"Why did you bring me here?" I asked. A month had gone by and It was still a bit awkward between Sting and I, but we were slowly getting closer. Especially with the amount of times we went out together, are we in a relationship you may ask? Well... it's complicated.
It was currently midnight and we were laying on the rooftop of the city hall, it's an amazing view. Just us two looking up at the stars.
"I need to tell you something," he blurted, clearly nervous.
"Go on..." I hesitantly said, turning to look at him.
He did the same and grabbed my hand, "Promise that whatever I say... it won't be awkward."
"Go on," I smiled as I squeezed his hand, thinking he was probably going to confess.
"Okay," he sighed, "WE'RE SOUL BOUND."
"What?" I questioned, "like... I'm your—"
"Yeah," he cleared his throat, "saying mate sounds like some furry shit so um... I kinda just... tried to make it sound better."
"Oh my god," I blurted as I sat up, "I'm sorry I just need a little to process this— what does this mean exactly?"
"So Rogue and I will turn into hornballs and try to mark you and Celia as ours—"
"CECE IS ROGUES MATE? Oh god this is too good," I laughed.
"—but we'll be very aggressive and will lose our temper with anyone and anything that will try to get in our way. I don't want to hurt anyone, especially you. Not again. So if I..." his voice trailed off, "...do something during this state of mind, you have every right to never talk to me again, but I need you to hide because our magic level will go through the roof and—"
"Sting," I interrupted, he instantly looked at me, "I know you won't purposely try to hurt me."
"That Sting won't be me, Mariposa," he whispered, putting his head in my lap, "and if I do something that you don't like... if I do something non-consensual—"
"Sting."
"I don't want to hurt you, you're so special to me and—"
"STING."
"Yes?"
"Sit up," I said, he listened and took my hand, "you can do anything to me."
I think something awoke in him at that moment because he went RED. "L-like anything?" He stammered.
"Mmm, you're too cute when you're flustered," I teased, getting closer, "I wouldn't mind a practice round."
"Y/N WHAT IS HAPPENING," Sting asked, half nervous, half excited.
"I'm joking," I laughed, pulling away, "but seriously Sting, you're fine. Minerva will hide us in her weird teleportation things. Worst case scenario, we fuck. No biggie."
"No, worst case scenario I accidentally kill you. It's not just us fucking either... if I mark you that means..."
"...I'm forever yours. Yes, I know, and I'm okay with that," I finish, making him smile.
"Oh my god, I'm so lucky to have you," he gushed, "are we..?"
"Do you want to be..?
"YES. THE FAWK???" He screamed as he jumped up and grabbed me, "Y/N MOTHERFUCKING LILURA IS MY GIRLFRIEND!"
"CALM DOWN YOU DUMB WHORE, WE'RE ON A ROOF TOP— PUT ME DOWN."
"Uhhh, NO," he giggled, "Y/N IS MINE. SUCK IT NATSU."
"Oh my god," I sighed.
—-MEANWHILE—-
"MATE??????" I screamed, "Rogue... please elaborate on what you mean by MATE BECAUSE IT SOUNDS LIKE SOME PRIMAL FURRY SHIT."
At this point Rogue was completely red from embarrassment. I was too, when he said he needed me I thought he meant he needed me for a mission, NOT FOR HIM TO SAY THAT I'M BASICALLY BOUND TO HIM OR HE'LL DIE FROM HEARTBREAK.
"We're—"
"I KNOW WHAT IT IS ROGUE I WAS EXAGGERATING," I stressed. I read about THAT time of year for dragon slayers a few years back since we were getting a lot of them in the guild. Naturally I researched them out of curiosity, thankfully Natsu, Gajeel, Laxus and Wendy were skipped because they were in a coma for seven god damn years. "YOU MEAN IM GOING TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH YOU GOING FERAL TRYING TO FUCK ME???"
"DO NOT. WORD IT LIKE THAT," Rogue denied.
"IT IS LITERALLY WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING," I argued.
