Iwaizumi was always more of a warm person. Enjoying warmer weather and hotter foods. Cold mornings were not his forte, the air was would be nippy and make his fingers go numb. That is (M/N) came along. Now Iwaizumi had someone to hold his cold hands, to give him warmth in the cold. That's why he grew to love cold mornings so much.

Light started to creep into the dim room through parted curtains, causing the (H/C) male to shift. (M/N) slowly blinked, trying to adjust to the lighting. He tried moving to rub his eyes only to be restricted by a familiar pair of arms. Hajime. The muscular man had his arms tightly wrapped around the other, keeping him from moving away. (M/N) sighed and gently tried to move away to get ready for the day, but the arms only tightened around him.

"Stay," Iwaizumi mumbled, still half asleep. He slightly loosened his grip and nuzzled his face into the back of (M/N)'s neck. "It's cold, so stay here with me." (M/N) turned over, pressing snuggling into Iwaizumi's chest.

"At least let me brush my teeth."

"Mmm," Iwaizumi only mumbled before he fully loosened his hold. (M/N) took that as a yes and slipped away to the bathroom. Not long after slipping away, he returned, this time without morning breath. Iwaizumi heard him approach and opened his arms. (M/N) hopped on the bed, sighing as he snuggled as he felt Iwaizumi's warmth envelop him.

"As much as I love staying here with you, we have plans today," (M/N) mumbled into his boyfriend's chest, "I don't think Oikawa would be happy with us ditching him for sleep."

"Screw Shittykawa for now, we won't see him 'till later. Just stay here with me for now." (M/N) smiled. Iwaizumi wasn't the softest person, so seeing him so calm and drowsy was always something he welcomed.

"Alright, but it won't be my fault if he complains about us being late."

"It's fine, I'll shut him up it he gets too annoying..." Iwaizumi sleepily mumbled.

"Mmm, if you say so."
