Landon found me between third and forth hour and made sure that everyone knew that I got beat up. I had a nice shiner on my left eye and my upper lip was fat. Nothing knew people didn't even look at me so I wasn't worried about anyone seeing it. Travis his friend held on to me while he made sure my face was messed up. I thought I saw Holden walk by but I wasn't  sure. I passed Lacey after lunch she started to smile at me but when she saw my face it turned into a frown. I didn't care. I didn't see Harvey at all today so that was a little disappointed. But he hated to see me like this anyways and maybe by Friday it will be mostly gone.

I was putting away a box of returns when Brook came in to return the movies they had rented the other night. She was alone and for that I was glad.

"What the hell happened to you?" She asked once I made it up to the counter.

"My brother" I said taking the movies from her and scanning them to check them back in.

"You have a brother?" She asked.

"Yeah, Landon. I have a sister also, Lacey." I said putting the three movies on the return box.

"Landon did that to you?" She asked.

"Yeah, nothing new." I said with a shrug.

"He seems so nice. We you two playing around?" She asked.

"Um... no you see I don't get along with my brother or my sister so I must of just did something to piss him off." I said like it was no big deal. To me it wasn't but from the look on her face I could see that it was.

"Aren't your brother and sister like twins?" She asked.

"Yeah they are but we are all actually a set of triplets." I said hating to explain this all the time.

"Triplets? Wow, I would have never guessed that." She said shaking her head. She's not the only one who has said it and I am sure she will not be the last.

"I am more my own person, I don't consider myself part of them. It's the twins and me." I said.

"That is sad. The three of you should be really close not beating each other up and shit like that." She said shaking her head.

"It's been like this for a long time. I don't think it will ever change." I said smiling.

"I am so glad my brother and I are close and were not even twins." She said sounding sad.

"Landon has Lacey and Lacey has Landon. I have Harvey, so it all works out." I said.

"Whose Harvey?" She asked.

"My boyfriend" I said with a smile on my face and a little blush creeping on to my cheeks.

"Your boyfriend and he let's your brother do this to you?" She asked.

"I asked him not to interfere and he hasn't." I said a little harsher then I should have.

"Well good luck with all that." She said leaving. I felt bad but it's not like we were friends and I had already told her way to much. But Brook was really easy to talk to.

I finished putting all the returns back before I started my homework. We had finals but I wasn't worried. I did all the worksheets the teachers handed out and all the reading they assigned so I should pass with out any issues. Harvey text while I was waiting in line at McD's. He wanted to make sure we were still on for Friday and that he was going to be busy the next couple nights studying so he wouldn't be able to talk much. This is so not like him. Some thing is up and I have a feeling I was going to find out on Friday.

Landon's car was gone when I walked up to the house but I didn't want to run into mom or Lacey so I decided to take the attic way. Once in my room I decided to risk turning on my light long enough to gather all my laundry. I didn't work tonight so I would do my laudry instead.

I was just getting into bed when Landon came home. He stopped in and talked to Lacey. I could hear them arguing but was to afraid to go to the door and see what it was about. Lacey's door slammed and then Landon's door slammed. Mom came up the stairs to find out what was going on and I heard her and Lacey arguing. I was about to pack my shit and take it to the attic when the yelling stopped another door slammed and foot step went away from my door. I was so confused.

The next morning I was up and ready in no time. Landon didn't leave anything in the bathroom for me so I decided to go out to breakfast. So donuts from the gas station is what I decided to have for breakfast but it was different from toast or pop tarts so to me I am happy go lucky with chocolate donuts.

When I made it school I passed Brook and Holden on my way to my locker but I don't think they saw me. There was a note in my locker from Lacey. She said she would like to talk soon. I didn't want to talk anytime soon not with her and if I did I would do it in public.

I saw Landon twice but he didn't do anything but give me a dirty look. His friends just waited for the word from him to beat me up but it never came. I think they were just as confused as I was. I decided to take the gift and ran to class.

I made it through school with out a new scratch. I saw Harvey walking to his car and called his name but he didn't here me. He was on the phone with someone so maybe that's why. I got into my truck and drove to the laundry mat. 

I loaded two washers with clothes and one with bedding and the last one was for my towels. It would take me about an hour or so to do my laundry and then I will go shopping. Tomorrow was Thursday and I had to work and the first of my finals in two classes so I decided to reread the chapters that we studied.

My clothes were almost dry I spotted Holden and Brook outside walking down the side walk. I hide so they couldn't see me. I don't think they would have if I were to stay out in the open they were to busy talking to each other to notice anything.

