‘Omo! WAS THAT NOT A DREAM?!’ 

I thought. I can’t believe what I’m seeing. So it’s true that it was not a dream. Did I really sexually harass this guard of mine?!

“What are you doing?” Seulgi asked in confusion because of my sudden action.

“Do you remember anything last night?” I asked again while holding her collar close to me.

“Not really. I remember blacking out but after that no.” Seulgi replied while scratching her head trying to remember.

“But how did you know that I carried you?” I asked confirming if Seulgi doesn’t really remember.

“The other staff said that you carried me all the way here and even refuses help even if you’re drunk. That’s why I was able to thank you today” Seulgi explained sincerely.

I blew a sigh of relief but I know in no time that she would remember and I also need to remember. There were some parts that I still don’t remember.

“I must be crazy!” I said to myself.

“Are you okay, Ms. Bae?” I was startled by my guard’s question. I was too busy trying to remember. I just shook my head and gestured her to get ready to accompany me for the event that I’m going to attend.

After a few hours

Third person’s point of view

Irene cleared her mind for a while and thought that memories from last night would come back naturally. She will attend an awarding ceremony to accept ‘The Most Promising Commercial Model Award’. She was thankful that locals appreciated her in the industry.

They approached the venue which was an auditorium with a huge glass wall as the background of the stage filled with other guests that will also receive an award and some medias.  As soon as Irene stepped out of the car, some cameraman took shots of her. She elegantly smiled in every camera she could find but the crowd went out of control and she almost went out of balance but Seulgi was there to catch her.  She smiled to Seulgi but Seulgi as usual didn’t give her any reaction.

The event went on and finally Irene was called to the stage to receive the award. Upon receiving the award, She was about to give a speech and gratitude but in the middle of her speech…

*CRACK*

*A Sound of glass being broken!!!*

*Screams*

“Look out!”

The huge glass wall behind the stage where Irene was standing broke as if something hit it hard that all the pieces of broken glass was about to hit Irene. Screams can be heard all over the auditorium.

Irene’s point of view
  
I saw the glass going straight to me. I froze and didn’t know what to do. I was so surprise, I thought that those broken glasses were so sharp and big that being hit be it would be fatale and can cause me to die. I covered myself with my arms and closed my eyes. I thought it was the end of me but then I heard a total silence and just hearing the sound of glasses hitting the floor slowly.
I opened my eyes and saw Seulgi standing in front me facing me.  She was able to cover us with a big and thick curtain at the right time.

For a moment, I thought I stopped breathing.  She was standing so close to me. I could feel her breath coming from her mouth and her body temperature that feels like it was rising up or was it just mine?

“Are you okay?” Seulgi asked and I nodded, being snapped out of my thoughts.

She uncovered us and looked around.  She carelessly pulled the piece of broken glass that went through her right shoulder not showing any sign of pain and dropped the piece of glass on the floor covered with her blood. She pulled me to the corner and asked me to stay still.

“I’m just going to look around for a while” she said. She was about to run off but I was able to stopped her by holding her hand.

“Be careful, S..Seulgi” I blurted out calling her by her first name for the first time. I don’t know but I was dead worried.  She nodded and smiled warmly to me that made me felt relieved.

After that, she ran off. The whole place became noisy and was covered with fear and confusion. I could hear the police sirens coming near. I waited for Seulgi but a man came in front of me instead.

“Oh my. Aren’t you Ms. Bae Irene?” I looked at the man and he was unfamiliar to me but he was wearing a high ranked police uniform.

“Sorry, but who are you?” I respond in return.

“Oh, I forgot to introduce myself. I’m General Kim Jonghyun (SHINEe). I didn’t know you were really this beautiful” the man said with overflowing confidence. I just stared at him.

“Anyways, Why are you alone? Where’s your guard?” He asked again but this time he’s tone turned to sound more as a concern mixed with anger.

“Don’t worry, I’ll protect you” He added as he held my shoulders with his both hands but his hand was taken off by Seulgi who suddenly appeared.

Seulgi’s point of view

I don’t trust the police that much especially the higher ranked personnels, so seeing Irene being held by a member of a high ranked police, I unknowingly became a little protective. I took off his hands on Irene.

