Matt's POV: As I stand in the basement shortly after waking up this morning, I took a breath and sighed because I hated the fact that I was awake and couldn't fall back asleep. I was exhausted and I just need to sleep right now. But, I can't fall back asleep. So, here I am...wide awake and doing a morning workout in our basement gym. I just hope that Gabby doesn't wake up anytime soon and need my help with the kids. Hitting the bag a few more times, I smiled as I took a breath before going to pull away a bit to take a break. I don't want to hurt my arm after all.

That's when I heard someone speak to me from the door. "You know, you didn't have to leave me a letter. I was awake already." Turning to look at Gabby when I heard her, I just smiled at her. "Hey, didn't see you there." Going to walk over to her, I just smiled as I went to go wrap my arms around her. "You sleep good?" Gabby nodded and smiled when I asked her that. Wrapping her arms around my back, Gabby looked up at me and smiled as I went to kiss her softly. Taking it nice and slow with her, I smiled because I was happy. "You have the baby monitor right?"

Gabby shook her head. "I thought you brought it down here." I nodded and smiled at her. "Right, of course. Didn't think about that." Gabby just agreed and smiled at me. "So, I had a wet dream last night?" I smirked and agreed with her before going to kiss her again. "Yes, yes you did." Gabby laughed and agreed with me when I told her that, looking down a bit since she was a lil' embarrassed. Going to kiss her forehead, I smiled at her. "Hey, no reason to feel embarrassed baby. I love the sound of you moaning my name in the middle of the night." Gabby smiled.

"You do like that don't you?" I nodded and just smiled at Gabby when she told me that. "Oh, I definitely did like that." Gabby smiled when I told her that before going to kiss me softly again. "Do you want to head back upstairs to bed...or are you going to stay down here while I keep working out? Or do you want me downstairs?" Gabby smiled at me. "Right now, the kids are still asleep. I think we can spend like maybe 10-15 more minutes down here." I agreed with Gabby while letting her go. "Okay, that makes sense." Gabby just smiled and agreed with me.

"Well, you go sit down and I'm going to hit the bag a bit more." Gabby smiled and agreed with me when I said that. She then proceeded to walk over to the couch we had down here for us to relax. Walking back over to my bag, I proceeded to go punch some more. Just hitting the bag, I smiled as I went to show off for Gabby a bit. Flexing my muscles, I heard Gabby chuckle. "God, you're such a tease." I smiled and agreed with Gabby when she told me that. "Oh, you like that don't you Mrs. Casey?" Gabby smiled and agreed with me when I asked her that.

Going back to hitting the back, I just smirked because this was perfect. I mean, nothing like a bit of time down here with Gabby. Sure, we weren't doing anything romantic....but spending time with her was definitely something that I enjoyed. Nothing like some time with my girl. "So, day 5 of being parents." Gabby laughed and smiled when I said that. "Yeah, it is isn't it?" I smiled and agreed with Gabby when she told me that. "I think that this has been the best decision we ever made." Gabby nodded and smiled when I said that. "You mean us going ahead with having Sof?"

I nodded and agreed with Gabby when she asked me that. "I did tell you that I'm sorry that I was worried in the past right. You were right that you could do it." Gabby smiled and agreed with me when I said that. "I know I was right. But, you had every right to be worried baby. You could have lost both me and Sofia. And now...seeing you with the kids is something that I'm so glad that I get to see. And if we did it while I still had my aneurysm...then I might have never gotten a chance to experience that. So thank you very much for protecting me." I smiled and agreed with her.

"Hey, that's my job as your husband and I'm always going to protect you." Gabby nodded and just smiled when I told her that. "So, today's plans?" Gabby smiled at me. "We're going to see either friends or family. We need to introduce Marcus to his grandmother." Gabby smiled and agreed with me when I said that. "I'll call my mom and Antonio. Invite them over for lunch. I mean, if that's ok." I agreed with Gabby when she told me that. "Hey, I love the idea of introducing Marcus and Sofia to their family some more." Gabby smiled and agreed with me.

"Okay, so are you coming up to take a shower...or are you going to make us breakfast?" I smiled at her. "It's still early babe. I'm just going to finish up. I mean, unless you want me to come up so that we can feed the kids." Gabby sighed when I asked her that. "I would like to get that done so that I can go take a shower. And no, you aren't taking one with me. Sorry baby, but I need to relax. I think we went too fast. I'm worried that I'm going to wreck something down there." I nodded and agreed with Gabby when she said that. "You sure that you want to have people..."

Gabby agreed with me when I asked her that. "Matt, we're having people over. But listen, you finish your workout...then come back upstairs ok? Then we can both relax in bed." I smiled. "I'll make you breakfast in bed. I'm done my workout anyways." Gabby smiled and agreed with me when I told her that. Going to take off my boxing gloves, I went to set them down before walking up to Gabby. Grabbing her hand, I smiled as I went to follow her out of our home gym so that we can walk upstairs together. "By the way, thanks for feeding and changing the kids."

I agreed with her and smiled when she told me that. "Hey, of course. I'm their dad first." I nodded and smiled at Gabby when she told me that. We then went to go walk upstairs together. "Remember, I'm making you breakfast in bed." Gabby agreed with me and smiled. "And I'm not eating until you're in bed with me. Maybe in your boxers for a bit while you burp Sofia or Marcus? Not sure which I'm going to feed first." I nodded and agreed with Gabby when she told me that, just smiling as we both walked upstairs together.