The door suddenly flung open to reveal Kato, Orga, and Rufus looking worried and a bit annoyed. "WHY ARE YOU GUYS ARGUING AT 1 A.M. IN THE GODDAMN GUILD MASTER'S OFFICE???" Kato asked.
"IMROGUESMATEANDSOONHESGOINGTOGOFERALANDTRYTOMARKANDFUCKME," I rambled.
An awkward silence filled the room and Rogue got even redder.
"...YOU'RE TRYING TO DO WHAT WITH MY SISTER?????" Orga yelled in disbelief. Meanwhile Rufus and Kato were absolutely howling.
"RUFUS SHUT UP. YOU'RE NOT SAFE EITHER," Rogue butted in.
"Oh shit..." I mumbled, "you're right."
Rufus coughed, "If my memory serves me correct, I'm no dragon slayer. Neither raised by a dragon nor have had a lacrima implemented in me."
"You possess dragon slaying magic because you copied it," Sting explained. When did he get here?? Y/n was trailing behind him holding his hand, but that's a pretty common thing.
"So Rufus..." Rogue started.
"...is also going to go feral and try to win over his lover," I finished.
"Ew," Orga and Kato said at the same time.
"Finishing each other's sentences," Orga gagged.
"They're in lOOooOoOvvEEEee," Kato mimicked Happy.
"SHUT UP," I yelled before lightning struck outside.
"DAMNNNN," the two of them snickered.
"I have no such recollection of feeling any mating season symptoms around a lady," Rufus bragged.
I looked at Y/n and we both smirked. "That is unless..." I started.
"...you might feel those symptoms with a gentleman?" Y/n finished and giggled.
Rogue got the hint and gasped. Sting and Orga... well. They're them. Kato was frozen.
"W-WHAT'S THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN?" Rufus stuttered, turning red.
"Let me refresh your memory," Y/n said as she walked around Kato, "I'm a fucking GOD and no one can tell me otherwise. EARTH GOD—"
Kato interrupted her by smacking her neck, "WE GET IT."
"...OHHHHHHHHH," Orga and Sting finally realized.
I was startled when I felt a hand grab mine, "We still need to discuss this, we'll be back."
Rogue dragged me away before I could protest, I hate to admit it but that boy is STRONG... physically. I could beat him with my magic any day. We ended up staying by the fountain in the rose garden behind the guild.
"Cecelia," he sternly said.
"Rogue," I responded with the same tone. Deja vu much??? I hate it when he does that.
"I did mean what I said that day. At the games," he confessed.
"...Rogue, I believe you. It's just really a lot to take in," I sighed, " I mean, with this whole marking on me thing and it being awkward if something happens..."
"I will be fine," Rogue reassured, "I just want you to feel safe, I'll do everything to control it but if I do something you don't like, attack me. I know you have it in you."
"Your power will be going through the roof, on top of that you're a mega horny teenager at this time," I reminded him.
"Cece," he said as he grabbed my hand, "if there's anyone I know who can kick ass, it's you and Y/n. Sting and I will both not be the same but you two are incredibly strong. If we do something—"
"—I'll be fine, Rogue," I interrupted. I sat down on the grass and signaled for Rogue to join me, which he did. He was tense, but I layed on his shoulder and he relaxed a bit. "I know you won't hurt me on purpose, Rogue."
"I don't," he admitted, "I mean if I stabbed you—"
"That's in the past," I interrupted, looking up at him, "you've changed, and I'm proud of you."
I felt him finally relax and drape his arm around me. "You know, I know that angel isn't all gone," he smiled.
"I guess not," I grinned, "injured, but not dead. She's alive somewhere..."
"She's most definitely in there," he whispered before squeezing my hand, "I know that shit guild didn't kill her."
We were both slowly leaning in to the point where our noses were almost touching.
"Hey Rogue?"
"Hmm?"
"...just don't get me pregnant," I joked.
"Oh my god," he rolled his eyes before taking my face and kissing me. Nothing much, just something that lasted a few seconds. "I won't get you pregnant," he promised.
"Better not, I will send a lightning bolt through your dick if you do."
