After some time Keshavi s family also came to the hall with some snacks and juices for Arjun's family . They looked at Arjun with furrowed eyebrows  because when they welcomed his family he was not present at that time.

Seeing the confusion on Keshavi s parents Rajnand ( Arjun father) spoke :  Viraj meet my elder son Arjun sharma and CEO of our company   we all have came here for his alliance with your daughter .

Viraj ( Keshavi father) gave him a smile  and said  by pointing on shivansh ( Arjun younger brother) Mujhe to laga tha kee hone wala dulha ye hai ....

Everyone laughed at his statement except arjun who was looking at shivansh with a glare , and shivansh be like " what the fuck i did ? "

Then Rajnand clears all the confusions and they both start talking to each other. Suhani ( keshavi mother) and Archana ( arjun mother)  also get busy talking to each other. Looking at both of them no one can say that they just meet few mins ago ,it seemed as if they were old friends.

The younger one  shivansh and arohi ( arjun sister) were also busy devouring the snacks and talking with Prashant ( keshavi brother). And our Arjun  he was sitting like he doesn't care of anything happening in his surrounding , but his eyes were roaming here there , only to find that brown orbs girl .

Aarohi speaks while being bored by sitting among all the elders :  Mummyyyy mai boar ho rahii hu aap logo ke saath baith ke , bhab...(she was going to say bhabhi - sister in law but got stop remembering his brother words ) I mean Unko to bulaiye jinke liye hum yahaan aae hain ...

Mom, I am getting bored sitting with you all elders. Bhab... i mean ask that person to come na for whom we have come here...

Hearing arohi words Arjun's ears perked up and he internally thought  :Thank God my sister was of some use, everyone here is busy in their own talks, no one is calling her to  come ..huuuhhhh

Suhani gave arohi a sweet smile and looked towards  Prashant and asked him ..son , go and ask keshavi to come here .prashant nodded at her words and stood up from his seat but suddenly Arohi asked : Can i also go with him ? And here arjun also mutters in slow voice  Me too.

Suhani nodded her head with hesitation thinking that her daughter has not kept her room scattered somewhere.Prashan and Arohi with went towards keshavi room and knocked on her door , after getting no response from other side  they barged inside her room .

They looked here and there but didn't find her , Prashant got scared thinking Did she run away?, he shaked his head removing these thought. And checked her Washroom, but did not find her there also ,but then he heard arohi voice from the balcony side,Hey, come here, there she is sleeping on the couch .

Prashant took a sigh of relief and shake her sisters body to wake her up . Keshavi slightly open her eyes while yawning and look at her brother and ask ... What's the matter bhaiya, you woke me up from such a good sleep...

Then keshavi heard a giggle from her back side , she turned towards the source of sound and looked at arohi , she arched up her one eyebrow to her brother asking who is she ? Prashant also gave her a mischievous smirk, and suddenly something striked in her mind and she stood up from her seat in horror and gasped looking at Arohi .

This is so embarrassing yrrrr she mutter this to herself but it heard by both person present there and  Arohi said ..  heheheh It's okay .. You freshen up.. everyone is waiting for you. And don't worry, I won't tell anyone about this. Keshavi gave her an embarrassing smile  and ran towards the washroom .she quickly adjusts her clothes and hair and goes out.

When Keshavi comes out, she gestures to her brother and asks about Aarohi. Seeing the questioning gaze of Arohi towards Prashant she said ... Let me introduce myself , I am Arohi sharma ,  If your alliance gets fixed with my brother, then I will be your sweet, charming (nanad) sister-in-law.

Keshavi nodded her head in acceptance with a smile , while ignoring the words of alliance fixing . Then they three comes out of the room and went downstairs . When keshavi was descending the stairs she looked at her parents and some unknown persons who were back facing her .

Here Arjun who was waiting for her impatiently without it on his face , heard some footsteps from his behind , but he didn't turned thinking that it would seemed like a childish act . The footsteps came closer and He looks up and at the sight his heart starts beating faster.

He looked at her looking like a goddess cladded in voilet colour anarkali dress, making her enchanting and ethereal.

His trance got soon broke by a gasp from keshavi who looked at him with a shocked expression and said   jhin.... I mean Mr. Chief guest aap yahaan kya kar rahe hain..?

(Crick..... I mean Mr. Chief guest what are you doing here )

A smirk formed on his lips and soon Viraj asked his daughter ...  Princess, do you know him ?  Have you two met before? And why are you calling him Mr. Chief guest dear .

Keshavi looked at her father and replied .. I don't know him dad , but yes we have met before too .I told you about the exhibition, he came as the chief guest there .

