Talking: Nice to meet you.

Whispering: That's wild.

Thinking: (What the hell is happening?)

---------------------------------------------------------

{3rd Person POV}

Within the vacuum of space, one can find billions of places. Endless possibilities for stories to be told amongst its vast expanse of everything and nothing all at once... but right now, we're focused on one specific story.

A gigantic metal vessel can be seen floating through the endless void of space. A white giant that contrasted with the black abyss surrounding it. Within one of the rooms of this space station stood a woman with red wine-colored hair, tied in a messy ponytail. She appeared to be making the motions of playing the violin, despite the fact that she was holding nothing in her glove-clad hands.

As she enjoyed the elegant "tune" of her non-existent violin, things were far from peaceful in the Space Station. Without warning, numerous entities teleported outside the ship. Their bodies seemed to be composed entirely of dark matter and stardust, with large blades protruding from their arms.

🌌Voidranger: Reaver🌌

The civilians inside the station screamed in terror and ran frantically as the armored beings towered over them. The vessel's emergency alert systems activated, every single screen shining red.

In the master control zone of the Space Station, things weren't much better. The shields of the ship had been breached, and people were panicking. A pink-haired girl quickly took action amidst the chaos.

Pink Hair: Lead the evacuation, quickly!

The elegant tune of the violin continued to play as the situation continued to get worse. One of the antimatter creatures was about to slash at two scientists when suddenly a white-haired boy with brown skin blocked the incoming slash with his blue claymore, sparks flying through the air.

*CLANG*

White Hair Boy: Ugh... Go!

Simultaneously, two figures are running through another hallway. Multiple monsters teleport in front of them, but they manage to avoid them all.

The guy with black hair and green clothing pierced one of them through the chest with his spear and threw it to the side! At the same time, the pink-haired girl charged a powerful shot from her bow and let the arrow loose, piercing through one of the invaders! A frigid mist surrounded the wound, and the surrounding armor began to freeze over.

The two stopped once they reached a large door. But were blown back when said door exploded with a burst of golden energy!

*BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM*

The entire space station now entered code red, with the room the violinist woman was in turning red due to the warning lights.

Violinist Woman: Seems I came at a bad time.

A holographic display appeared before her, and it had the insignia of a wolf. From the screen came the voice of a girl who spoke to the elegantly dressed woman.

"No no - I think you couldn't have timed it better. 23:47:15 system time. Very punctual, Kafka."

【🕸️Kafka🕸️】
[Path: Nihility]

The woman, curious of the unpredictable explosion that just happened began to theorize about what had happened.

Kafka: Hm...Elio always tells the exact future. So what's with the explosion just now? Was that also part of his script?

Hologram Girl: Uh-huh — "23:44:59 system time: The pulses from the explosion cause a massive breakdown from the master control system"

Kafka: You did that?

Hologram Girl: No, the Antimatter Legion did it. They completely invaded the space station system hours ago.

The woman's eyes widened slightly at the revelation. Despite her perpetual aloofness she still recognized the Legion's intelligence and destructive capabilities.

Kafka: *Whistle* Alright, so do we need to fight the legion?

Hologram Girl: I dunno. Elio didn't say anything about it, so it doesn't matter.

Kafka: Got it. So from now on, I'll be in charge of this operation.

The red-wine-haired woman smirked, her eyes shining devilishly at the same time. She pulled out a black train pass holder from her jacket and withdrew a blank silver card.

Hologram Girl: You're awakening him now?

Kafka: He's been trapped in the Garden Of Recollection for far too long. He'll need some time to get used to things.

She didn't turn to look at the holographic screen. Instead, she stared at the small card with a smile. Her deep gaze shone back at her through the reflective shine of the card.

Kafka: Endless possibilities... Independent of time... Get ready to wake up dear~

She pointed the silver side of the card away from herself as it began to shine with a pure silver light. She chuckled and threw the card forward. It unnaturally spun in the air, its rotation causing a whirlwind to pick up in the middle of the room.

"🕸️No past and unpredictable future...The Singularity Point!🕸️"

Grains of sand began to fall from the card. Then more. Then more! Before one could realize it, a shower of sand began to fall onto the floor, but it was quickly picked up by the intense winds and condensed into what appeared to be the shape of...a person? It was a human male. He appeared to be in his teens.