“I’m her guard” I said coldly. We stared at each other for a few moments then the man broke the silence.

“A female guard? You should change to male guards Ms. Irene. They were more reliable” He suggested to Irene and Irene shook her head.

“Nope. She had beaten up my two previous MALE GUARDS before. She’s one of a kind and I’m lucky to have her” Irene said proudly.

“Oh really. She must be special then.” There’s something in this man’s words, something behind his eyes that I don’t know, something that bothers me and makes me feel uneasy and I were never wrong with this kind of feeling.

“But you left your client alone. Where do you think have you been huh?!” He tried to scold me but Irene stood between us. 

“I will handle my guard from here. Sorry, but you don’t know anything Mr.” Irene said to the man. The man just smirked then left. Irene turned to me but her face changed to being worried.

“W..what did you find?” She asked with her voice shaking.

“It was not an accident. They used a device that will make the glass break with the impact coming from the outside that made the shards of glasses flew in your direction.” I explained. Irene held her arms and I could see her trembling with her eyes shaking.

“Let’s go home for now” I suggested and she nodded weakly being shocked from what happened. After the police got our statement for the incident, we went straight home. Irene was silent the whole time as if she was thinking so deep.

At home

Upon entering our room, Irene was still silent. She must be really scared or worried because not long ago she was almost molested at the club and now she’s facing danger to her life. Suddenly, she pulled me and pushed me to the couch.

“Stay still” She said seriously. She walked at the cabinet and took a medicine kit and placed it on the table in front of me. I just stared at her actions.

“Take off your shirt” She commanded.

“Why?” I replied.

“You refused to be treated by the medics a while ago. You’re wounded if you don’t remember” She explained pointing her finger on my right arm. I almost forgot about that. I must be drowned with my own thoughts to forget about it.

I unbuttoned my shirt and revealed my right shoulder. The wound was deep but the blood was all dry by now. Firstly, she disinfects it. It stings but I manage to contain myself besides she was trying her best to do it carefully.

“Thank you for saving me, Ms. Kang” Irene said.

“It’s my job” I said back to her.

“Was it really me that the accident was targeting?” She asked with worried look in her eyes.

“I’m still not sure. Let’s wait for the result of the investigation. But there’s a high probability that it was you” I answered and she hummed in reply and continued treating my wound.

Irene’s point of view

*Flashback*

I was kissing Seulgi even she’s asleep but then I felt her lips moved and kissed back. We kissed passionately then suddenly Seulgi pushed me around with me ending up being on the bed and her on top of me. She looked at me for a few moments with those half asleep eyes.

“Why are you kissing me, Ms. Bae?” She asked but almost a mumble.

I don’t know if I’m drunk or what but I find this guard attractive and extremely sexy right now. Could it be that what Joy said before was true? That maybe I like girls than guys? But.. it’s the first time I felt this. I was too busy with work and with myself all this time.

“I don’t know” I reasoned.

She just nodded lazily with her eyes close but to my surprised she started to kiss me again but this time more passionate. It sends out electricity all over my body, I unbuttoned her shirt revealing her petite but toned shoulders and black bra while we continue to kiss.  She pulled me to sit up as she sat on my lap kissing me. Our hands caressing each other’s back. She brushed her fingers on my back until she reached the zipper of my dress and unzipped it. I started kissing her on the chin, to her neck, down to her collar and sucked it that earned her another hickey. I could hear her soft pants which I find delicate and sexy.  I was about to unzip and unbutton her pants but she stopped my hands and kissed me hard as we French kissed then she broke the kiss. I wanted more but she sealed my lips with her thumb.

“That’s enough, Ms. Bae. Now go sleep on the couch!” Seulgi commanded cutely with her drunk tone. I don’t know but it feels like I was a puppy being scolded by my owner. I pouted but followed her order and slept on the couch.

*End of flashback*

Third person’s point of view

Irene’s eyes widened as she covers her mouth upon recovering the lost memories from that night.

“Aww.!Ouch!” Seulgi reacted.Irene didn’t realize that she was putting too much force on Seulgi’s wound.

The tool she was holding dropped on the floor with her eyes staring blankly in the air.  She hugged her body as she remembered every detail. She can’t believe it and looked at Seulgi in disbelief.

“I must be crazy”