After hearing keshavi words that she doesn't know him , Arjun scrunched up his nose and said ... And the answer of your question miss mishra is that  I am here with my family .

Keshavi looked around and found his family members were looking at her only and she felt embarassed and without looking at him she nodded her head and took a seat between her father and mother.

After the exchange of introduction between two family ,Now Archana said  As you both have already met each other , we don't need to do any formal intro  ,she looked at suhani and said  I think suhani jii ,we should let these two talk alone, so that they can know each other well, and tell us their decision.

Suhani looked at her husband and he gave her an assurance nod and she said Yes of course, Keshavi, you take Arjun to the garden, and after talking there, tell us your decision.  And don't worry, whatever you say , will be our final decision. Don't feel any pressure on yourself. She cooed her daughter and she nodded , she gesture Arjun to come with her, and they both left for the garden area ....

Keshavi's POV :-

I was walking ahead of him , muttering or you can also say complaining to my God ..kanha jii , puri duniya me aapko bass ye jhingur hee mila tha . Jis insaan kee shakal na dikhwane ki prayer ki thii aapse , aaj usii ko mere saamne laakar khadaa kar diya.... Kyun kanha jii .. kya bigada hai maine aapka ..

(Kanha ji, you only got this cricket in the whole world.The person whose face I requested you not to show,Today you made him stand in front of me...Why Kanha ji.. what harm have I done to you.. )

Ab aap hee koi idea do kanha jii iss jhingur se picha kaise churaya jaaye? An idea strike to my mind and i turn to face him but i got startled finding him this close to me, I moved back but lost my balance and due to reflex i close my eyes and was about to fall , but i felt one hand on my waist and one on my wrist securing me to not fall .

(Now, please give me some idea, Kanha ji, how to get rid of this cricket?)

I open my eyes and found him looking at me only . Our closed proximity is making my heart flutter, My heart beat started increasing.My gaze fell on his face features ... His sharp jawline , stubble beared, pointed nose , his hair strands falling on his forehead , his plum pink lips , his eyebrows ,his eyes in which I saw some emotions like adoration, comfort, concern and something else too which i am not able decipher.

In all of these ,the one thing which took my attention was his Adam's apple , which is moving up and down ,I felt the urge to touch his throat, I uplifted my hand to touch that but my actions halted when i heard him clearing his throat and saying .Agar aapka mujhe check out karna ho gaya ho to , kya hum seedhe khade ho sakte hain..? Waise mujhe koi problem nahii hai ese khade rehne me , but i am concerned kee kahiin aapki kamar me Moch na aa jaaye.

(If you're done checking me out, can we stand up straight..?Well, I don't have any problem in standing like this, but I am concerned that you might get a sprain in your back.)

I gave him a hard glare and started adjusting my  dupatta ,when he said .. areeee abhi to aap itni pyaar bhari nigaahon se dekh rahii thii , aur ab itne ghusse se ... Ye to galat baat hai keshavi jii

(Heeyyyy, just now you were looking at me with such loving eyes, and now with such anger.This is wrong Keshavi ji..)

The embarassment drown upon me and i felt my cheeks heating up . I looked at him , a smirk was lingering on his lips , which made me growl inside . I tried to make myself calm down and said to him ... Sirr...but my words got cut off by him as he said...ab ese mujhe sir kehke sharminda to matt kijiye ... and at last he winked at me...

(Now don't embarrass me by calling me sir like this.)

The audacity of this man to wink at me .. Ignoring this I said ...  Dekhiye  aap iss shaadi ke liye manaa kar dijiye .
(Look, you refuse for this marriage. )

His sudden reply came why..? And i said ..  Hume  ye shaadi nahii karni hai ...I saw him clenching his jaw  and vein a popped on his forehead.
(I don't want to get married...)

He again asked .. jaan sakta hu kee aapko ye shaadi kyun nahii karni hai , ya fir kahiin esa to nahii hai kee aapko mujhse nahii karni hai ..

(May I know why you don't want this marriage, or is it something that you don't want to do this with me?)

I shook my head in no at his words and was about to say something when he said ... Dekho ... Agar tum exhibition wale din jo kuch bhii hua uski wajah se manaa kar rahii ho , to mai tumhe promise karta hu ... Mai kabhii tumhare saath waisa behave nahii karunga .. aur na kisi ko karne dunga...

(Look... if you're saying no because of whatever happened on the day of the exhibition.So I promise you... I will never misbehave with you like that... and I will never let anyone do it...)