A boy with silky black hair that reached down to his neck. He had equally black eyes which only added to his plain appearance.

The boy was about to fall to the ground in his unconscious state but Kafka quickly caught him. Placing his head on her soft lap, acting sort of like a pillow. A really comfortable place to wake up in.

{Singularity Point's POV}

What...is happening...I could feel consciousness wash over me as I woke up from my sleep. Why was I sleeping?...was I even alive before? I don't know and I'm too dazed to ask. I could feel my fingers touch a cold metal-like surface but my head didn't feel the hardness of the floor.

I slowly opened my eyes. I had to blink a few times as my eyes got used to the light of the room. I couldn't even wonder where I was as the only thing that filled my field of vision was a woman. An incredibly pretty woman.

???: Wake up sleepyhead~

Her tone of voice was soft and tender. It was almost motherly in a sense. My breath hitched in my throat and I stumbled over my words.

Me: W-who... are you?...

Kafka: Call me Kafka. How are you feeling?

Kafka...that's a nice name. Wait name...I can't remember my name. I can't remember my life? No this isn't right. I have no experience even living.

This lady, Kafka, seemed to notice my distressed expression. Though I wasn't really trying to hide it. She gently caressed my face with her gloved hand and chuckled slightly

Kafka: Don't worry about it for now. I'll teach you the ropes soon enough. Now come on, stand up.

Me: R-Right! Sorry.

I quickly stood up and off of her lap. Her warmth was nice at least. I finally took the time to take in my surroundings. A grey room. Are we in some kind of military place? I looked out the only window and saw...nothing. But not nothing in the traditional sense. I saw literal blackness. A void that stared back at me.

Me: Are we in space?!...

I was startled, to say the least. Though it was strange. I knew the concept of space but...I had never seen it before nor had somebody taught me about it. I turned around, only to be met with a floating semi-transparent screen with a wolf logo on it.

Screen: You know Kafka, I wasn't fully sold on the singularity point coming from a blank Light Cone.

Kafka: It wasn't just a "blank" Light Cone. It was holding a present with no past within it.

Present with no past? That doesn't make any sense. Although neither does whatever else is going on right now...oh god...I think I'm gonna be sick...

{3rd Person POV}

Kafka and the girl behind the screen stared at the nameless black-haired boy as he took deep breaths and leaned on the wall.

Hologram Girl: Hm I thought he was going to be more impressive.

Kafka: Now now, no need to be mean. He has great potential.

???: Kafka...

He suddenly interrupted their conversation. It was honestly a bit rude of them to talk about the panicking teenager in front of him.

???: My name...do you know it by any chance?...

Kafka looked at the nervous boy and smiled. Taking out the black train pass holder. She took his hand, placing the train pass on his palm. She then took his other hand and placed it on top of it.

Kafka: This is the Rider Pass. It has all the answers you need~

Her cryptic message didn't solve his doubts, but her manner of speaking was just so charming. He couldn't deny her at the moment. Not that he would try to, she was the only thing he knew so far.

He nervously opened the pass, taking hold of the blank "Light Cone" as the Holographic Screen called it. He stared at it for a few seconds, his brain tingling as small trickles of information entered his mind. He couldn't help but be slightly disappointed though. He expected more. Maybe an answer to his existence.

"I see...so that's my name..."

"🔘...Ginga...🔘"
[Path: Uncertain]

Kafka couldn't help but be pleased at the sight. His small, satisfied smile once he recognized his own name was adorable in a sense. She could see that behind his nervous demeanor was an optimistic soul.

Kafka: Ginga huh? What a cute name...

Ginga. derived from the word 銀河 (ginga), which refers to the Milky Way or the galaxy, made up of 銀 (gin) meaning "silver" and 河 (ga) meaning "river, stream."

The teenager blushed and covered his mouth with his red scarf. This caused Kafka to chuckle before turning around and beginning to walk.

Kafka: Let's go Ginga, we have much to do.

Ginga: Huh? But, where are we going?

Kafka: You don't have to worry. I'll guide you through it.

The doors automatically opened once Kafka approached, revealing 3 Antimatter Legion Reavers. All manage to glare daggers at the woman despite having no facial features.  Ginga's eyes widened, stepping back in shock upon seeing those...things. Was that racist? It didn't matter because they were clearly out for blood.

Ginga: A-Are you going to f-fight those things?