I folded and packed all my clothes into a trash bag before hauling it out to my truck. It is always a pain in the ass when I have to do laundry because I get up earlier then normal the next day run down to my truck and haul it all back up to my room before I shower. I leave out one outfit for tomorrow and slide it into my backpack. I was putting my stuff in my truck when Brook and Holden walked back by again they didn't see me until I shut my door and then Brook waved causing Holden to turn and look he too waved. I waved at both of them before starting my car.

I drove to the diner on the other side of town and went in to get some dinner. Nobody from school ever comes here it is more for old people and truck drivers. I really like the food here so on my nights off and laundry day I eat here. I ordered myself a steak and baked potatoe with a coke drink. There steaks come smothered in mushrooms and onions and it is so good. 

When I was finished eating I still had time to kill but really didn't have anywhere to go. Normally Harvey and I would go out on my nights off but he is home studying so I figured I would just go home. 

There were no cars in the drive when I got home so I did a quick look around the house and ran back to my truck and grabbed my stuff and made it to my room before anyone got home. I even decided to take a shower so I could sleep in a little in the morning. 

I was sleeping for a while before someone came in and woke me up. Lacey and Landon were fighting so they must had been in the same place. 

"What the fuck else do you want me to do? I left him alone in school like you asked. All of my friends think I am going soft or that I actually like him or something. I can't promise that the next time I see him I won't do something." Landon yelled.

"You do and you can consider yourself an only fucking child. I will not let you and your friend keep ganging up on him and if I have to I will go to the principle and tell him what is going on. And if mom don't stop the shit going on in this house I will call CPS." She threatened.

"You would get me expelled for him?" Landon demanded.

"Yeah, he is our brother. He is not your entertainment or your way to stay popular with your loser friends. Why don't you pick one of the siblings to pick on and see how quick they are to join in. I know Marcus has a brother in 10th grade why don't you pick on him. I dare you too. I bet Marcus beats your ass." She said I could hear the smirk in her voice.

"Why the hell would I want to do that. None of my friends like Lucas so why not him?" Landon said.

"They don't like him because of you. Jesse used to be his best friend until you turned him against Luc. Now he is your little puppy doing what ever you say." She said.

"I know it's great." He said and I could hear the laughter in his voice. I miss Jesse, he was my best friend from diapers until I was 8. Nope can't think like that.

"One of these days he is either going to find a way to hurt you really bad or your going to need something and he is going to laugh in your face. You better hope you stay health because if you need blood, kidney or anything like that and your fucked because neither of us are going to give it over unless you leave him alone." She said before I heard a door slam.

Something slammed into my door before I heard another door slam. I have no idea what the hell is going on but it this is all a joke and Lacey is trying to set me up again I might actually die from it this time. Last time I ended up with three broken ribs and maybe a broken finger.

I looked at the clock and it was after midnight our mom was either home and didn't wake up to all the yelling or she was gone for the night at her boyfriends. I needed to stop at the bank tomorrow to get her rent money or I might get kicked out.

Once I was positive I was safe for the night I drifted off to sleep after checking my alarm.

I over slept the next morning so I decided to climb out my window and run to my truck. I don't even know if anyone was a wake I just needed to get out of there before they started something. I made it to school and my first hour just in time. I am never late so this was new for me. I was almost the last one to sit down.

Being late set my whole day off. I felt off and out of it. When I made it to work on time I was hoping it would all better but it wasn't. The computers were down and I had to call the big guy in to fix them. While they were down I had to go back to the old way of doing things.  I had to write it all out and it took forever when some checked the limit of five movies. Once the computers were up and running I had to input all the stuff from the notebook. I didn't get any of my studying done so that meant I would have to do it tonight at home. 

One my way home I got pulled over because they said I was drunk. They had me out of the truck doing that stupid ass drunk test. I was counting and walking a line they I had to follow fingers before they had me blow in this tube. I have never drank in my life so this almost had me laughing, almost. 

An hour after I left work I pulled up to where I park my truck and let out a sigh of relief. Now to make it in the house and into bed so I can start over on a better foot tomorrow. I will study at school. I left my bag in my truck pocketed my phone, keys and my rent money.

I made it safely into my room and into bed before the yelling started again. This time it was Landon and someone on the phone. I think it was his girlfriend or ex-girlfriend that he was yelling at because I didn't hear my name or anything about me. I decided to cover my head with a pillow and go to sleep. 

My next morning and day better go better. I double and triple checked my alarm and then set one on my phone to make sure I got up on time. Good night everyone.

A/N: This is a little short but I wanted to leave Lucas and Harvey's date for the next chapter. Life for Lucas seems really fucked up but I am hoping it gets better. 

This is my third story and so far i don't think any of them are going so well. But I am not done yet. I am hoping people start reading them. Is my writing that bad? 

Forgive me guys I am a little down. It's X-mas time and it's also my dad's birthday and he's been gone for almost seven years (15 days from being 7 years)  so I get like this. What can I say I am a daddy's girl and always will be.
