*5 weeks later*
I know, you should travel a great distance with newborns but I've been given the all clear so today I'm taking my babies home. To say I'm scared is an understatement. I'm absolutely terrified. I've also been on linen and I've bought a flat round by my house, so I can look after my kids without them waking my parents up in the middle of the night and things like that.

Our flights at 12 and its 10:45 now so we're leaving on a minute. I loaded everything into my parents car and got the car seats ready. Once it was all ready I went up to my aunty.
"Thankyou so much for letting me stay here,mor looking after me, after us. Thankyou for all of the support with me and the twins. I love you loads" I to,d her wrapping my arms round her.
"Oh, sweetie it's fine, make sure you come to see me soon, I've loved having you all here" she said.
"Come on now aria we need to go so we don't miss our flight." Mom told me, she'd already out the twins in the car. I said bye to my aunty and got in the car and then we left.
When we got to the airport we put our things on the plane and got on the plane and soon enough we were off.

A few hours later and we were back in Sydney and let me tell you I was so glad to be back home, don't get me wrong I loved London but there's no place like home. When we got back home I was about  to get my things out of the car when I was stopped.
"We want to show you something first" my dad told me as Liam and my mom got back in they car. I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion and got back in the car.
We were only driving for like 2 minutes and I instantly knew where we was. We were at the flat that I've bought.
"We thought you'd like to see it first" dad told me throwing me the Keys, I took them and made my way up. When I opened the door I was gobsmacked. It had all been decorated and new furniture and everything was in there. There was a bedroom and a room for the kids. I as so happy that I got tears in my eyes. I turned around and my mom dad and Liam were all stood there, Liam and my mom holding leah and Lucas. I ran up to them and hugged them all.
"Thankyou so so much! I love it!" I exclaimed.
"We all helped to pay for it but nan and grandad set it all up for you" my mom told me, I need to see them and thank them too.
Not long after they left and I put leah and Logan down in their room and began to settle down to get used to my new home.