I felt determination in his voice , but how can i say him that my past will never let me move forward in my life. I felt his gaze on me waiting for my reply .

I told him Why don't you understand, I don't want to do this marriage. Please go inside and tell everyone no for this alliance.

He said .. problem aapko iss rishte se hai , mujhe nahii... To aap manaa kijiye ..

(You have a problem with this relationship, not me... so you refuse.)

I was shocked hearing this that he is ready for this alliance, but why ..??he may get many proposals... which are of his standard and... and maybe even prettier than me.Then why the hell is he so adamant for this one .

I tried to make him understand by saying..Look.. your father owes my father something which we cannot ignore.  If I refuse this relationship then they will feel that we are disrespecting them.Please try to understand.. It is a matter of my father's respect. I know he won't say anything to me, but he will feel very bad.  And I can't see him disappointed because of me .

I know I may seem very selfish to you, but please try to understand what I am saying. At this point I felt an urge to cry my heart out, but I cannot.

He said ...Even I can't refuse Keshavi ji, my family members have made this alliance and if I refuse then my parents will feel bad. And like you, I too cannot see my parents disappointed.

Meri taraf se iss rishte ke liye haan hai .. ab aap decide kar lijiye kee aapko andar aake kya kehna hai ... Ab ye rishta hoga ya nahii hoga sab aapke haath me hai Keshavi jii..

(From my side it is yes for this relationship.. Now you decide what you want to say when you come inside... Now whether this relationship will happen or not is all in your hands Keshavi ji..,)

Saying this he left me alone in the garden and I sat on a chair placed in the garden . I palm my face and tears escaped from my eyes .  Why my life is taking a troll on me . Wiping my tears  i stood up  and left from the garden  while muttering.

You will regret marrying me Mr. Arjun Sharma ........

Arjun's POV :-

I was taken aback by her words ,how can she say those thing when she doesn't know about my parents . I know them they will never judge her by her decision . Whatever will be her decision they will respect about that .

I know there is something which is making her to refuse this marriage because as far as i know she is not in relationship with any guy . Then what is that thing which I'm not able to find.

Sometimes ago she was in my arms looking at me with those innocent eyes and checking me out . She was looking so pretty that time .I wish that moment would have stopped there.But after that what she said made me angry .

I know , i behaved like a brat with her , but I can't take a risk to lose her.  So no matter what happens, I will not say no to this marriage, nor will I let her do it at any cost...Even if I have to behave like a bastard for this thing.

For now, I am waiting for her near the gate. Because if I go inside alone then everyone will look at us weirdly,which I don't want.

Soon she came and we went inside together without uttering a single word. We both take our seat .Then my father asked me ...beta , kya socha fir? Hum baat aage badhae ya nahii?

(Son, what did you think then? Should we take the matter further or not?)

I said while looking at her ... Yes dad , from my side its a yes . She lifts her head and looks at me and there is sadness in her eyes.I felt a pang in my heart looking at her.

My mother and siblings head snapped at my side , like they had seen some ghost .and my father smirked at me ....not again yrrr.

I noticed Her mother whispers something in her ear as if asking her about the same which my father asked me , she also nodded her head in yes .

Now her father said ..Badhai ho Rajnand , hum dono dost se samdhi banne jaa rahe hain ... Meri beti kee taraf se bhii haan hain. Then our mothers and fathers hugged each other .My siblings hugged her and her brother hugged me .

Our parents blessed us and My mother made her sit beside me and said . Mai kya kehti hu kal hee suhani jii , kyun na hum kal hee inn dono ka rokka kar de ,aur pandit jii ko bulwa ke sagai aur shaadi kee date bhii fix karwa lete hain .

(What I say suhani jii , why don't we fix there rokka tomorrow itself?and then call priest to fix there engagement and marriage dates also?)

I shake my head looking at my mother excitement , well i also want to make her mine as soon as possible , but can't make there parents suffer because of this .

Her parents seemed a bit worried, they both discuss and say But how will we arrange everything at a short notice.

My father said   No worries, this ritual will happen only between our two families and that too with simplicity. You don't need to worry so much.

And anyway Keshavi is not my daughter-in-law but my daughter itself. And don't worry about my daughter's marriage.I will leave no stone unturned in my daughter's wedding.

I felt proud as his son by hearing his words . I looked at keshavi and her eyes got moist . Her father looked at her family members and they all nodded there head in yes .

Her father said .. To Tay raha roka kal hee hoga ... Hearing this everyone got happy but my eyes still stuck on those moist brown orbs making my heart pricked.

(so its decided that tomorrow will be the roka ceremony........)
