Hermione mumbled to herself furiously as she ran back to the Gryffindor common room. It was quite late at night, darkness outside the castle and the halls dimly lit by candles. The paintings were asleep on the wall. 

She entered the common room quickly and ran up the stairs to her room. she ran by not noticing Ginny and luna cuddled on the couch asleep by the fire. 

Hermione slammed the door to her room behind her shut. She collapsed on her bed. She stared up at the ceiling. She took a silent moment to think, process the past hour or so that has just occurred. She sat up abruptly interrupting her moment. 

She gasped in a moment of epiphany and she quickly stood pulling books out of her bag and other areas and spread them out across her bed. She quickly scoured the many pages trying to find any sort of answer.

Lilith stood in the library as she watched Hermione rush out. She sighed and leaned against the table behind her pinching the bridge of her nose. She cleared her throat quickly and stood back up. 

She made her way through the halls, slower than expected, and slipped into the Ravenclaw common room. She entered her room, it was quite barren, not many personal items resided here.

 As soon as she shut the door behind her she grimaced in pain. It was dark in her room, all she could see were wet patches across her shirt. She quickly pulled it off to reveal three large cuts across her chiseled abdomen. She looked in the large mirror next to her to examine the large cuts. She quickly cats the Lumos charm, the room filled with light she could now see the blood that poured out of her.

 The rest of her torso was covered in scars from past troubles and two large black dragon tattoos slithered up her ribs. She quickly reached for some bandages that were on a dresser next to the mirror and wrapped herself up. 

She sighed when she finished and sat on her bed. Hands resting on the edge, head hanging. She muttered quietly to herself,

"damn you Azrael, you're not even a good wolf." At that, she fell back onto her bed and fell asleep.