Kafka: Of course. After all...

She tightened her gloves as she menacingly walked towards them. Her high heels clacked eerily against the metal floors of the space station hallway. Two of the Reavers suddenly lunged at her, their blades ready to rip her apart but suddenly-!

"🕸️Elio didn't put it in the script... Why would it matter?🕸️"

Out of seemingly nowhere she pulled out two small submachineguns and blasted them away. Ginga's jaw dropped at the sight of the once gentle and caring woman's personality doing a complete 180°. Becoming ruthless towards her enemies. The black-haired boy's legs began to tremble. Watching Kafka's swift and deadly movements.

The third Reaver attempted to slice her apart with both of its arm blades but she pulled out a purple Katana and blocked the slash.

"🕸️That breathing sensation. Remember it.🕸️"

She stated coldly, pressing the barrel of her submachinegun against the reaver's gut and blasting it up into the air, sending it crashing through a table. The other two enemies quickly recovered, one dashing at Kafka, while the other attempted to go for the easy prey an attack the panicking boy in the corner.

"🔘AH-!🔘"

He yelped as he barely dodged the reaver's blade, slicing a few of his hairs in the process. He continued to run around the room, barely dodging the furious swipes from the Antimatter Legion Soldier!

Kafka wasn't even paying attention to her own fight, she just watched him try his best to survive. No battle instincts to speak of. The purple-eyed woman pushed the Reaver away, easily breaking its guard.

"[🕸️Midnight Tumult!🕸️]"

She swung her blade upwards to the right before coming down and slicing diagonally to the left. leaving a purple X marked on the Reaver's chest as it writhed in pain. She then pulled out her gun and shot him dead at point-blank range.

*BANG*

The Reaver screeched as his body suddenly imploded, dissolving into nothing as a black hole sucked his body into itself and disappeared.

She turned to Ginga, seeing him avoid a powerful double-blade thrust from the Antimatter Minion. Causing it to pierce the wall of the station. It struggled to free its arms, buying Kafka the time to swoop in and swiftly behead it.

Ginga: W-What were these t-things!?...

He asked in a shaky voice. Sitting on the floor and looking up at Kafka. She softly grasped his hand and helped him stand up.

Kafka: Voidrangers. Minions of the Antimatter Legion.

Ginga: Legion...there's a whole army of them?

Kafka: More than an army. But don't worry about that right now. Let's keep moving ok?

The boy nodded, deciding to take in more of his surroundings while Kafka hacked open a door. He saw the holographic portrait of who appeared to be a girl. She was petite, sporting long ash-brown hair and a pair of purple eyes. She wore a black beret atop her head, decorated with a purple flower.

Ginga: (She must be important. Someone's daughter maybe?)

He walked past the girl's banner. Curiously looking around a couple of tables. They were knocked over and turned into unusable rubble by the previous fight. The black-haired boy couldn't help but feel a little sorry.

Ginga: (That Voidranger probably did this while chasing me...)

He said with a little frown. His sullen look turned to one of surprise when he saw a golden object shine under all the rubble with a slightly red hue. Curiosity got the best of him as he tried to move the heavy, metal table. He muttered under his breath.

Ginga: Who makes a table out of metal?...

He panted slightly before reaching down to look at the object. It was a card. Very similar to the one he was awakened from. This one had an actual design though. It was of a boy accompanied by three animals.

Ginga: (Is that one of the "Light Cones" Kafka mentioned?)

His curiosity picked upon seeing the intricate image. And thus he hesitantly reached out to touch the glowing Light Cone. His finger so much as touched the surface of the card before his brain was suddenly bombarded with flashing images of A boy wielding a sword, A dog, a Monkey, A Pheasant, and an Oni.

He suddenly knew all about it. The legend of Momotaro. The hero of the Land of the Rising Sun. He who was born from a peach, destined for greatness!

Ginga: Momo...Taro?...

He said in a shaky and dazed voice.

Kafka: Ginga~ Come, follow me.

The black-haired male quickly picked up the Light Cone from the floor and put it in his pocket. Wondering what other secrets the artifact might hold.

The two of them walked through a tunnel made of reinforced glass. This let Ginga have a better view of the vacuum surrounding them. But not only that. He also could better see the "Space Station" he was currently exploring. He had to admit, he was a bit intimidated by the size of the ship.

They reached
