy since his heart always beats around her. It's a miracle she hasn't noticed anything yet.

He could see the redness on her cheeks as she averted her eyes and Hoseok took a bite and moved back.

"We're not sharing?" he teased.

Jiyeon's face went redder than it already was, "Don't do that."

"Do what?" he smirked.

She tried to glare at him but failed. Instead, she grabbed hold of his hand, surprising him as she dragged him.

"Let's go!"
