Past - Few Years Ago - 18. January

"Give it to me!", Rocket yelled at you and you flipped him off.

"No, I stole it, so it belongs to me!", you yelled back. He groaned.

"Y/N, just give it to him. You know exactly that he will be cranky if he doesn't get what he wants.", Gamora sighed and you rolled your eyes. You gave him the USB-stick that you just stole from a guy from the bar.

"Here.", you said frustrated and sat back next to Gamora.

"Are you happy now?", you asked her and she smiled at you.

"At least he is not yelling anymore.", you mumbled. As soon as you tried to put your feet on the table, your head started to hurt; like it did on that day. You grabbed with your hand your head and massaged it a bit. You hissed as another pain shot through your head.

"Are you ok?", both, Gamora and Rocket, asked.

"It's happening again.", you whispered.

"Quill!", Gamora screamed. You felt everything spinning again and you fell down on the floor. It was exactly the same procedure. You soon blacked out.

Present - 18. February

I was heading to the training room; what a surprise. I'm not going to complain though because I didn't have to train with Natasha or Steve and Sam. As I walked in, I could already see Wanda and Loki.

"Good morning, Y/N.", I smiled at her.

"Good morning, Wanda.", I greeted her back and turned to Loki.

"Good morning.", I said and he nodded in acknowledgement.

"So what are we you going to do?", you asked, unsure what to do.

"Well we usually practice our abilities against dummies that Stark created. It keeps us in shape.", I nodded and went to stand next to her.

"What are you abilities?", she asked.

"I can move the things around and appear things; the usual abilities.", I responded.

"That's it?", Loki asked and raised his eyebrow.

"Yes.", he didn't believe me. He knew that I was lying; he just knew it.

Past - Few Years Ago - 18. January

You slowly started to open your eyes. You looked around you and you couldn't believe where you were; at the grocery store. The exact same one that you visited before you appeared on that space ship. You gulped and stood up. As you turned around, you saw a guy. He looked at you shocked.

"You-You just appeard from nowhere !?", that's all what he said before running away. Instinctively you followed him. You both were outside now.

"Wait.", you said but you immediately stopped following him. He was talking to two police officers. Your heart stopped beating for a moment as both officers looked at you questioningly. You took a deep breath and started to walk away; you started walking fast.

"Stop.", you could hear them yell at you. You started sprinting down the road.

Present - 20. February

I threw my blanket back on my bed and reached for the door. Slowly walking towards the kitchen, I rubbed my eyes. I couldn't sleep. When I finally arrived at the kitchen, I searched for a cup. I opened some cabinets before I found a cup and grabbed it. I filled it up some water and drank it. I put the cup down and sighed.

"Couldn't sleep?", someone asked and I turned around fast, ready to throw the cup that I instinctively grabbed. There he was; standing in the doorway with his green eyes.

"Not really.", I answered.

"You too, I assume.", I added. He just pursed his lips.

"It was fun to train with you the other day. I've never really trained with someone with powers.", I said, trying to start a conversation.

"What are your real magical abilities?", he asked and I raised my eyebrow. He wouldn't really talk to somebody, but some part in him wanted to know why you were lying; as your past wasn't traumatic.

"What do you mean?", he really had to admit that you were a good liar. He almost didn't notice your lie.

"I know exactly that you're lying.", I sighed.

„Of course you know.", I thought.

"I can control minds.", I were't really sure why I was telling him that.

"That's not everything?", I groaned.

"I know when someone is lying. After all I'm the god of lies."

"God of lies, my ass.", I whispered, but he heard it and smirked.

"I can tell somebody to do something...I can mind control people.", I explained and leaned against the kitchen counter.

"So you're basically the mind stone?"

"Yes, that I was told before."

"But I can't use my power right now.", Loki raised an eyebrow.

"Why?"

"I don't really know."

Past - Few Years Ago - 18. January

"Tell me why that man is saying that you just randomly appeared in that grocery store?", a man with an eye patch asked as you were sat in front of him with handcuffs.

"I don't know-", you were interrupted by a man that just walked in the room. He showed the man with the eye patch some papers and botch immediately looked at me.

"What?"

"What's your name?"

"I told you already. It's Y/N L/N."

Present - 20. February

"Mr Stark asked me to inform me that Director Fury is here to see you. He is waiting for you in the meeting room.", the AI spoke and I furrowed my brows. Why does he want to see me? I walked quickly to the meeting room.

"Nick?"

"I got bad news, Y/N."

"What is it?"

"Hydra found out about you."

"What do you mean?"

"That's why you found him dead in his apartment."
